I've been a member for 7 years and Clay has really taken steps to improve the gym. From new equipment, to new classes, to adding some vending options. The people are extremely nice and friendly. I consider it a second home. I'll really miss the friendships and the wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommended.

This is a great, clean gym with tons of nice equipment, plus the option to tan or sauna afterwords is a great perk. The staff are nice and other customers are nice, and keep the gym and equipment in good shape! I also had a great experience in training with the owner/operator. It’s a good local small business to support!

Well I didn't actually go in to the Ridge Gym but I helped a buddy cut their grass one time and I'm here to say, it was some really nice grass to cut, the gym seems big from the outside but their yard is huge, and real nice I might add.
Now, I'm more of a vicarious type of fella, so when it comes to working out, I prefer to live vicariously thru others......so take my review with a grain of salt.
With all that being said, yes their grass is awesome, but the staff there is amazing, they even let me come in to pee!! Great folks, great gym, great grass and a great place to pee! I did also notice that their toilet paper is in fact 2 ply, although I didn't get the luxery of actually using it, just knowing that it is there, waiting for me, makes this place a full five stars!!

Very clean gym. It is usually pretty quiet when I am there, early in the morning. The equipment is clean amd well maintained. Everyone I've met has been really friendly. They also have tanning beds which I dont use but I know they are there.

I absolutely love this gym the owner is super nice and very accommodating. The gym is always clean, plenty of equipment to work out with. There are plenty of good classes you can take. They have excellent Tanning Beds and a really nice Sauna. You never feel judged or out of place. The gyms in California could learn a lot from this gym and the owner. Thank You Stephanie and Stacey for ALWAYS making me feel Welcomed. I will Miss all the Friendly people at RIDGE GYM. I am going home to California on August 2nd.
