I'm extremely satisfied with this place after almost 3 years. The instructors are friendly, the studio is well-maintained, sparkling and the summer challenge was a great experience - I even got a free Lululemon mat that I use it every day. I definitely recommend it as the best option in town.

I have fallen in love with yoga because of this studio. The instructors are friendly and know what they are teaching. They are always happy to help answer questions and help me with whatever it is I am trying to improve next. The people who practice here are also so friendly. It’s truly a safe and comfortable environment where everyone is dedicated to improving their yoga skills. I never feel like I am being watched or judged. I will recommend this studio to everyone.

Santosha Yoga Studio is truly a gem in Hendersonville. The moment you walk through the doors, you feel a sense of peace and belonging. The teachers are knowledgeable and create a supportive environment for students of all levels. The studio offers different types of yoga (heated and non-heated, yin and power flow and even cardio sculpt). Whether you're brand new to yoga or deepening your practice, there's something here for you.

The space itself is clean and welcoming -- and the community that's formed around this studio is warm and uplifting.

Santosha Yoga studio is a special place - Kelly and Weston have built an amazing community with warm, skilled, and talented instructors. The most beautiful part about the space is the wide range of ages, abilities and experience in any given class. If you are an experienced yogi or have never stepped foot in a studio, there is a class for you. There is no shame in anyone's place on the yoga learning spectrum at Santosha. There are people of all ages, abilities, sizes and shapes in the studio every day. If you are on the fence to try something new - this is your place. If you are on the fence because your practice is stale and you need someone to push you - this is your place. If you want to sit in a dim, warm room in child's pose for an hour - this is your place. If you want to challenge your mental and cardio fitness in a sculpt class - this is your place. I learn something new every time I'm in the studio and I would love for other people to have the same experience <3. Namaste.

Over the past 4 years I have taken several classes per week at Santosha Yoga, and I can’t say enough good things about this small business! I have strengthened physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. The staff are professional, encouraging, motivating, positive people. It is always spotlessly clean, and the classes are fabulous! I mostly go to vinyasa power flow, but I have taken yin, hot cardio sculpt and attended various workshops. I have never taken a class I didn’t enjoy and I am so grateful to have this yoga studio in Hendersonville!

I love Santosha Yoga and ALL of the instructors! I've been doing yoga for many years and know that it can be difficult to find a studio/teacher that you can vibe with. I moved to Hendersonville, discovered Santosha Yoga, and never went anywhere else because I fell in love with the studio and people. If you're a beginner or advanced, they have classes suited for everyone!

I love this place and this community!!! Each teacher has something different and unique to offer. Amanda's classes are so creative and keep you guessing. And her newest class, cardio sculpt is a new favorite I don't want to miss. I originally took Kelly's classes at Gold's Gym and was devastated when she left. BUT THEN SHE OPENED SANTOSHA AND IT'S THE BEST EVER! Her classes are amazing - both physically and mentally (she always works in something motivating for the mind). Weston's cues are awesome. I adore Shannon's voice and her 75 min flow kicks my booty every time. Melody brings a powerful flow. Phoebe is hilarious and fun. All of the teachers are wonderful. Santosha has seen me through two pregnancies, and this Mama of three littles (Little Yogis is also amazing!) couldn't survive without it! Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk.

This is a wonderful, safe space for people of all ages and skill level! Let’s be transport for a second- when I first came I did three classes and didn’t love it. I was an cardio junkie and Just couldn’t get down with it. A year later I gave it another shot when my anxiety was at an all time high. This studio is now my favorite place to be and I now hold an unlimited membership!

Amanda’s hot cardio sculpt class is on a whole other level of intensity and I love it for a change of pace! Her power flow classes are always challenging and her music is top notch! Shannon is always bringing new and unconventional elements into her practice which is so refreshing!

5 stars just isn't enough for Santosha! This place has a wonderful vibe that welcomes everyone and offers a variety of classes and instructors that are genuine and fun. Classes can be as challenging as any pro yogi or top notch athlete could ask for but there's zero judgement for beginners, folks with injuries or yogis just looking for a space to breathe. I have never felt this studio to be cliquey which would be a huge negative in my book. It really feels like home. Also, the studio is always super clean and classes are completed on time. I don't ever take a phone or watch into the class but need to make sure I'm on schedule so that it important to me. I have been going to Santosha for years and would highly recommend to anyone!

This is an awesome yoga experience. I have been going only for a few weeks and obviously the worst student but can see improvements each visit. The studio is well designed and very clean. I am amazed the strength of the others and someday I hope to get there. All in at Santosha Yoga

Now I have been consistently practicing yoga at Santosha for 3 years. It is an awesome way for me to increase flexibility and improve my fitness. Highly recommend Santosha for yoga

I have been to many yoga studios and Santosha Yoga in Hendersonville has an excellent studio! A variety of instructors with great personalities, yoga styles and music. The studio space is warm and welcoming; with a true yogi vibe. You’ll get a great workout of mind and body; always followed by the welcoming feel of a cold towel and the words β€œ Namaste”

The staff was friendly and helpful. However I will say it’s more of a HIIT class in terms of tempo.

I discovered Santosha Yoga studio in 2019 when two other yoga studios I attended closed, and it has become my absolute favorite. The instructors here are phenomenal, each bringing their unique teaching style that continually challenges me to expand my understanding of my own body. What sets this studio apart is its versatility. You can choose from unheated or heated yoga classes, and they even offer kid's classes and a variety of other events that you can explore on their website. While they provide guidance, they aren't overly hands-on, which can be ideal for some. One of my personal highlights is the power flow classes where they offer a refreshing cold cloth infused with essential oils during meditation. It's a little touch that makes a big difference. Plus, they offer mat and towel rentals or you can purchase your own, and they have a selection of retail items like books and shirts. They also offer memberships or drop-ins classes. The studio is not only inviting but also impeccably clean. Whether you're a beginner looking to start your yoga journey or someone simply interested in experiencing the benefits of yoga, this studio welcomes all levels. I can't recommend it highly enough.

I am deeply disheartened by the lack of compassion I experienced as a single mother facing hardship at Santosha Yoga. When I decided to sign a contract for a $99/month/per person membership for myself and my daughter, it was with the intention of finding a supportive and understanding yoga community, as well as saving some money. Unfortunately, my recent experience shattered those expectations.

In search of understanding and assistance, I approached Studio's owner to discuss the possibility of pausing or canceling my membership temporarily, due to a hardship I am currently facing. Regrettably, their response was far from what I had hoped for. Instead of showing empathy and flexibility, they demonstrated a rigid and unsympathetic stance, and having practiced yoga in other states , I have never encountered such an issue, all the other studios have always been flexible and understanding, when I had to pause or cancel the contracts.

Rather than recognizing the unique challenges faced by a single mother dealing with unexpected hardships, they insisted on enforcing their policies without any consideration for my circumstances. Shockingly, they insisted on charging me a steep $250 cancellation fee, an amount that adds financial strain during an already overwhelming time.

As a yoga studio, one would expect to foster an environment of compassion and understanding. However, their actions have showcased a lack of empathy and an alarming focus on monetary gains. This approach contradicts the very essence of yoga, which encourages kindness, support, and nurturing and flexibility.

I write this review with a heavy heart, hoping that Santosa Yoga reevaluates their policies and recognizes the need for compassion, especially towards those facing unexpected challenges. As a single mother seeking solace and support, I cannot recommend this studio to others who may find themselves in similar circumstances.

Yoga, both on and off the mat, should embody the essence of flexibility and adaptability. It goes beyond physical postures and extends to the way we approach life. Unfortunately, this studio falls short of abiding by these fundamental yogic principles.

As a certified yoga teacher myself, I know that yoga should teach us to be open-minded, compassionate, and accommodating, allowing for individual circumstances and hardships. However, the rigid and inflexible approach taken by this studio demonstrates a lack of understanding and willingness to accommodate their clients' needs.

the yoga is ok. The teachers are just extremely fast paced, and they clearly do not know the fundamentals of yoga, because yoga postures are supposed to be held for more than one breath to enjoy the benefits. Even though its a power flow, I have taken yoga all over the world, and this studio is just OK...I studied yoga in India, and the people that reviewed this place clearly have no idea what they are talking about. The instructor Kelly yells and is extremely loud and obnoxious. This is yoga lady it is not a bootcamp.

Santosha Yoga is amazing! I am new to yoga and just started going a couple months ago. This is an *experience* every single time. The instructors have all been excellent - Kelly, Leighann, Phoebe, Sarah. They control the music and the lights and the tempo throughout the session - so you learn the poses, flow through the poses, sweat a lot, slow down, and finish in tranquility and contemplation. Every session leaves me feeling like a changed person. Anyone thinking about yoga - this is the place to go!

I’ve been going to hot power flow classes since around late winter of this year. They have the best beginners package out of any studio that I have been to. $20 for 10 classes in two weeks. It was a great chance to see all of the different styles of yoga that they offered and I also got to practice with about 4 different teachers to see if I liked their approach.
Now I only have time once a week and it is such a treat. You feel stronger and more relaxed every time you walk out of class. The heat and sweating has helped me with anxiety and stress. I would recommend it to everyone who is able, a good balance of men and women, young and old attend each class.

I’m from out of town, only here for one day so I tried out Santosha. Really beautiful and clean studio. Very spacious. Great pricing. Was able to rent mat, mat towel, hand towel and buy water so that was perfect for me. Every need was covered! The unheated Foundations Flow was a fast paced vinyasa led with music but still a beginner friendly class. Great core workout!

Friendly, experienced and knowledgable instructors, peaceful relaxing studio and relaxing environment, all at a reasonable price. Great place for all experience levels. And of course, the cold lavendar towels at the end are the best! This is the 4th yoga studio I've tried in the Nashville area, and it's by far the best.
