Excellent pilates studio! I take from Will, who is very knowledgeable. He focuses on making sure you're using the right form for maximum benefit and to prevent injury. I've really improved flexibility and strength through his classes. I highly recommend Pilates Tonic!

I have been taking classes at Pilates Tonic for over 10 years. The studio is very welcoming, clean and bright. The staff is friendly, well trained, and extremely knowledgable and the small class sizes are ideal for personalized instruction. The teachers are great at watching for proper alignment and they give wonderful feedback to help prevent injuries. Will's stretch class on Tuesday is a favorite of mine. In the summer, my mother, myself and my 2 daughters ages 19 (a dancer) and 16 (a cheerleader) often attend together! The reformer classes are also wonderful. Focusing on proper alignment during the exercises helps me stay strong and injury free. I can't recommend Pilates Tonic enough! They were one of the first Pilates Studios in Chattanooga and they have a great reputation for putting their clients' health and safety first.

I started doing Pilates about 15 years ago and after two kids, a move to Chattanooga, and a pretty annoying back injury I knew I needed to get back to it. I’m so grateful I found Pilates Tonic! The instructors are highly qualified, encouraging, and give the individual attention needed to succeed in class. The subtleties are so so important in Pilates and here you can be confident your alignment is correct and you are working the appropriate muscles. Sydney has me feeling stronger than I have in years and I’m finally pain free! I can’t recommend Pilates Tonic enough!

Small class size and extremely well trained instructors make this studio special. They are constantly making adjustments to get better form and results. Also small format makes it easy to ask for modifications if you are dealing with an injury. Highly recommend.

I've been going to Pilates Tonic since 2012. It's a haven from the outside world and I go as often as my schedule allows. Will and Sydney (and the other instructors) are exceptionally knowledgeable and they work hard to make the classes both fun and challenging. Pilates Tonic is a top-flight studio and I look forward to each class.

I love Pilates Tonic! It has a super welcoming and supportive environment. I was a bit intimidated at first because I had never gone to a Pilates studio, but after 3 initial private lessons with Will, I felt confident and more than ready to take group classes.
I have been taking weekly reformer classes with Will for about a year. He’s an excellent teacher! I always feel like I get a hard workout while not putting my body at risk of injuries. I appreciate that he asks everyone what they want to focus on that day (core, legs, etc) and makes sure to incorporate that into the class. I also appreciate that he provides lots of education and instruction around alignment and form, while keeping the class fun. Can’t recommend Pilates Tonic enough! We’re lucky to have such a quality studio in Chattanooga!

Pilates Tonic has become my favorite Pilates studio in Chattanooga. Their instructors are all qualified & trained in helping you get the most out of of your pilates experience.
I’m 81 years old and contribute my strength and well being to Sidney & McCall. Because of Pilates I’m able to hold my own playing pickleball with people years younger than myself.

I LOVE Sydney's classes in Active Alignment. They are Great for strength building and flexibility all while insuring you have proper alignment instead of doing things in a way that could hurt you or just do nothing at all for you. There isn't anything else in the city quite like it. She is great teacher, always encouraging you to go at your own pace and offering "add-ons" for anyone who wants to take the movement to another level, but never at the expense of proper alignment. I can't recommend her highly enough. And the studio is great - full of light, clean, and best of all, a very welcoming place. I've done it all - from classes to private trainers, from floor and water aerobics to athletic prep, yoga, Pilates, weight training, and this is by far the best method for overall fitness I've found.

Will is a great instructor! I’ve worked with him for years, and he always adapts each session to cater to specific growth areas and needs. Stylistically, he’ll complement his exercises with techniques outside of Pilates, while keeping the focus on holistic strength and stability. Will pushes his clients’ limits in a safe, but challenging way. He’s also really entertaining and seems to save his best jokes for when you’re in the middle of difficult core exercise.

Pilates has been so incredibly helpful for me! I came to Pilates Tonic with some pain issues and they listened well and helped me think through how to best strengthen and heal my body. Sydney, Will and McCall enjoy what they’re doing so much. They communicate with and encourage their classes so well, teaching us how and why to engage certain muscle groups. I can tell that I am much stronger and healthier than when I started. The environment that they have created in the studio is loving and non-intimidating. I can't recommend them enough!

I LOVE Pilates Tonic! This innovative studio focuses on the overall wellness of the body- strength, balance, flexibility, and optimal range of motion. I came a decade ago to get “ripped” and instead I developed an overall physical strength, tone, and body awareness that manifests itself in all that I do. Sydney and her crew obviously love their work, as they constantly find new, safe, fun but effective and efficient exercises to foster a solid core, integrated muscle development, and improved patterns of movement and exercise. Whether it’s from participating in the variety of classes or private sessions they offer, I am proud of the health, body and approach to aging I have created as a result of training at Pilates Tonic! I have been going to Pilates Tonic for over ten years. All of instructors are so knowledgeable about the body and the way it moves. As a couple, we do privates to work on specific issues, and I attend classes weekly to keep my body moving in the best way possible. I love the mat classes and the reformer classes where attention to detail is geared toward each individual. I also have joined Pilates Tonic online so I can access classes anytime I want from the comfort of my home. If you are looking for a place to enhance your current fitness levels, or help in recovering from an ongoing injury or body issue, this is THE place for you. I cannot say enough good things about Sydney, Will, McCall and Louie!

THIS is the place to go for Pilates! I just started 11 months ago and will never give it up. I honestly didn't think I was 'built' for pilates -- within two classes they proved me completely wrong. Sydney, Will and McCall are some of the best people I've met and super knowledgeable about the human body and how it moves/works. They are encouraging, helpful and great cheerleaders to motivate you. It's not a turn and burn kind of place. They take an interest in YOU, what YOU need and how they can help you accomplish your goals. Give them a shot. Surprise yourself!

Pilates Tonic is an amazing place to work on yourself. Sydney is so kind, supportive and welcoming to her studio. I never thought I would feel comfortable enough to try Pilates or be able to do it, but I’m so glad I got out of my comfort zone and I love the challenge. Will is absolutely the best instructor and he is so positive, supportive, encouraging and always makes sure I know how to do each move correctly. I can’t say enough good things! McCall is also a great instructor that has been so great to work with too. All the staff is friendly and supportive. Will is a very knowledgeable instructor. He’s excellent at explaining how the body works and what muscles benefit from each exercise. My body feels more balanced, and my headaches have become less frequent. I’m much more in tune with my body and how it’s working. Pilates Tonic is such a find! The instructors are extremely knowledgeable about the human body and are great teachers so that you get the most from each exercise taught. Don’t let an injury slow you down they are great at adapting and providing movements that can help you heal and move pain free. The classes are small enough so that they get to know you and can fully support and challenge you. You owe it to yourself to take the Studio Foundation session and see what they can do for you!
