At Rampage we want to provide the best educational Health and Fitness service in Murfreesboro, while helping people learn to live healthier, more capable lives. All while meeting new people and doing cool things. As a member, you'll experience excellent customer service, with clear membership policies and straightforward communication.
Our 3 main services are Personal Training, Group Class, and Nutrition Coaching. Competition is fun, but we are not a high-level competitive style gym. We're all about the average person learning how to use fitness to improve their lifestyle. Expect a structured approach to training that is designed for progress across all areas of fitness.

I have never had a gym experience compare to being at Rampage. I’m an OG member from Rampage’s very early days, but took a break after a couple yrs due to life and other circumstances. My workplace at the time had a great gym with great trainers (including a former Rampage coach). Jobs and life circumstances changed again and in 2021 I was ready to get back into a high quality training program. I’d never stopped following Korey/Rampage and after comparing options across town - I knew there was really no comparison. Korey and Molly continually put in the work to develop their own knowledge and their team - and to offer their members sustainable, FUN, results driven training options suitable for ANYONE who wants to improve their strength and overall wellbeing! Rampage is amazing! I have worked out over the years, on my own, in group classes, at gyms..my husband joined rampage first and after 1.5 years of seeing his results and hearing how much he loved it I decided to give it a try. They have a foundations program that helps you at whatever level you're at to understand movements and how to use to gym equipment safely. I go to the group fitness classes 3-4 times a week and absolutely love them. I am always challenged but if I'm feeling off or uncertain the coaches are always able to give modifications. I have seen immense improvements in strength, endurance, stamina, overall abilities, confidence in my capabilities.. I love tracking my numbers and they have an easy way to keep up with workouts and weights. Everybody is super encouraging and there are a lot of different levels working out together.. the programming is always new and fresh and they have fun extra programs.. join before next years' fitness bingo starts.. that's my favorite program so far! 😁
Update to add: still loving this gym after over a year of being a member.. I have also improved in my fitness significantly in that time.. last year for fitness bingo I could not run a mile without stopping to walk but this year I ran a mile on 5 different days without stopping and one day I ran a mile, rested 5 minutes, and then ran another mile!

I joined Rampage in November of 2023 and haven't looked back since! The coaching staff is amazing with great personalities. Their ability to teach someone who has never exercised in a gym environment is incredible. Now that I've been going for a while the coaches help to keep me accountable! I’ve been going to Rampage for about two years now. Before that, I was doing typical “bro lifts” at a small gym in the Boro. I was starting to get bored and felt like I wasn’t pushing myself anymore. As a former athlete, I was craving something more challenging and dynamic so.. I decided to give CrossFit a shot.
From day one at Rampage, I was hooked. This gym isn’t just about intense workouts; it’s about functional fitness, strength training, and overall well-being. Through Korey’s programming and the incredible staff, I’ve learned that while I still love to compete and lift heavy, the bigger goal is long-term health and longevity.

UPDATE: never been this consistent. Heading into my third year of working out at least 13x every single month for the first time in my life. Down 30#, way fitter faster and stronger.
I've been to a handful of CrossFit gyms in my life, and Rampage is the best yet. There are a couple reasons for that:
1. Philosophy- Korey and Molly run a business that is clearly a paid service, but isn't so formal that you feel like folks are unapproachable. They've struck the perfect balance of "I'm going to workout with my buddy" and "I'm going to a fitness class that is structured and organized" ensuring that we all get the most out of our time. It's truly the best hour of my day.
2. Services offered- Nutrition, personal training, weightlifting classes, skills catch ups--everything you need, in a way that makes sense.
3. Follow Through- I've never heard of a gym that does consistent goals check ins, and what a novel idea! You come to Rampage for a reason and Korey and Molly ensure you're going to get it. If we need to change course, these check ins can guide that way.
4. Facility- the gym is just smartly laid out, convenient for everything, and clean. They clearly take pride in their business & maintain their equipment.

I absolutely, love this experience (gym)! The Coaches there are very knowledgeable. When you’re not able to do any exercise, they will give you a substitute quickly! I’ve served our Country in the Marines and have worked out in different ways, most of my life. CrossFit Rampage is my favorite!
That’s the fitness part, now on to RX. Korey Akers, the owner and Molly Akers his wife are absolutely a power couple in this world!!! Molly coached me on nutrition for over a year! I thought I’d know enough after 3 months. I was wrong. She kept on surprising me and delivering! She taught me how to do a proper lifestyle change that eliminated any “diet.”
Korey is a very knowledgeable in all aspects it seems. Phenomenal in business and guiding others in the same fashion. He’s an influencer in life!

Rampage is a great fitness community. They offer more than any CrossFit style gym that I’ve attended. The coaches are knowledgeable, patient, and they focus on proper form and function.
They also offer personal training, small group classes, and a kids class. Not the average “little kid” play class but real workouts. My 10 year old son joined them and he loves going. We recently moved to the area and Rampage welcomed me (and my family) and helped get me back on track and motivated with some really creative workouts that combine so many forms of strength and conditioning.

I’ve been “working out” for about 7-8years- but I have NEVER been as consistent as I’ve been with Rampage! Sure proximity to the gym and work schedules play a part in it (but If we are being honest- those have never been my limiting factors.) For me it’s been a perfect mixture of COMMUNITY, BELONGING, and plain old FUN! From the different “challenges” throughout the year, the community events, and just the friends I have made- I look forward to my time at Rampage! The most recent challenge was 100 classes from June to December- and while I came up a little short (as of today I’m at 83/100) - it sure was fun!

Korey and his wife Molly (spelling), welcomed me in with open arms. I'd recommend CrossFit Rampage for those that want structured workouts with coaches who care. I did a 1 day drop-in in July 2024. I moved into town in 2022 and was looking for a gym to call home. EVEN before I stepped into the gym, I already knew how attentive the owners were. 1. They asked me how to pronounce my name 2. They gave me clear instructions on where to find the gym once I got there. It was such a small but kind gesture and it truly was some early insight to how Crossfit Rampage operates. The coaches there really care about each and every member and make the conscious effort to ensure that everyone feels attended to. I've worked out on my own, on digital platforms, and in gyms where I only trusted one or two of the staff. None of that lasted. My practice at CrossFit Rampage has --because of coaching. There is a rigorous and detailed strategy for being and bringing on new coaches at Rampage. This makes sure every coach can lead classes the same way across the day, with the same adaptive practices, and the same interest in YOUR personal growth and well being. I trust any coach at CrossFit rampage to advise me on movement, nutrition, skills, balance, stimulus, and effort. That cocoon of safety and challenge is what keeps me in the gym! There are too many things I am capable of now because of this gym, but most importantly I have learned to trust and push myself. If you are unsure if CrossFit is for you I'd urge you to come and see at this gym it's for everybody.

I really enjoyed the week I spent working out at CF Rampage while I was travelling for work. Korey and team have a great facility that is well organized and filled with lots of equipment. The coaches are very friendly and knowledgeable. In addition to a big "back yard," for outside activities, the box is right next to a paved public walking trail. So when you go for a longer runs you actually have nice scenery!

I was extremely out of shape when I first joined CrossFit 9 months ago. They welcomed me in and helped me change my entire life around. If you have the chance definitely try this gym out. When you walk in you instantly feel like you belong and everyone there is so incredibly friendly. I think rampage is the best crossfit gym in Murfreesboro. It’s a good sized building so when the Saturday classes get big you don’t feel over crowded and in the summer they have air conditioning for their locker rooms which is a serious plus if you’ve ever tried to workout in Tennessee summer weather. They have good coaches that have built a great community of people and they are the only crossfit gym in the area (that I’m aware of) that sets up their payment options the way they do. There are so many options available. And every option is individually priced so you can literally create your own little package based on whatever you want. I.e. open gym normal classes strength classes skill sessions nutrition etc. it makes me feel like All my money spent is going exactly where I want it to go.
Definitely recommend checking it out if you’re in town!

I’ve been to a lot of gyms in my lifetime and none of them had the same environment as CF rampage. Every class feels like. Big family and the owners are very involved and personable. They know EVERY member by name - even the new ones, and I’ve never walked in the door without being acknowledged. Having checked out several gyms in the Murfreesboro area this is by far the best one I’ve been to. Coaches are all great to work with and make sure you have everything you need to reach your goals. I have come to the realization that I won’t be a jacked but CrossFit is the best combination of endurance and strength. I am over 40, and out of shape. I didn't think this was going to be a good idea, but I signed up for the no sweat introduction that is offered. As soon as I walked in Korey greeted me by name, which helped me to relax right away. A quick tour of the gym, then a heart to heart conversation about where I am, and where I want to get. I filled out some paperwork, and told Korey I would have to discuss with my wife (crossfit of any kind is an investment)
I decided that I wanted to give this a try, so I signed up for the next step: CrossFit Foundations: three one on one workouts with a coach to learn proper form and technique. This is a great way for a person who has never done CrossFit to get started. I arrived for my first workout, in between regularly scheduled classes, and the gym was empty. My coach is Korey, and he started out with an explanation of how the workouts are structured. He then went into demonstration mode. First he explained the form, then he demonstrated, then he broke it down into component movements. After that it was time for me to put his instruction into action. Korey then observed to ensure that I was doing the motions correctly, followed by a short set of exercises putting it all together. After demonstrating several exercises, it was time to put it all together into an actual workout. Still one on one with coach observing the whole time making sure that I was keeping up the form. I had a great time, and got in some real work.
The gym itself is nice. The class sizes are capped to ensure that there are not too many people in a class. The owner is a good person who was happy to answer all of my questions prior to signing up, before we started exercising, and during the workout. This is an environment I am looking forward to working out in, and definitely worth checking out.

As a member of the 40+ crowd and in the worst shape of my life, I joined Rampage about a month ago. For years I’ve been bouncing between national-chain gyms, checking in and out, barely breaking a sweat, hoping to see change. As you can imagine, it didn’t come. Finally, tired of the same old routine, I realized what I was doing wasn’t working. To see change I needed to do something different. CrossFit was crazy intimidating to me. I’ve watched those jacked people on TV lifting tractor tires with forms like a Greek god. Definitely not me (at least not yet). I toured multiple CrossFit gyms in the area and Korey did the absolute best job of listening, asking questions, explaining the CrossFit experience, and getting to know what I needed. The three Foundations classes, required before joining classes at Rampage, were crucial for me. Having some back issues, I wasn’t sure if I could even function in this type of environment. Through the Foundations 1-on-1’s Korey learned what I could and couldn’t do, taught me the basic movements used in classes, and assured me that he and the other coaches, as well as the rest of the Rampage community, would be with me throughout this process. Man, was he right! Every coach I’ve met has already known my name and limitations before I entered the class and actively works to tailor the day’s workout to my individual needs and abilities. Are you kidding me? Who else does that? I’m one month in and I already feel different and better, on the way to a stronger, healthier me. If you’re considering CrossFit but are concerned about your age, weight, skill, or physical issues I would encourage you to schedule a consult with Korey. It’s worth the time. It’s worth the money. Don’t let the intimidation factor of CrossFit keep you from achieving your best self.

As an ex athlete and past my prime. I had let myself go over the last 20 years. I had no real motivation to go to the gym. I met the owner of Crossfit Rampage, Korey. I thought I would give it a shot and had no idea what to expect. After the fundamentals class I realized how out of shape I was and this was going to be a long journey. I know Crossfit has a reputation of extreme athletes or the tendency to get injured doing crossfit. I am now into my 10th week and at no time have I felt unsafe or scared of injury. The instructors go out of their way to make sure that you are doing the exercises correctly or modifying it until you can do them fully. The thing I love best is the people I work out with. It is the closest thing I have had to a team since I left organized ball in college. There is no pressure to compete but only to improve. I look forward to my workouts everyday. Korey has been instrumental in helping me improve my overall health and now we are working on my nutrition. I would highly recommend this place to beginners or seasoned athletes. You will fit in nicely at Crossfit Rampage.

I am 58 years old and well past my prime. I needed a plan that could help me get fit. My fear with crossfit was always that I would get hurt. It took me a while to start but Korey and his staff are exceptional, scaling my workouts so they are appropriate for someone my age while being VERY challenging. The big box gym wants you to sign up, attend for 3 weeks and never come back. That's how they make their money. Korey wants to to get fit...to get better. As a chiropractor I have always been worried of this type of workout. Since I really didn't know much about Crossfit, I met with Korey at Rampage to learn more.
I was first impressed with his knowledge of anatomy and physiology, and after the tour, I was also impressed with the facility.
After talking with Korey for almost an hour, I was very pleased with his explanation of crossfit and how he slowly integrates new clients in at their level. I can now confidently refer patients here after speaking with him.

Korey is one of the smartest people I know when it comes to physiology. You will see results. Quickly. He takes time to explain everything before you try the movement. Everyone there is extremely encouraging. This is not one of those gyms where you have to get into shape before you go. Your body will have no choice but to get into shape once you start going.

Crossfit Rampage is top notch. Ever since I walked into the door I have felt nothing but comfortable and made some great friends. Korey really has a teacher's heart and wants each and every one to succeed whether you are a high intensity athlete or someone who has just started. He takes the time to help coach you and make sure you are doing the movements correctly and effectively. His foundations class really lays the groundwork to make sure you know how to perform the movements. In the past I had always had a thought about how I thought Crossfit was. I've always casually worked out a few days a week, been a member of a huge gym, followed routines by personal trainers, and worked out at home with your classic "get that beach body in 10 days" videos. Not until Crossfit Rampage have I ever been excited to go to the gym after working all day. Although each day is competitive in nature, we're still a family, and we cheer each other on until the end of each workout. It doesn't matter if you've been lifting your entire life or you just picked up a barbell this morning. Every workout can be tailored to your fitness level, and that's what keeps me going. When I think I'm not going to make it, I somehow miraculously finish the WOD every time. I'm not your strongest or fastest athlete by any means or stretch of imagination whatsoever, but the team atmosphere pushes me to the point I thought I'd never be able to reach. My biggest fear in starting Crossfit was that I'd be the only guy in the gym that wasn't super fit, and I'd feel out of place. I've never felt more at ease at a gym than I do at Rampage. These are people I like to hang out with outside of the gym. When was the last cookout at your gym? When was the last time you worked out so hard at Gold's or Olympus that you puked? And if you did, did the other gym members cheer you on for pushing yourself that hard? Not likely. You can go to one of those other places and sign your life away for 20 bucks a month and go to the gym a few times,(and when you cancel, they'll keep billing you for 6 months or so) or you can make a serious investment in your health and come to a free Saturday workout at Rampage and let them show you what you're missing out on. I've lost 35 pounds and counting, and I am measurably stronger in every way. It's worth it.

I had been going to a regular gym for 6+ months after moving to Murfreesboro and wasn't seeing results..... I did the typical curls, bench, treadmill and leg machines.... not only was it very hard to stay motivated I felt like I was working out alone even when the gym was packed. A friend had told me about crossfit and Crossfit Rampage but I still didn't know much about it. I sent them an email.. went through the steps and haven't looked back. My main goal was fitness/improved health and I wasn't achieving that at regular gyms.
Since I've been at Crossfit Rampage I've not only increased my fitness but I unknowingly joined a community filled with all ages and fitness levels that have the same goals as I do which is to live a healthier life.
