A good gym and has what I need. It’s close to my home so it makes going early in the morning more manageable. I wish the equipment was maintained a little more and equipment would be fixed a bit quicker. There’s been a treadmill down for about 6 months or more with no sign of it being fixed anytime soon.

I am really glad that I stepped in to this gym to check it out. Karla gave me 3 free passes to try it out and I’ll be joining for sure. I like all the equipment. It reminds me of a few gyms I went to back when I was in the military. Love the flags hanging.. and the decor. Has a very good feel to it for me!!

I love this gym. It is small but they have done a great job trying to maximize space/equipment. As more females join, I’m hoping they will add a hip thrust machine. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because I have to move so many weights around in order to do hip thrust/kas bridges.

I am here almost everyday, this gym is where it’s at!!! Very clean, friendly, and welcoming gym!! The owners Nate and Kara are amazing. Nate has completely turned the gym around into a well functioning and maintained gym. Definitely recommend!!!

New Blood ! Nate & staff are giving a real shot in the arm to a highly neglected gym. For the past 3+ years it’s been bad. I bought my own equipment trained myself & clients at my home. It’s really been upgraded to a gym that fits the needs of all.

The employees at the gym are always smiling and happy to assist you with anything you need. The gym is always very organized and clean. There is a variety of cardio, free weights, and weight training machines available. I love that I can drive 5 minute down the road to visit the gym 24/7.

Small space, old equipment, no locker room or even lockers to put your things away while there. Untrained front desk people and managers are only after your money. I’ve been in other small gyms and even they had a small space where you could change other than a restroom. Avoid this place. 7/20/2022 edit: Now after cancellation, they’ve sent me to collections for a past due membership fee for July after my membership has been terminated and will not respond to calls or emails. I urge everyone, do not go to this place.

While I was excited to learn about a local gym it bothered me to see a business that claims to be 24/7 and isn't. I know that times are different right now but it would be nice if they're website explained the specifics for hour cutbacks and would give an estimation of when they'll be opening for more hours. I would never want to pay for a membership that claims 24/7 but barely manages 12 hours, 6 days a week.

We just started our membership and we cant wait start coming as much as possible. My daughter and I have waited four years until she was old enough to start coming.

whole place is clean. A lady named Vicky helped get us signed up.and she was very understanding about any questions we had. She was so respectful and patient I specifically made this review because of HER KINDNESS. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THIS GYM.

I was a member 3 years ago. I came back this year and NOTHING has changed. Everything is the same. Old/outdated equipment, no water fountain, no shower, no rubber weights. 2 stars because they have 24 hour access.

The gym was a nice place to work out and always clean. Cancelled my membership because of work commitments. Was charged an additional month and a annual fee. The annual fee has been refunded but I am still waiting on the refund for the additional monthly charge. Again a good place to get your work outs in. I hope I get the rest of my refund back.

Not a bad gym - it's nothing like a REAL gym, but I haven't seen one of those in a few years (World Gym, Golds Gym, etc,) - this place could use a locker room, maybe a sauna or something, but I get it ; there might not be enough room.

There's enough equipment to hit everything, so that's great. The owner used to bug the jesus out of me about products he was making money on on the side, and it turned me off of even going for awhile.

If you go at night, get ready for Chad-bros - the entire High school ball team seems to show up, show off their lifted trucks with rim lights outside and goof off inside the gym.

Other than that - not a bad option. I sure wish there were more options though - or I wish this guy would build out the place a little more.

Me an my spouse signed up for a 24 month gym membership to get the best pricing with the gym manger 3 months ago. We went over all the regulations that day an I asked about the cancellation policy, I was informed that as long as we gave a 30 day notice we would not be charged. When we went to cancel our membership due to we now have a personal trainer the new management would not withhold to their end of no cancellation fee if a 30 day notice was given. Will not recommend Quik Fit to anyone due to they can't withhold to their part of the deal and go back on their word, don't have time for that kind of business an won't do business with liars!!

Be careful when getting the training I was mis-informed it was explained to me twice exactly like this. That I paid only for the number of times I wanted to train say I wanted 3 times a week for 4 weeks and did not use them all up they would carry over to the next month I would not be charged anything else. I injured my back, and could no longer train. My son went and got a couple of visits for training his schedule for hectic and missed some as well , So I never acquired any further training visits and should have still had some left over for future training HOWEVER I noticed each month I would have two phantom charges from Quik fit of $285 ! Plus my membership fee!

That happened a couple of times I inquired about it and they said it was TRAINING WTH! ?

So you scam me into a training package and then not refund my freaking money !? Classy !

I gave two stars because the facility is clean and the trainer is very knowledgeable.

But never again I just say beware of anything extra you want .
