I travel a lot and I can honestly say this Planet Fitness is by far the best one I've been to. The weights are always in operation, the dressing room and area always clean. But it's the staff who always go out of their way to ensure you have a good experience and will come back. Particularly Sutton, Andy, and Chloe despite being busy always answer questions that guests need answers to and are very professional. I'll definitely come back.

whoever designed the new layout should be fired. Benn going ther for 3 years, using the express section, which has been discontinued. It seems to be one of the most used areas, ecpecially for the over 60 people. Aleays people there when I am there Sunday AM and Wednesday AM.The stair machines have been moved so close to the TVs that one almost goes crosseyed trying to watch them. I would guess that whoever designed this never uses the equipment. I guessit is time to look elsewhere.

This location is way too crowded pretty much all of the time. If you can, use the Cookeville location. Also, if you are overweight, there is a high chance the female employees will make fun of you. I have overheard them making fun of overweight female patrons and elderly patrons on numerous occasions.

I enjoy the black card level experience in that I like the massage chairs, the hydro massage chairs, and the discount I receive on drinks. The staff are helpful and friendly! There are other options like tanning and skin therapy. There are also, a variety of machines and classes to choose from to work out. It's nice to know that the choices are there when I need them.

Update, 4- 20-24... they still haven't changed the directions of the fans overhead, as you're looking up. They're all going clockwise, they should be spinning. Counterclockwise, We have visited over 100 Planet Fitnesses across the United States in the last 3 years, this is the first PF where the fans are going the wrong way. There are directional.
Visiting from out of state, very nice facility for a small planet Fitness. Came in on a Saturday afternoon around 6:30 p.m. and about a half dozen people here, not busy at all. Very clean, good air circulation, no machines down. Plenty of parking.. staff were excellent. Two girls were working at the front desk.

Best Staff and Best Gym ever!
The Staff are knowledgeable, kind and caring. If ever a question regarding the machines the staff are there to help and answer questions. They greet everyone at the door and on our way out.
So glad I joined this gym after I moved here in June it was the best decision I ever could’ve made. Planet Fitness is like my second home.
Join this gym and you will definitely will not be sorry!

I been coming here at the Crossville location after I get of work in the evenings for 7 months. Every time I come in here. Everyone member of the staff is hanging out sitting on the desk looking on their phones and not helping anyone. The staff is rude. Supposed to be a judge free zone. That’s a joke. Last week, I was checking in”this time in the afternoon “ and sat down for a min to check my messages. A elderly couple was leaving and there was a few female staff making very inappropriate comments about this couple. There comments turn my stomach the wrong way. I felt bad for the couple they were talking about. They made fun of the way this couple smelled and looked etc All I could do was think of this couple being my parents and being disrespected like this couple was. Just heartbreaking Never in my life have I heard or seen an establishment employees talk in a manner about clients. Like I did here. Shame on these 3 young female staff. Same on management. Unpin leaving this evening . I saw the same couple in the parking lot and all I could do was feel heartbroken and think about them going in there again and being talked about in a disrespectful way again. I will call corporate and let them know and cancel my membership.

Friend of mine, who is black card Member has been Talking with us at our domestic violence , victim group Trying to get us to all get involved into something positive instead of staying at home depressed. Her as a member is allowed to take a guest so she has invited me on her lunch break to come try everything So I can determine what membership I would like To sign up for. I have a Ms, so I’m limited on what I can do. I wanted to try out the black card Member option. I don’t tan but I was interested in the massages as I hurt all the time. But I can only come when she comes and she goes on her lunch break, which is only 30 minutes long. So I was coming in to try each massage chair. but I can only try one each visit as she only goes there to tan and she has to get back to work. On my second visit, I was Going in to try the Hydro massage chair. Upon checking in the female with reddish hair maybe the manager. Not sure but she said you were told before It was not unlimited guest tryout. It was really humiliated and made me confused as I only tried one that took tokens and that’s not what we were told when I first visited and tried that chair. I’ve only tried one chair I felt humiliated and I did not feel welcome. I can’t imagine how it made my friend feel. I am thankful for my friend for trying to get us all out and active but this is not the place for me. I’ve never felt unwanted in a place before other than living with my ex abusive husband. but never from a company. I am not going to pay extra money when I can’t even try it as an option and now thanks to the incident on my last visit. I don’t even wanna go there again.

Beautiful gym here in Crossville. Pleasant and enjoyable, inside and out! Clean, well organized, good ventilation, and — highly important, but often overlooked — very well lighted with large front windows!

The equipment is brand-new and all functioning very well. Stretching/yoga class underway in part of the central area had many participants. This gym is especially gifted for use by several retired couples who were working out together and didn’t seem bothered by brash intruders such as me. 💪

Will I be back to Crossville TN anytime soon? Most likely not, though my sweet Angel Cousin Pat and her husband Dennis are so inviting! Yet… If I do road trip through again? Planet Fitness in Crossville is for sure my planned local workout gym. 💛

Truly 5 star! I travel for work and in the Crossville area this week. By far, the most genuinely friendly helpful staff I’ve ever encountered. Emily and Carrie greeted me by name and answered countless questions and directed me toward the various zones. Facility is also very clean, tons of cardio and all the other features we have come to expect from Planet Fitness. I’d go out of my way to visit this location.

It truly feels like a judgement free zone. Cleanliness is well maintained. It is beginner friendly and provides easy access to learn new exercises and equipment. The app is awesome and informative. Works well. The crowd meter is probably my favorite. The tanning beds work well which is the only spot I’ve found in town with decent beds so far. This dumb belle loves Planet Fitness :)
