This is the best PF facility I’ve ever experienced! Where do I start? The environment is huge, spacious, and exceptionally clean, with an abundance of amenities and equipment—there's enough to explore for weeks. The cleaning area is user-friendly, with at least two cleaning stations in each section, and each paper towel dispenser is separate, which I haven’t seen at other places. There's also a dedicated storage area within the center for your belongings, so you don't need to use the bathroom storage. On top of that, there's a cozy relaxation area that encourages socializing, making it an enjoyable space. The bathrooms are also impressive, spotless, with plenty of space for privacy, and the large mirrors are a thoughtful addition. I have lots of compliments to give but I can’t type them all lol. I assume this location is so well-maintained because of its proximity to a military base. Anyways I absolutely love this place.

Wanted a tour to see the place and join. I was told by the girl I had to sign up with contact info first, a lie. Someone did a tour and the guy brought the sign up tablet afterwards. She said she was too busy at the desk, in case someone walked in, to give me a tour but I could walk around myself. It seemed like it was a great undertaking for her. I went midday during the week. This is definitely not the attitude I'd want from my employee.

Look at my posting history. I don't whine or point fingers very often. This might be my 4th negative post.

Crunch is next door. I have been a member there for almost a month th and highly recommend them. Staff is always helpful.

I've been working out at this gym for almost 2-3 years now and I absolutely love it! The customer service is great and the staff is always helpful. I went to a Planet Fitness in Nashville once and wasn't impressed, all of the cardio equipment was too close together and the weight equipment seemed really outdated. Overall this is a great place to workout with no distractions of people slamming weights, screaming when lifting or stuff like that. I also really appreciate how the staff is constantly cleaning, very rarely do I workout and not see a staff member cleaning. There are lots of hand sanitizer stations around the gym, as well as paper towels and spray to wipe down the equipment to.

Today I was yelled at and argued with by a girl working the front desk because I was videoing she claimed I can’t video or take photos and that I signed a contract about this. I looked over my contract and I see nothing claiming I can’t video or take photos. While in the gym I also seen others videoing and nothing was said them. I feel like I was treated poorly. After a recent misunderstanding with #planetfitness @planetfitness , I was recently told that my membership was cancelled. As an avid sportsman and bodybuilder, I cannot tell you the hurt that has caused me.

Recently, while on business in Jackson, TN, I spoke with the manager of my old home gym. I wrote some of my best college papers on those treadmills! The manager is a very understanding and kind lady. She told me that I did the right thing by speaking up, and the “Candidate for Regional Manager” in Clarksville is not a working title within the company. I was bullied and then bullied by the young manager for quietly leaving after a new employee had taken it upon himself to target and bully me, which is a form of harassment.

She agreed that I did the right thing by quietly leaving for the other PF across town, and letting it be known what had happened. As a victim of violent crime and an advocate for human rights, as well as an individual who seeks peace and justice, I am grateful that she has invited me with open arms to visit my home gym anytime I can swoop by for a visit.

My heart goes out to her, and I have never been so impressed by how management has handled an issue in another region.

Unfortunately, my visit to Clarksville was not as kind. I dare-say that work needs to be done with their employment standards in that area, to have so blatantly canceled me for being victimized without letting me say Goodbye to my fellow gym mates that I saw every day for x2 years now.

In the words of Joey Swoll, @joeyswoll , they unfortunately need to do better there. 👍🏼

I want an apology. The young girl who was rude to me was more excited and jumping around to tell me, “please don’t come back,” instead of finding any sort of solution. It’s the worst management I’ve ever seen. I’ve been bullied and punished for it.

I also was told I’m getting my money back, so I want the annual fee that I had just paid if my membership is taken from me. I had to pay another, less expensive, at my new gym. That’s robbery.

This PF location was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly. I liked that they had more hydro massage chairs than most.
What I didn't like is the restroom/locker room. There's not a single floor mat or rug anywhere in the women or men's ( fall hazard). There's not a bench or enough hooks to secure your belongings and keep them off of the floor in either of the changing rooms. There's not a cleaning station in the restroom with Virex and paper towels. A hair dryer station would be nice as well( many PF locations have everything I just mentioned)

Do you want a gym that makes you and your guest/workout buddy feel welcome, when you pay $25+a month, plus annual fee, for the membership just for the ability to bring a friend? Then DON’T go to this gym. And if you do, just know that you have to come into the building WITH your friend…not 10 min. sooner/later than your guest, even if you work out together. And if you are the guest, DO NOT put the app on your phone to use the check in QR code they give you when you enter all your information to sign up as a GUEST, because they want the guest to sign in on the MEMBER’S phone…not yours. (From the employee’s mouth who rudely stopped me when I was checking in the same way I have for over a month). I’m assuming it is because they want the guest to come one time and then buy their own membership, just like every other corporate greedy gym. They don’t care about your health/fitness, just how much you’re willing to pay for the idea of it. By the way, none of that is in any of the “details” when you sign up. It’s just this gym that I’m aware of, but I don’t recommend any PF with the way their policies look out for women. Look up their recent situation with a PF in Alaska involving a man who feels like a woman. 😉 if I could give 0 stars I would…overpriced memberships, overpriced protein shakes. I’m honestly glad they gave me an easy reason to leave, never come back, and tell anyone I know how much of a waste of time and money they are. Thank you PF!

We enjoy going to this gym but wish they would pick different staffing for early in the mornings. We go to the gym at 4:15 each morning and the short haired employee that works is never working, instead she is cuddled up with 1 of 2 different guys at the front desk or sitting on the equipment while they work out (I don’t come to the gym to see a dating show but I sure get to) not to mention most days there are no paper towels in several of the cleaning stations and she is no where to be found, then comes running in the building from being out in the parking lot. My son has been a guest member at this facility for over the past year. He has his own bar code pass to use and has been going twice a week to work out! No one has ever stopped him or questioned him on his membership or why he is there. But tonight he was refused entry due to not having a black card member with him. After calling and trying to understand the situation I was told there was nothing I could do about it and then got hung up on by their manager Amanda. This place is a joke and don’t know their own policies or procedures! Going twice a week for almost a year to being told that you can not have entry anymore is ridiculous! This is officially not for the young anymore. The older generation here feels so entitled to skip and interrupt new beginners when we have questions about the gym, and the facility allows it to happen. There are two people working at the front desk the old man could have went to the other lady to sign in. Once I lost my keytag and the app wouldn’t link my account, the various locations I’ve visited NEVER did anything for me some would have me sign in manually but tell me I need to get it fixed and linked but calling the location I started from. I'm experiencing the same problems that bh7 has experienced for the last week at this location (the men's bathrooms being completely closed off) I'm not for sure about the ladies? It is understandable that locations can have problems from time to time but it's ridiculous for it to be something lasting over a week and if someone has to alert the manager of that location of something of a serious matter that shuts down an entire bathroom for a week that manager should be fired and replaced with one that can handle the job. Don't get me wrong I love that gym and that location it's just frustrating to leave home just to get there to find out you have to turn around and go all the way back home just to pee.

I understand that every building could have plumbing issues however, it's been a week from today and this location still has no facilities for the men to use and I'm talking nothing no sink, no shower, no toilet, no urinal. My opinion is if you have one half of the building that's not in working order the entire building should be closed down until you can rectify the issue.
