Very good gym but beware if you sign that contract you better believe you will be stuck. My son can't even walk and tore both knees out. Has had 3 surgeries and we tried to put a freeze on it and they keep sending bills and having late charges. He has been unable to work , or walk.
Such a shame there's no human compassion

Gym owner is very rude. I was working out minding my own business and being respectful, and the Manager walked up to me screaming and yelling and told me to leave. He got in my face and was very hostile. I'm not sure what His problem was but the whole expirience was completely unprofessional. The Guy has anger issues and shouldn't be working in public capacity behaving the way he did. I would recommend a different gym with a more professional manager.

Been a member of this gym going on 5 years now. I have two gym memberships, one here and one at the Y. The Y is great for some things but they lack equipment and weight variety. If you’re a gym nut like myself and are looking to push yourself to the limit, you’ll know what I mean!

Jason and his family do genuinely care about every member of their gym. If I bring anything up to Jason, he addresses the issue quickly. Sometimes the machines need a little TLC as all machines do, and when brought to his attention he gets to work.

Love this gym. It will forever be my morning routine to go there and get a good pump!

Oh and they have an excellent personal trainer named Blake. You won’t regret working with him!

Owner doesn’t care about protecting his members. Guys accessed the side for Women only, made her feel unsafe to the point she had to grab a taser before they fled.

Yall I pay 20$ a month which involves Gym Membership Child Care and Unlimited tanning!! I can bring my child up to 2 hours a day 10 hours a week. This is unheard of and I view it as a privilege. Im honored to be able to workout while having someone safe to watch my child while I work out & tan. Winning!! Judgment Free Zone! No one's going to bother you or try to sell you anything. What they lack in glamor they make up with humility, compassion for parents, and very competitive prices!!

This facility is very dark, dirty, and disgusting. The floors and walls looked like they haven’t been cleaned in years, so I doubt the equipment is ever wiped down. I also didn’t see any spray bottles or towels. Several areas were very dark with flickering lights. Very creepy vibes and doesn’t feel like a motivating place at all. We toured today and walked out feeling like we needed to take a shower to wash this place off. This gym has potential, but you can tell they don’t care. They are the only “real” gym in the area and don’t need to care. Seriously, do better for your members.

DO NOT SIGN UP!!!!

I made the horrible mistake of signing up with this gym when I wasn't financially secure to keep the membership. Not a big deal, I'll just let the next charge decline and it'll cancel my membership right? WRONG!!! The charge did decline, but randomly they charged my account for $60 after it should've been canceled since IT DIDN'T GO THROUGH THE FIRST TIME. Killed that card thinking this would be over with. Now their stupid auto phone number keeps calling me every day asking me to pay. CLEARLY I DONT WANT THE SEEVICE ANYMORE!!! God forbid they make canceling it simple, cause then they couldn't squeeze money out of me. Powerhouse is a GREEDY company and for any management personnel that sees this, CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP THAT SHOULDN'T EVEN EXIST AT THIS POINT AND LEAVE ME ALONE!!!

I have been coming to this gym for nearly two decades. The only reason this gym has members is because there aren’t any other options in town. Equipment is not maintained. There is zero accountability from ownership to ensure their equipment is safe for use. I pray that ownership changes or they actually start looking into fixing/upgrading equipment and amenities. You can’t even safely drink from the water fountain without fear of getting sick. I’m amazed someone with HSA background hasn’t shut them down. Shame.

Powerhouse is affordable and is the only gym that has free weights in dickson. However two of the treadmills are broken 3 of them have missing cup holder. Multiple latches are broken and haven't been replaced. A lot of the equipment is rusted and old and the gym really needs a janitor. Not to mention the fact that some of the machines are broken aswell.

I absolutely love this gym the best part is the sauna BUT the sauna is always broke sadly the staff need to find out whose pouring water on the coals and who keeps using a wet rag to block the thermostat in there because they want it to be hotter in there so please staff members fix this issue 🙏🏽

Great place to workout. As with every gym I have ever been to there are people sitting on equipment using their phones (not resting), people not wiping down machines after use, people not cleaning up after themselves at all, people having full blown phone conversations (loud) right next to you, people playing music/videos without using headphones and so on. The gym is AWESOME with great equipment and great people that understand gym etiquette but the people going with no gym etiquette are a real bummer. Maybe hang up some big signs or have something like the lunk alarm at PF and just flat out embarrass them. lol It would be far better than another member saying something which I have no doubt either has happened or will happen. I still highly recommend this gym for the serious fitness folks!

They have childcare dry sauna tanning and many rooms to work out in! It's so cheap.... Idk how they make it all happen! They'll watch your child 2 hours a day up to 10 hours a week! Morgan is such a wonderful lady! She watched my daughter with such care and professionalism! The staff are so kind. No one is on your heels trying to sell you a bunch of junk like some other places I've been to. I would highly recommend this gym!! It's a staple to my lifestyle. Women, you do not have to work out around the men. There is a section dedicated to women only. They are at least 4 different sections to work out in.

Very disappointed in this gym as of late. I’ve been coming here for nearly a year, every day. I’ve not once brought a guest, but this week my sister flew in from California, and wanted to workout with me. We arrived BEFORE “after hours”. However, the red headed woman immediately interrupted our set, rudely spouted the policy at us. And frankly embarrassed us both. Disappointed

This gym could be so much more than it is. In comparrison to the Powerhouse Gym in Huntsville AL. Cleanliness is not up to par. I doubt the floors have been vacuumed or mopped in the last year, may get attacked by a dust bunny at some point 🤣. Some of the equipment could also use updating or replacing. Some of the benches/seats are very cracked and either need replacement pads or covers. Flooring in one room tore up and down to bare concrete around the benches making it slippery in some positions. Adding more stair mills and eliminate some of the cardio equipment that rarely gets used. With a little investment and cleaning, this gym could be AMAZING.

Best gym in town (I've tried them all). The owners are very friendly and best of all Red Sox fans (haha). Always clean. Tons of space and equipment. A "real" gym. The 24hr access is perfect. The prices are the most reasonable I've ever seen in the 30yrs I've been lifting weights and while living in 5 different states.
