The Bellevue location has been amazing!! Finally into my first year at this location. The staff is great, the guest are great. There is plenty of parking even though sometimes at rush hour and late night Johnathan’s fills up and the new Harbor Freight. But there’s always a place to park.

I recently switched my membership here because of the positive reviews and overall cleanliness, which I’ve generally found to be true. Unfortunately, this evening I observed the staff “cleaning” the bathroom/showers and was disappointed in the lack of attention to detail. The toilets were not wiped down at all—only cleaner poured inside—leaving visible waste around the seat area (underneath). The floors were not mopped (uncertain if that’s a requirement), and overall it came across as rushed with little pride in the work.

Additionally, the shower curtains could use more frequent replacement or at least regular washing, as the insides are quite unsanitary.

To be fair, I do appreciate the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the rest of the facility, which is why this stood out so much. This may have been a one-off, but it seems like a retraining opportunity is needed to maintain the standard that brought me here in the first place. Thank you.

This planet fitness is wonderful. The bathrooms are clean and the black card spa is wonderful. At this location Ive started to use the Hydromassage beds before and after work for my lymphatic drainage and vasodilation lol. I’m a little spoiled. The staff never minds to have me visit, and they do a wonderful job :). Thank you 🥰 just to have something to continue growth or making people happy I will leave one thing that I feel would make me as a guest feel more comfy— I would say personally I find the women’s locker room area always at this Bellevue location to be a little on the chilly side every time I have visited. The staff are all wonderful. The gym is clean and very functional and obviously managed very well. I wish yall also could get the kiosks that sell protein snacks. I feel like they should be a bit more transparent with the annual renewal fee you get charged after a month instead of hiding it in the terms and conditions when you sign up. I had to file a complaint with PF Corporate home office and TN Better Business Bureau. The manager, Anecia Solorzano, is very dishonest. I charged me twice for the 'annual' fee and then she added fees that were not mine. If the billing is not fixed by the end of the month I post the invoice and begin legal processing.

I’m giving 10 bc i do love this gym. But please. Someone listen to me pretty please. Can we put a paper tower dispenser in the men’s restroom? I know the air driers have the little sign on them about how they save trees. But the gym itself has about 10 paper towel rolls by the machines. So, huh? Let me explain. The locker rooms and bathrooms get incredibly gross incredibly quickly. Guys spill things. Splash water everywhere. Spill their protein shakes and pre workout everywhere. And then they don’t clean it up, because there isn’t a paper towel dispenser in the men’s bathroom. Everyday i go to the locker room, it is so gross. And sometimes i have to hold my breath from the smell of guys walking through the leaks and splashes. it is so gross. A paper towel roll would allow these guys to have the opportunity to clean up after themselves. Help me obiwan. You’re my only hope. Yall can do this. It’s such a cheap solution to a very real problem.

My friend went in the other day to cancel her membership because she pregnant and hasn’t been going lately . The guy at the front desk had the audacity to fat shamed her ( keep in mind she almost 6 months pregnant) saying that she should rethink her decision and that she could lose a few pounds. Even if she wasn’t pregnant it’s really none of the employees business what people do with their life and keep their opinions to themselves. As someone who goes to this gym it really makes me want to cancel my membership and never recommend it to anyone. Very disappointments with how staff think they have the right to talk with PAYING members.

I like Planet Fitness because it truly provides a no judgment atmosphere. Generally the gym is clean and people are friendly. Sometimes there aren't people at the desk, and you can't use the black card perks. Sometimes certain machines are down. Water taste fine, so they seem to change their filters regularly.

My only real complaint is that I was so excited when they got the glute lift machine... But that thing is so flimsy and difficult to use. The strap sometimes seems to be buckled til you go to lift and it comes apart. There are machines that are designed more sturdy and are more effective and less frustrating to use. Aside from that... The express workout machines could be in a better order. Not sure why they have different express machines than other locations. The only thing the Dickson location has on them is the express area.

Great gym overall and have been coming here a while. Super nice people and it’s clean. However, the updated hours for the weekends closing early and Monday starting later at 5 am are very inconvenient and make it difficult to be able to attend due to my working hours. My biggest attraction to coming here initially was the hours of availability. Also of note the water fountain/filter system is inoperable and no other form of water is available at this time.

Equipment selection is nicer than other locations but wish there was more free weight focused equipment like the location in Florence, KY. They have a hip thrust machine, hack squat, etc.

Also the recently changed hours are super inconvenient, closing at 7 pm on the weekends is a bit early.

This facility also hasn’t had a working water fountain for at least a month now and it’s wild that there is only one for the whole facility. Seems like that would be a safety issue considering this a gym. They were giving water bottles away for free at first but have stopped doing that. Not having water access at a gym is ridiculous.

The facility itself is fine—mostly clean, and decent machines. The problem here is their hours. This gym is very clearly geared toward retirees and people who do not have jobs as they don’t seem concerned with the early morning crowd by any stretch of the imagination. Since starting my membership here, they chopped their hours and are closed until 5am or 7am 3 days out of the week. As I need to access the gym around 4am, I am paying full time membership for access 4 days a week, Tuesday-Saturday. Next week they’re closing Monday for Labor Day but won’t be back open til Tuesday at 6am, so I will be able to use my membership 3/7 days. This wouldn’t be so frustrating if some sort of offer had been extended upon the restructuring of the hours to those whose schedules are greatly impacted, but instead of any communication, they chopped the hours and the staff too, apparently, because there are never any employees here (or at least visible) if I wanted to take advantage of my black card membership amenities on one of the 3 days I can actually use the facility. I hope Planet Fitness Bellevue can reexamine their new exclusionary hours and strive to accommodate everyone rather than just some people, as their motto advertises. I believe I’ll take my money somewhere it is as valuable as everyone else’s is, and to a place that will deliver on what you pay for.

The upbeat, positive, fun environment. It’s always super clean. Staff is friendly and very helpful. It’s easy to sign up. There’s a big variety of equipment. The 30 minute workout is perfect. Are you kidding me? For a supposedly 24hr locale they sure love to enforce hours which one is allowed to use the locker room. This is twice TWICE now that I’ve been asked to leave the locker room for cleaning, and each time was at a different hour of the day. The guy working last night honestly told me I had five minutes to get my clothes on and get out of the locker room. As if that isn’t bad enough he told me this while I was IN THE SHOWER. Has he met any woman anywhere ever?? After managing to get out of there a record breaking 13 mins later he tried to hold me up at the exit, apparently I looked perturbed enough to make him concerned as to why I requested his name (Lennie-no name tag). He hurriedly tried explaining he was the only employee there and he needed to clean the bathroom before his shift was over. Well I was the k my female when I entered the gym, the only female there during my workout , and the only female exiting the gym. Also he couldn’t have informed me of this before I stepped into the shower to wash off the post workout sweat?? Had this been the first time this location pulled this it could be put on the employee but an almost identical situation happened just a few months earlier with a female employee and at a different time and day of the week. Plus their resistance workout equipment is broken and quite dangerous to use if used properly. Which people may not know how to do considering I’ve never witnessed a employee try and help anyone use the equipment at all. The only thing you ever see them do is clean and I’ll give it that one- that location is CLEAN

Great gym!! Showers need to be warmer in general ( compared to rest of gym ) with hot water that does not consistently cool - during course if shower. Also, shower heads are so small with resulting small spray area. Both of
these areas have lent to an uncomfortable shower! Showering itself is obtainable here, but having a comfortable shower is quite questionable!?

Planet fitness in Bellevue on hwy 70 saved my life. I was forced to use a cane for over a year because of my degenerative scoliosis. I was told by a friend that the red light therapy with total body enhancement would help me. I went into the machine and closed the doors and the total body enhancement began with a vibrating machine under my feet while the soothing red light and music surrounded me. They walk you through a few different styles and warm ups and cool downs. The staff is absolutely amazing at nighttime here and I've never experienced such a clean and immaculate gym in all my 47 years of life.
The very first time I used this machine I was able to put my cane back in the closet and haven't picked it up once and it's been months now. I can't tell you how amazing the red light therapy
machine makes me feel each day and the improvement I feel even though my disease is progressive, I refuse to let it take my quality of life from me.and although surgery is my last resort I will continue to use red light therapy until my doctor says no. Thank you Planet Fitness for giving me my life back!!!!!

I went to the gym here and a young guy was hired. While I was there after I had finished my work out I had my laptop out and doing catch up work while waiting for my ride and he threatened me saying he was calling the cops on me I was loitering? I have 2 ports in my chest due to a rare blood cancer and I tried to explain I was waiting for my ride since I’ve not been driving due to medications I take his reply “YEA WRIGHT” then as I told him I knew several of the workers there and explained what was going on about my not driving he stated “I’m not going to feel sorry for you and your not going to make me not call the police”. This location is the cleanest gym I have ever been to. Lots of great equipment that never is broken down. Front desk folks are friendly. I just wish I could dim the lights down a little.

Great place to workout even if it's your 1st time. Lots of equipment to choose from and very clean . Even has a spa that you can you use for after you workout and tanning.

I have had many gym memberships over past 45 years here in Nashville. PF is the best. By far. Never too crowded, never too loud, never too warm. Great air circulation. Love you PF but you could play better music.

It's my first gym, it's clean and open 24/7. It's crowded around dinner time but I can go late and it's pretty empty. I don't feel embarrassed to mess up here because everyone's trying new things.

Was told by manager to come in any time. Went in and manager told me to wait for a few minutes. 10 min later still waiting and Manager walked right by without acknowledgement. When contacted after leaving, manager stated was with someone else and it takes time. To which I replied I must be different than most as I would have preferred the honest info upfront. That way I could decide if I wanted to wait 30 min or more or come back another time.
