I have been going to Mary’s class for the last 4+ years. I’m a fairly active athlete, and what she has done for me and my ability to recover and be stronger is nothing short of a miracle. While she cuts me no slack on my workouts, she still recognizes when I need a break or when I need to go easy. The single best thing I’ve done for my body in 57 years.

I’ve been going to Mary for six years now, and she is a phenomenal instructor, mentor, and person! Following an injury, I needed help to recover so I could run again. Mary guided me through a recovery process and then worked with me to get strong in order to prevent future injuries. Her combination of pilates and knowledge of physical therapy was a combination that brought me results I never thought possible. Instead of being on the sidelines, I am back in doing my normal exercises and doing them at a higher level than before!

Mary is amazing!! I’ve been doing Pilates for 13 years and having a PT for a Pilates instructor gives me the best of both worlds. Many times I actually need PT in addition too my Pilates workout. Mary tailors my workouts based on my needs that day. She’s the best!

Working with Mary is equal parts pleasurable, educational and painful (in a good way). She takes the time to assess your unique situation, explain what’s happening in your body and then take you through the exercises you need to feel better. It feels amazing and she pushes you to take your heeling seriously — and to work for it. I don’t live in Chattanooga anymore, but every time I come in town, I book as many appointments as possible. Grateful to have this resource in my life.

I had the opportunity to work with Mary Stöcker, the owner, repeatedly over the past two years. She is, in my opinion, one of the best Pilates teachers around - kind, competent and extremely knowledgeable. I only wish I lived closer so I could work with her at her new space!
