Ive been to this place with a few friends and i refuse to join. I came during the morning time and after workout i like to refresh by showering. Well let me tell you showers arent clean and as will as floor always seems to never be swept. The few times ive went in on evening hours its always clean or being clean you can smell the chemicals used. Its always the same young male african american taking out trash and cleaning. Ive also noticed its alway a younger Caucasian gentleman leaning on desk on phone. My friend tells me he hears alot about the trainer and says he knows alot of people say shes the best trainer. Other than that place is great to workout and lose a few pounds and relieve tension stress and of course hydro beds are amazing...

They never change the water filter! It stays lit up red all the time, it looks like with as many people that go they could at least have clean water. Also the workers are so rude.

I live in Springfield so I wanted PF to be my gym home instead of having to drive to Greenbrier. It took me like 12 mins to set up correctly for hip thrusts today on the smith machine because this location doesn’t have a hip thrust machine. Thats enough time for a whole other set that I had to cut this morning. They also don’t have step ups for deficit training. If they ever get a hip thrust machine, I’ll cancel my other membership and bring gym girlies that are serious about gains with me. Employees are on point tho! Great staff

amazing staff! amazing management!
calmest hours are from 12:30am-3:00am for night time and 11am-2pm (for those who don’t like to workout with a lot of people). This place is very clean and the customers and staff are always 100% judgment free, if they aren’t staff doesn’t let that happen. Great Club!

I have always felt welcomed at Planet Fitness, Springfield. The employees have all been helpful and provided information when asked. I want to give kudos to two employees who have stood out to me. Aimee is always very friendly. She helped me with the app and was very patient and kind. Carlos always has a smile and is friendly and helpful. I am very thankful that Springfield has a Planet Fitness. I live closer to White House and would love to see Planet Fitness come there!

Constantly packed and no joke every time I go in they say the tanning beds are too hot. I just drive 20 min and pay monthly fees to not be able to use the extra things I pay for.

Went for the first time and didn’t know how to check in and had a guest. Off the rip the employee was as VERY RUDE and had a horrible attitude. He wasn’t being helpful so I won’t over to the table area To try to figure it out and be away from him when I went back up to scan it he again was rude and I said something to my guest about his attitude and he said ma’am ARE YOU GOOD in a rude passive aggressive tone insinuating there was something wrong with me and I said I didn’t like his attitude and he just kept going and said LOOK at his guy with you THATS WHO YOU BROUGHT AS YOUR GUEST in front of a packed building. My guest was so embarrassed and started to cry afterwards. He is homeless and I’ve been helping him with food and stuff h barely has clothes and I brought him so he could take a shower not be judge and bullied somewhere that is supposed to be a judgement feee zone

I love planet fitness no one bothers me and I stay to myself. The atmosphere here is great I enjoy coming here. I just wish Springfield would have gave planet fitness a bigger building and more parking spaces.

A nice new facility but of the many tvs they have most of them were on Fox News. When asked to change one of them they informed me that they “can’t change” the stations. Most planet fitness locations have a balanced showing of news outlets. Not a very accommodating location. Disappointing.

I wasn’t offered a list for the bed and I forgot there was a list. She even had the nerve to tell me that someone else got the bed ahead of me again and she still didn’t offer a list. I told her well are you going to stop playing with me and let me be in line next for the bed? Melea (she said her name was) Oh hold on let me get the list . Then I slammed a weight while waiting for the bed and she walked over to me to ask me if I was ok. Was the weight too heavy for me? I just had nothing but problems and harassment and got kicked out for having an attitude problem . I suggest you get the cctv footage it was ridiculous housewives episode 1 .

It has very few machines and they have three machines out of service that cannot be used permanently. I will no longer go to the gym in this area.
