Good gym. Generally clean. Well lit. Plenty of equipment. Would be nice to have Hammer equipment in there. People are usually cool, never busy. Today at like 8pm, some creep sat at a piece of equipment in the middle of the gym and did nothing but watch his phone and look up occasionally, all from the time I showed up, did a full workout and left a little over an hour later. Weirdo. Anyway, GET - IN - THE GYM!

Im disappointed that one of the most important components of why im a black member is not delivering. The water pressure of the shower is weak and no hot water. I couldn't take a shower at this location. 2 star instead of one because the air quality is good, its clean and would have been a decent workout spot if I worked out here.

Today is June 24. The time is 5:22am and no one has shown up to open the gym. This is ridiculous and totally unacceptable

Update: It's after 5:25am. The gym is suppose to open at 5am and the person that's supposed to open is consistently late opening the gym at 5am. How does this he keep his job? A parking lot full of people waiting for the gym to open.

This gym is terrific and the membership fees are very reasonable. As a former member of several gyms in Germantown, I love the quality and cleanliness of the equipment. The staff is very helpful and encouraging. I also appreciate the fact that the business is fully staffed during all business hours...don't have to worry about being alone late night without competent staff members on duty.

Left a jacket a few days ago and was forced by the front desk girl to sign-up for a membership just to walk in and grab it. The hours are listed in the app, but they must be incorrect. It’s Saturday morning @6:35 and people are sitting in their cars waiting to go inside. The gym isn’t open.

I’m a new customer. I also went for a 2nd time on 8/7. This time, the HVAC was down. I’m scared to go this morning for fear that I’ll be making another pointless drive to this gym.

Cleaner than the location on Winchester, but definitely competes with the Cordova location for sure.
I mean, nobody wipes down after themselves at Winchester. No wonder all the ring worm Lotrimin medication at Walgreens be gone.

And Cordova? That PF went above and beyond for COVID-19, making health a top priority. I can easily see this location following suit in terms of health and cleanliness, especially with people respecting management I've frequently witnessed.

But sad truth here--- I really am getting tired of wiping down peoples' sweat altogether. It's disgusting. I think what each location is missing are signs to wipe down after use.

I’ve been to dozens and dozens of Planet Fitness locations across the country and this is one of the best. You can always tell if they’ve got the latest equipment by the number of new stair master machines they have. This club has 6 and they’re the best and newest models Planet Fitness offers. The staff were also incredibly friendly. I will definitely be back every time I’m here for business.

As someone wheelchair bound this location had the best and most versatile options for me, the staff is nice and place is clean but they don't have any trainers and I was told I would have to ask management if it's ok to bring one,which would be nice for someone to teach me how to adapt equipment to my needs,ability and body because we all wanna be better versions of ourselves but overall 👍

This is a great PF in comparison to others I visit. Equipment and facilities are always clean and in good working order. The only reason for 2 stars is the placement of the televisions. The intent of the screens is for elliptical and treadmill users. They are so ridiculously close to the ellipticals that it actually causes eye pain and neck cramps looking up at such an angle. Possibly the worst placement I’ve ever experienced at a gym. There’s plenty of beams that could be used to support the screens from a proper distance if they would address the problem. Could be an easy fix!

Well and visiting Planet Fitness I will definitely say this location is newer with a lot of new equipment it does have its pros and cons. So I’m going to go with the cons first the only downsides The showers unfortunately are a bit small so if you are a larger person you have to get used to it or go to another location sorry. I will say that the The ceiling color is definitely a change from the traditional black, it really opens up the entire space. It’s also a lot brighter because of the LED lights and you can really get top quality pictures taken if you’re really into fitness.

When you first come to the building if you don’t have a GPS or it’s not night where you’re able to see the light it doesn’t have the purple and yellow on the signage that really would make it stand out. You will have a lot of new equipment that you’ll be unfamiliar with but the QR code will help you find a YouTube videos it will allow you to properly used equipment. I will advise you to take that route rather than yes what equipment does or someone will record you and you will be on Facebook Instagram Twitter any social media platform and you will have a lot of your friends talking about you! If you don’t know how equipment works and you really don’t trust a QR codes you can always ask a staff member and they’ll show you how to use equipment or see if they can find a video for you so you’ll be able to use the equipment properly. And please wipe down the equipment after each use if you don’t trust the person before you has not wipe down the equipment you can always wipe it down yourself then after you’re done wipe down again. Safety is the number one priority for everyone.

Also back to the showers they do have handicap shower so please if you notice any member that has a medical need for that please do not use that shower allow them to have first access to it regardless their first arriving or last to leave allow them to have that it was designed specifically for them to help them if you don’t have a disability please be understanding. The reason I am going over these things on the side of a person being handicap versus a person that doesn’t have a handicap it’s because I’ve had family members and friends they did not have access to the bathroom stalls or a shower that they specifically need it because someone decided that they wanted more room in the more space it’s gonna be male or female or binary or unknown identify if you identify as a alien whatever you choose it’s your choice. But here you do feel like you can get a really good workout in equipment is newer so you don’t have to worry about equipment not functioning properly or a machine not being free it’s pretty open I will say the area of the 360 is the only area that does not have a fan above it and you will feel the warmth pretty quickly if you had a warm workout so prepare yourself. Hydrate before you go in as well as have a towel because you’re going to sweat the 30 minute workout room is perfect it’s so much to the one on Winchester and you’re definitely going to get a workout in. There were a lot more pros than cons at this location even the staff is nice I see with my own eyes before they close up 45 minutes before they’re doing the floors they’re going through step-by-step cleanliness even the massage rooms tanning beds to sit in the area just relax black card members you’re really going to appreciate the detail they put in on it as you can see from the pictures I was only able to get a little bit of what the black card spa gives you. You can truly enjoy this location and if you’re a busy professional you come in and get out pretty quickly unless you really want to hobby lobby which is located next-door. For those Apple users you’ll be glad to know that the Apple store is also close by!!!!
