Staff has been wonderful every time i visit. I go to the gym late at night and the staff is always cleaning. They are welcoming and courteous. I've not had a bad experience at this location with other visitors or with any of the equipment. I really like it here.

This is my regular workout facility. The people here are extremely friendly and the machines are always super clean. There is a young woman named Brooklyn who is always working and never slows down. The machines are always spotless. It's nice to work out at a facility so clean and friendly

Cleanliness top notch, crowd size doable, however noticed lately peeps holding one machine and\or weights for super sets and for longer periods of time. Set could be completed by another or two peeps by the time machine\weight are held up. Come on, common courtesy, people. Please ask staff to reinforce, hold people to rules, standards for members to not hassle with this subject. Thanks

I've been using the Sango PF since it opened in 2019. Now in 2025 it's showing it's age. Seems as there's always one or more machines out of service. The cleaning of equipment doesn't seem an diligence and the staff isn't as efficient as the first years. I never had to go upfront to ask them to fill a cleaning station. Worst was three empty in the back at one point. Still overall 4 stars and well worth the investment in time and money.

No customer support through website. Have to physically go into place to get help from people who can't help you anyway. Customer support link if you can find it just takes you to the faq section with no way to contact anymore. No easy way to contact usually means any issues you have will never get resolved. Have used this location since it opened in 2019. Very well managed, employees have, for the most part, been very responsive to the needs of the members and upkeep of the gym. Some of the machines are showing the years of use and occasionally are in-op. Found it best to watch how busy on the app or google as this gym has some really crowded times. Like to have a half star to add to review. Use their corporate site to check pricing don't be surprised by the maintenance charge.

They rearranged some machines so that they are facing each other instead of the mirror, so I hope you like someone staring directly at you while trying to get through your workouts. It was fine before, if it’s not broke-don’t fix it. They also love moving and cleaning equipment during the busiest hours at this gym.

The TV service is so hit or miss, lately about 50% of the time you are starring at a black screen while trying to endure a 30-45min cardio routine. locker rooms are too small. Staff is very friendly, maybe too friendly, I have never seen anyone enforce the no bags on the floor rule. Between bags and dumbbells' scattered about you better watch your step.

When I joined this gym I was informed that there was no childcare and that my son wasn’t allowed the floor with the equipment but they told me as long as I had someone with him it would be fine. My husband always came and sat with my son who has autism and has a hard time being away from me. This was never an issues until my fourth time coming to the gym and an employee by the name of Omar kicked us out and told me the GM called and said no kids were allowed in the gym. I gave them my number for the GM to call me, she never did. When I called the next morning the team lead said she would be working and I would have to come in. I came in and to my surprise she wasn’t there. I showed up for the next three days to try to get my money back and talk with the GM and never heard a thing. This whole experience was very frustrating for me and it seems they don’t care about their customers. Every employee I talked to about this matter had a different response to give me about my child being in the gym and were not friendly at all. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

Love this location much more than Fort Campbell! It’s a much smaller facility however most of the employees are super sweet and helpful. Today I witness a young lady (black shirt in my picture) stop and help an elderly man. You can tell they take their time to really get to know the customers. The equipment is always clean and the employees are constantly doing extra cleaning.

I come to the gym during the evening hours and I have to say the facility is always clean and the staff that I see on a regular basis are always cleaning and care about the members.

Tracy, Terri, Hannah, Olivia, and Tanya; you all are great and make me feel so welcomed when I come to the gym. They are some of the friendliest people and always have a smile to great me with. They go above and beyond to take care of all the members requests. It is great to know when I come to the gym after a hard days work, I can come to the gym and be treated with respect and a smile.

Lady’s, if it wasn’t for you all, I would have already left the gym and went somewhere else. Keep up the great work you all do and keep motivating me to continue my Journey to better health. You all ROCK!!!

Giving it a 3 instead of a 1 because the staff is friendly and the price is right. Not giving it more than that because this place is always busy. Forget using the "crowd meter" in the app, it doesn't matter what time of day, it's packed and hard to work out. One main downfall is teens coming for free now. Crowded with teens on their phones sitting on equipment in large groups. There should've been a time frame for them to come and/or gym etiquette lesson prior to signing them all up. Also, I love the staff but they always vaccum and mop at peak times so it's hard to workout and not be indirectly be pushed off equipment or dust storms around you while working out. This place has great potential with a few changes. But again, the price is great.
