Its a really good gym but has 2 flaws. 1.Its not 24 hours but at least they open at 4am. 2.They have all kinds of lockers but u can't use them to store anything. U just use it while ur there. The whole point of a locker is to have things you need in them. It's an egregious waste. Tempted to cancel my plan and find a new gym. They do however have a lot of excellent equipment and staff are nice and non-intrusive.

I signed up for Planet Fitness expecting a “24/7 gym” like they advertise, but was seriously disappointed to find out that this location don’t actually stay open 24 hours. What’s the point of promoting 24/7 access if you can’t deliver on it? Some of us work late hours or have unpredictable schedules and rely on that flexibility. Closing at night completely defeats the purpose. If you’re not going to be open around the clock, stop advertising that you are. Very misleading and frustrating.

This Planet Fitness is a good place to workout and tan but one of women I see frequently at the front desk is so rude and disrespectful every time I go in or even when I ask her a question. I am honestly just over it and she needs to be spoken to. There is no need to act like you are better than someone or to be just overall snobby to anyone when they first walk in.

This one isn’t busy like most gyms which is really nice. Came from Denver where had to wait around for most machines. Love that this one is more chill location. Staff is kind and remembers I like hydro massages at the end of each workout. Appreciate that so much

I'm a spinal cord injury survivor and I also have parkinson's disease, the staff at the Athens, Tennessee location. Are absolutely amazing. And they go above and beyond when I need help. I also use a Walker. Most of the time and the equipment is spaced out enough that my Walker Is not in the way when I am in there, working out

My husband and I have been going here for a few months now and absolutely love it! The black card membership is 100% worth it as well and affordable! The team that works here is so kind and friendly! You are always greeted with a smile and when you leave you always get a goodbye! The equipment is amazing, the vibe here is on spot, and personally I never feel uncomfortable. I want to kind of balance out the negative reviews. I know a lot of people have complained about the being charged thing, most places have issues with the point of sale system at first, its a new system, however i can say that it does get worked out. I have dealt with one rude person that does still work there, however 99.5% of the staff have been awesome with me. I get greeted when I come in and bye when i leave. The vibe isn't bad at all, people leave me alone when i am going through my set and that is great. For those that are rating a one star you probably didn't get what you wanted and felt entitled maybe a little bit. I said what i said. I am willing to bet you came off rude when handling your affairs with people that do work there. Have the day you deserve, and bless your heart one star people.

I run on the treadmills alot. I watch the TVS with my headphones on. I would like to hear the ESPN channels but I can't. Volume only works on the first 6. I've been asking Sierra for 2 months now. She says they are working on it. I asked the maintenance guy, he didn't know anything about it. They sure did take my maintenance fee out already. Mr. Owner did you read my comments? I talk to Management every week. I'm tired of talking. I want something done.

My husband and I really like this PF! We work out in the AM and appreciate James' kind attitude: it is nice to be greeted on entrance and exit. I have not met any staff member with less than stellar customer service skills. The workers, gym equipment, and atmosphere are all impeccable, and I recommend this gym to everyone!

This is my first review and hopefully my last. After I have canceled my membership they have kept charging me as well as the fees. When I have called they told me I would only have to pay 15 dollars to ensure then that my membership would be cancelled for sure, but a week later it doubled. Later, when I went to the location I paid the money but I still owed it according to my bank account, then that lady at the front counter (very helpful by the way) told me that she could not guaranteed that they won’t charge my account again, but overall lovely people.

The gentleman at the front desk who works the night shift is very friendly and did a great job helping me try the spa. He was very knowledgeable and kind! This location is great too, very clean, always a chill atmosphere. Definitely recommend 10/10

Apparently it's ok for their employees to make fun of their customers and spread rumors about them outside of the gym. I found out from a third party that an employee of theirs is apparently telling other people around town that I was a person of a certain sexual lifestyle and also accessing information about their customers and giving names to other people. A complaint was made to this gym about it and the employee is still working there. Not sure I want to ever go back now. I thought this place was supposed to be a "judgement free" zone but its not
