This is my home gym. I love it! Always clean, the staff are wonderful. The machines are great and always available. I would give 5 stars but because they aren't open 24/7 I have to go the the JC planet fitness. Which really sucks. But other than that I love it.

I moved out of Greeneville to West Tennessee so canceled my account did not want to transfer membership. I did this in June in person. 3 months later and they are still charging my account. I called numerous times and it’s like talking to a pre schooler there. They say it’s fix but still charging my account. It’s linked to my checking account so I should not have to change my account because of their error. Thieves

Was in a nearby town without a gym for a few days. This was the closest gym and it was a great experience. Curiesha was more than helpful and welcoming. In fact everyone we ran into made this experience fantastic.

Location was nice. Clean. I travel for work and come across PF often. The only issue I really had was the female worker was kissing and public display affectionating her BF at the check in desk and outside during the duration of my stay

Why are you letting dogs into the gym. I have spoke with the people that brought dogs to this gym. Not a single person could provide a certificate or provide a valid reason to have them.
I’m a disabled vet with 20 years of service. My family gave up our comfort and lives for the freedoms in this country. Why do we have to suffer for others disrespect.

I love PF and was a member in NH for over 15 years. I knew moving to East TN my training options would be limited so I joined the "other" Greeneville gym. Can you imagine my over the top excitement when I learned they were building a PF right down the road from me?!!! Can you imagine my disappointment when I learned they open at 5am😭
For a great deal of us that work at 7am in Greeneville that leaves us out of the loop.
Yes of course we could work out after work but some jobs, like mine are far to physical to muster energy for an evening workout.
The only reason I'm at the "other" gym is because of the 24 hour access. Such a bummer!

What a difference it’s made in my life. Aging doesn’t mean that you have to lose flexibility or strength. Planet Fitness is very affordable, even for those on a fixed income. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, their equipment is second to none, the environment is very inclusive to everyone so that you always feel welcome, and their hydro massage table has greatly improved my arthritis. I suggest you stop by and speak with them. It’s the first step to feeling better and having more energy to do the things you enjoy.

The massage chairs and hydro beds are a must to help relax your muscles, before and after a workout or just from long hard day at work, red light therapy with the vibra shake program is totally worth the time and they have awesome tanning beds!

Staff are less than friendly and not helpful when helping a member of my family sign up for PF membership. My “home” PF location is much more accommodating compared to Gville location. I will be sure to let my home gym know that I appreciate their hospitality.

I did stop by the front desk and requested my home gym be switched to the one in Johnson City. For a corporate gym, this gym looks like no other Planet Fitness I've been to. Greenville, SC. Morristown, Johnson City, TN. Asheville, NC. The walls are a different color, there are no fans, the equipment is cheap and feels old, the equipment is smashed together, the lighting is bright. The sign isn't close enough to the road to see it when you drive by and I've had to turn around twice. Typical of Greeneville, TN businesses.

I love this gym, I’ve been a member of several planet fitnesses over the years. Obviously it’s new and all the equipment is new and that is amazing, however I just wish this location had more tanning beds available! With the crowd of people working out at the new gym I have to sit around and wait for a bed to open up after my workout! I wish it was more like the Johnson city location where they have several! Speaking of tanning beds I will give it to this location, the tanning beds are absolutely amazing, you can actually feel them working as opposed to the other locations I’ve tried before! Maybe once the novelty of it being new wears off the crowding won’t be such an issue:) other than that it would be 5 stars!

Our location has just opened and so far, we have enjoyed going every day to begin our fitness journey. The amenities afforded by joining with the black are certainly worth it because using the massage chairs and hydro massage has helped with eliminating a lot of the soreness.
