Breaking Free & Becoming Stronger – Thanks to Resilience and Seth!
For years, I struggled with food addiction, always trying to overcome it on my own—but constantly falling short. The real breakthrough came when I joined Celebrate Recovery. But an incredible turning point in my transformation was training with Seth at Resilience.

Seth and the team didn’t just help me lose weight—they helped me rebuild my life from the inside out. Seth pushed me beyond what I thought I could do, showing me strength I didn’t know I had. Every workout challenged me to grow in confidence, discipline, and perseverance.

I’m not who I used to be. I’m stronger—physically, mentally, and spiritually. If you’re looking for real change and a team that truly cares about your whole journey, Resilience is the place. Victory is possible—and it starts here!

I can't say enough good things about Resilience! Truly the best personal trainers from Seth to Weston to Lauren. You can't go wrong with making this place your home gym! They are patient, kind and will meet you where you're at when you walk in the door and help you get to your goals from there.

I have trained at Resilience for over 3 years now & can honestly say it’s my favorite way to train. From the atmosphere, the coaches, the programming & nutrition support, it’s all spot on. If you’re looking for a new gym, come check them out!

I started at Resilience in August of 2023 and I’m still going “strong”. My experience has been amazing and I have found my people! I felt welcomed from day one. Seth and the team of trainers meet you where you are but refuse to leave you there all while making sure you use proper form. I always feel challenged even when we are laughing and having fun! I would highly recommend this place for the newbie considering jumping in or even the most seasoned gym rat. I feel like 5 stars aren’t enough!

Ok, I want to give a fair review of my experience. It might not be yours; you might not like it; but it was mine. Take what you want from it and move on.
I was looking for a trainer that would challenge me. One that would care more about training me than his/her own ego. I did not experience that. I wanted to be pushed, to sweat, to be so challenged in a way that it would be life changing. It was more like a retirement home workout. It was slow and not personalized. I felt lost in a gym i was ready for. Not to minimize this guys efforts, but i met a man who said he had been going there for years, but he still had a dad-bod. But there are people you see on their website that deserve credit where cedit is due!! I feel like those amazing folks who have gotten there would have, regardless of the gym. This gym is for you if you are looking to start out with low expectations of yourself. But if you are looking for hard core, spit-in-your-face trainer... not confident it is the right place for those expectations... my 2 cents.

Overall:

I highly recommend Resilience for anyone needing motivation to work out consistently, anyone who could use some more education about strength training, or anyone who wants to make sure they’re lifting safely. Whether you’re a newbie or experienced, this is a great place to work out and see results for whatever you’re after- weight/fat loss, muscle gain, general health, etc.

The Gym:

Resilience has the most welcoming and supportive gym atmosphere I have ever experienced, and the workouts are incredibly effective. This isn’t Planet Fitness with a bunch of treadmills and other cardio equipment, nor is it like CrossFit. You can expect a mix of different strength training / weight lifting for total body and targeted body parts with embedded cardio aspects. Lots of free weights (dumbbell and barbell) and body weight exercises. And there is always a thorough (and thoughtfully planned) stretch/warm up included.

The workouts are mostly small group personal training classes. So you join for 3-4 days a week and your trainer has the workouts all planned, walks you through all the exercises, and then your group gets to work. You just have to show up!

The People:

The trainers are all very knowledgeable and friendly. They make the workouts safe, fun, and tough (in a good way). They also are always willing to support with diet/nutrition needs if you want them to, but are never pushy or salesy about it.

The clientele includes young/middle-aged adults, senior citizens, and teenagers of all shapes and sizes. No shame here- everyone is challenged equally and you get out of it what you put into it.

My Experience:

I’ve been going for a couple years now. I joined toward the end of a weight loss journey, and Resilience got me through a stall. Then they helped me gain back some muscle. In the last two years I’ve completed two 5K Spartan Races and a 12K Tough Mudder, which I would have never thought possible a few years ago. Attaching some photos from my weight loss, then muscle gain journey.

Check out train.grow.evolve@ on Instagram to see what the gym and some of the workouts look like!

I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Temesa as my personal trainer. Her personalized approach has allowed me to achieve goals I never thought possible. She doesn't just focus on the physical aspect of training; she genuinely cares about the overall well-being of her clients. She provides constant encouragement, pushing me to surpass my limits while ensuring proper form and technique.

I am not only seeing incredible changes in my body, but I also feel more confident and empowered thanks to Temesa's guidance. If you're looking for a positive, knowledgeable, and motivating personal trainer, Temesa is the one. I am so grateful for her dedication to my fitness goals, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking a transformative and uplifting fitness experience.
