Love coming to barre class. Ali and Amber have always made me feel welcomed, encouraged and confident in my fitness journey. Everyone from the desk to the instructors are friendly and inviting. Great positive work out space!

This place is amazing! It's really full of supportive ppl and this type of workout is meant for ppl of all ages and sizes! It's really affordable if you think about how many classes you attend monthly and what the break down is per class. I've been going since early June and I've been showing visible results since my 8th class!
Update: 250 classes in and I'm feeling/looking great!❤️💪

I’m a PB teacher from another studio and felt so welcome coming in and taking here at the Spring Hill studio during the holidays! The whole team was so awesome & Andy’s class was SO good! The retail selection was also super cute! Love my new hoodie!

Pure Barre Spring Hill is a space for all to come and enjoy working out in a supportive environment! The low impact nature provides the opportunity to tone your body, while the instructors are there to help push you and modify if needed. I would suggest this location to anyone wanting to make a big change, or a gradual change to get their body moving!

I can't say enough good things about Pure Barre, specifically at this studio. I have never been a big workout person but have found my happy place right here--the people are great, the workouts are fun and energizing and the coaches are so encouraging. If you're looking for new friends or something healthy to add to your routine, this is the place!

I would leave fifty-eleven stars for this organization if I could! Everything about the place is excellent: management and staff are knowledgeable, supportive, and kind; the studio is super clean; and four different class formats provide an effective and sustainable workout for people of all ages (14+) and abilities. It changed my life, and I urge you to explore the possibility that it will change yours.

Highly recommend PB Spring Hill!! This is an amazing studio all around - the best instructors, customer service, owner and classmates! Pure Barre is for all fitness levels, especially at this location where the teachers are well trained to help with modifications. Everyone is friendly and encouraging to one another and it’s hard but fun! Come as you are and get a good burn :)

The best work out place!!! It’s a great all body work out that pushes you and leaves you sore afterwards. I have seen some great results with my body and feel good about myself again. It’s also a great community of ladies. Couldn’t recommend this place more if you are looking for somewhere to work out to see results and find a community to build on :)

I have been apart of this incredible community for 3+ years both as a teacher and a client. The workout is a total body burn in 50 minutes. Classes vary to incorporate strength training, flexibility, cardio and core focus. They offer a variety of class times. Perhaps the best part is the inclusive, non judgmental, supportive atmosphere.

I have been a Pure Barre member for the past 3 years at this location in Springhill. I have enjoyed every class and every instructor. The early morning schedule helps me stay focused before heading off to work and I love the variety of classes. The instructors are great...since the class sizes are manageable in size, they are able to observe and modify your technique to make sure it's being done correctly and you are not putting strain on your back. I use to belong to a gym but I love being a part of this studio... and I am happy how my body transformed over the years!

How do I begin? I was referred to this place by my Dr. for low impact but very effective workouts for strength, balance, and total body training. Man she was right! Not only is every workout challenging and fun, the instructors and the front desk are so energizing and positive. I've never felt Like an outsider there- even on my first day (which was intimidating for someone who hadn't worked out in years and hates group classes)😳. The atmosphere there is very supportive and encouraging of one another, I can't imagine anybody who goes there saying otherwise. People are celebrated where they are at in their journey and it's a community I absolutely love and now can't live without. The owner Amber is also a wonderful person and brings a lot of care and passion. Every instructor invests their heart and it shows. Only downside is that it's expensive, but I had to ask myself what my health journey needed and was it worth it....so YES!!! Absolutely worth it if you go regularly.

I LOVEEEEEEEEEEE THIS PLACE..THE Atmosphere is amazing from the time you enter until the time you leave. The customer service is on point you can really feel the love in the building..The instructors are very assertive..very attentive to your needs..And Very encouraging along your journey!! The owners are amazing they go out of their way to make sure your experience is well worth the membership.. they reward you for your goodness they recognize your changes this place is everything you’d dream of!!!

Loved my first class here! Got a great deal for the first three months, and I plan on making it count. If you're looking for a low-impact workout, this is a great option. Our instructor made it very non-intimidating, and did an excellent job explaining the movements and walking through the class to help. All in all, I really enjoyed it!
