Friendly staff and nice environment, the only problem I have is that people use in the workout machine to watch their cellphones, they can be seating for long time just watching their cellphone while you are waiting, many times I had to leave without finishing my workout for the same reason. Managers are amazing!!!!!! Dallas and Matthew are amazing! The staff is fantastic as well. Exactly helpful. The last asst manager (William) was no help to me at all and always seemed to have issues with other customers. Glad he’s gone… just better environment over all.

Not honest people I dropped my phone I lost my phone here(the man at the gym said he couldn't find it) so I hurried and got a new phone well that day I knew someone had my phone I kept getting password reset codes to my new phone) a month of this happening and someone from the gym finally calls and says they found my phone..I got get it the first thing that pulls up is PayPal and its connected to their wifi (I never connect there) these people had my phone for a month trying to get into things money related! Not honest at all!!

Visited this Planet Fitness while I was in town visiting family. It was one of the worst locations I have been to.
-Very hot in the gym, it didn't seem like the AC was working right
-The machines are very close together, esp cable machines were hard to use and felt like the set up made them in the way of others & there were not a lot of attachments for the cable machines. This is the only one I've been to that doesnt have any lat pulldown attachments.
-Lots of weird PDA, saw a couple making out in front of machines and sitting on each others laps while working out and people just chilling on machines while not using them.
-The water is the worst problem. No filter light to tell if it's good or bad... It's bad, let me tell you. It's HOT and tastes like it came out of a water hose mid summer. Super gross. I asked another member about it and he said, "yeah it's been like that for years. I never drink the water here"

During my visit, I observed that the cleanliness of this Planet Fitness was subpar. Specifically, I was disappointed by the state of the male locker room. One of the changing stalls contained an overflowing trashcan, an abandoned underwear on the floor, and unclean showers with personal items left behind by previous users. These observations indicate a lack of daily cleaning maintenance in the shower area.

It was concerning to see that such a busy gym could allow these conditions to persist, as hygiene is crucial for a positive workout environment. Additionally, the presence of uncollected trash could potentially deter members from using the facilities regularly.

I visited this location once because my usual location was closed. I will not be returning. The place was packed and hot with very little air flow and some creep was video taping me on their smartphone while I was working out. I will say that the staff was friendly and the machines were okay.

I don’t like the new cycles machines they have put in. They are difficult to adjust to my leg length and not very comfortable at all. I would like the old ones to be brought back. They were a lot more comfortable and easier to adjust to my leg length.

Not enough equipment for the amount of traffic. It seems no matter what time of day it is overcrowded. There are a lot of guys that come in and take up smith machines for an hour that are trying to body-build. It would be great if it just had regular people trying to get a quick workout in and leave.

Ok, so I have been calling every month to freeze account since Covid started. But I just got enough of employees who are not educated enough on this topic. They keep telling me they don't do that and unless I'm talking to managers noone know what they doing. Horrible customer service. The front desk in the am is non customer friendly. The staff was unprofessional and disrespectful. I travel across the country and have been to sites from San Jose to Boston. I got better treatment in the south side of Philadelphia. This is not representative of all PF. Please get better staff for Sunday mornings.

The crowd meter is not accurate at all... If it says barely busy on the second mark you can bet their isn't one machine to use. However it's more of a normal gym that people respect each other and get along. Planet fitness would be better if they all had good people running it like this one does. I'd just take the lunk alarm down and throw it away because new people coming their feel like they are walking on the shells. But this location has great people.

Come in today (10/20/24) out of state for a week. The guy at the front desk had a horrible attitude and no people skills. Luckily there was another associate at the front who was able to help me select my best option for my short visit. She was absolutely wonderful and showed me around the gym. The male associate stayed on his cell phone the entire time I worked out (3 hours). After leaving he was in his car sleeping. If it wasn't for the other associate I would have found another gym.

I love this gym! Great price and every machine you need to stay in shape. I have and will continue to recommend it. I like the crowd meter. It seems fairly accurate to me. One downside is that I don't think the staff monitors the 30-minute circuit training area closely enough. It's frustrating when people are in there and not doing the circuit. To their credit, though, most people are considerate enough to let me use the machine when I get to it in my circuit. But it can be really awkward when they aren't paying attention and I have to ask. Honestly, I end up skipping the machine instead of asking. I'm not gong to be "that person" who goes up and asks staff to come handle it. But I do wish staff would stay on top of that. Aside from that, I really like this gym.

Although I am still in pretty good shape for my age (75), I had bypass surgery this year. After I had finished my cardio rehab, I wanted to continue my workouts. After visiting several other fitness centers, I chose Planet Fitness.

When you first walk in, you can't help being impressed by all the various workout equipment. I almost never have to wait on a piece of equipment. There are rows of treadmills of various types. There are various machines for any muscle group you want to address. Do you prefer free weights, they have a multitude of options there.

After your workout, you may need a nice water massage or shower. Its all there.

The place is always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Its good for your body and spirit. I have made several new friends as well.

If you start today, you will be able to tell a difference by Christmas. I have lost 2" off my waist and many of my aches and pains have gone away. My weight has remained the same but now it is more muscle than fat. BMI= 23. Its never too late to start.

Having been a PF Black Card member for the better part of a year, I have never had a worse experience than today. Horrible customer service, poor communication, and inexcusable behavior by who I can only assume was some kind of “manager” towards me, my 14 year old son, and his friend. As a small business owner, I know for certain there is never an issue with a customer that cannot, and should not, be handled in a manner that benefits everyone. Even in the short term. Mocking and arguing with someone who pays for a membership is simply bad business practice and never worth losing a paying customer. Which is why I will promptly cancel my membership and will never recommend PF to anyone in the Lebanon area. Sports Village here we come!

I have been happy to have Planet Fitness in Lebanon. I general everything is nice, organized, and well kept. Members are generally quiet, but pleasant. Like most gyms now days, not much conversation. My only repeated complaint is that they use some kind of corporate level maintenance. When something breaks around the gym, it can be some time before it is fixed. Would love to see the break / fix timeline accelerate.

I've been a customer for over 3 years now and in the last year the place doesn't get cleaned as often, the employees play on their phones at the front desk and recently I told a young lady at the front desk that something had been spilled in the locker room and her response was rude and indifferent.
