I've been working with TJ for several months now and I love how quick but effective the training sessions are. I love that I can work out at home via video training. I've really noticed an increase in muscle mass and in fact have been able to verify the muscle increase through a body composition scan. I love that his method really reduces stress on the joints and I haven't had any injuries like I used to suffer in other forms of workout. I highly recommend!

With two kids and a demanding work schedule, I had a hard time fitting in workouts consistently. T.J. holds me accountable for working out, and his approach is incredibly efficient.
