I started coming to SETS in late July of 2025. Before coming to SETS I never worked out consistently! I would start something it would last a couple weeks and I would stop. Since joining SETS I have worked out 3-4 times a week every week since. They met me at my level when I first got started and I now have grown to know the works out. I have really enjoyed the SETS community so far.

SETS isn’t just what I wanted, it is exactly what I NEEDED. For 10+ years I was finding myself unmotivated to go to the gym, slowing packing on the pounds. When I did go, I had trouble coming up with workout plans. My first workout at SETS I was drenched in sweat and exhausted, and I realized that was just the warm-up! I now go 4 to 5 times a week.and already lost 10 pounds and gained 8 pounds of muscle mass in just 4 months. The workouts motivate me to track my nutrition and eat better as well. Great little gym, small but efficient. First joined the 21days for $21 challenge, a great way to try it out. The coaches are great. I like the format of the classes, moving through stations at a quick pace. Everyone was really in to the workout and very nice and inclusive. Coach paired me up with a regular to help guide me. He also checked in on me regularly to offer modification advice as I'm a beginner. They have classes 5, 6, 7, 830 am and 430, 530, 630 pm weekdays and something on the weekends. They have a variety of membership options, too.

This is an amazing gym for beginners and experts. Every workout has been challenging and never the same. I have never left without breaking a sweat. The trainers have been so helpful and encouraging. SETS has been a great experience. I started with the $21 - 21 day challenge, I was able to visit the classes and see everything SETS offered. The Coaches are great, very welcoming and helpful in training you up on the different exercises. I have since joined and enjoying every class. The classes are different each day, they can adjust exercises to your experience level. After two months I have been able to see and feel the difference SETS is making and I am grateful for those results.

I haven't experienced an "easy" workout yet! Very challenging and effective workouts. The trainers are very personable and seem knowledgeable and committed. They will push you when needed but not too far. There are different styles of workouts so it isn't the same thing every day. I like the calendar given ahead of time. I'm very grateful to be there. You definitely get your money's worth. I'm sore today. :)

This gym is a game changer!! Sessions are class based with new and challenging workout everyday, so you never have to plan ahead. Just show up and give your best. There’s so much I can say about SETS but one word continues to come to mind…MOTIVATIONAL!!! I strive to go to at least 5 classes a week and yes the trainers push me every time. This is the best gym for so many reasons! For one, you don't have to think, you just show up and do your best! All workouts are thought out for you and each one is different (seriously, no two workouts are the same). They can customize ANY exercise to fit your needs, whether that means to tone it down or make it harder. There are several coaches and each one is there from having a passion for fitness! When I first walked into SETS, Kevin was very helpful and explained how the programs work within the gym along with the different gym memberships they offered. He then offered to get me started on a free trial. After my trial ended I decided to start a membership, and one month later I'm still happy with my decision. Every trainer that I've experienced (Kevin, William, Tony) and training session I've had has been challenging, yet good! Although I'm not the most fit, each trainer is always patient and helpful with ensuring I get the most out of each work out!

Everyday is a challenging workout and the coaches really get to know you so they can help you improve form/weight/speed ect. It's really a gym for everyone, every fitness level is accommodated for and the best part is the community you gain from coming! It's hard to consistently go to the gym, but when you've got a gym that's fun and people who are genuinely excited to see you when you come into class, it makes it a lot easier to keep coming back! I've been at SETS for around 14 months now--and am so thankful for the chance I took on myself and from the guidance these amazing coaches have provided! Gyms can be intimidating and are very unknown for some, but this environment is just different. You don't have to be the outgoing or physically fit person for this environment. You can just be you. SETS allows for every type of person, without hesitation, and meets you where you are at when you walk through those doors. The coaches teach you, push you (sometimes until you are yelling back at them with love), and constantly encourage you in your own goals. The workouts change daily (working every muscle and ones you didn't know existed), and you literally just show up and are told what to do! The coaches will consistently guide you through the workout zones so don't be afraid of forgetting what's next. It happens.
This place ranks high for energy, high for encouragement by awesome staff, and high for helping clients meet their personalized goals. These guys just rock.
Don't overthink this step of making a difference for yourself, and just call Kev! Your physical and mental health will be dramatically changed for the better.

SETS Murfreesboro has helped me build a routine of working out. I can take less than an hour out of my day and have the exercises already laid out and ready to go. Then I'm done for the day!

I started with SETS when they opened in April 2023 and it was easily one of my best decisions of the entire year. Having not worked out in several years (and having a few babies) I was a little anxious and intimidated to get started, but the coaches are so good to meet you where you’re at, help you set some goals and coach you along to achieve them. The community is awesome- a group of people working hard to better themselves and want the same for you too. You can expect to come in, work hard, have fun and get out all in 50 minutes. Coaches tell you exactly what to do and how modify/challenge to meet your individual needs. You never do the same workout twice! I cannot recommend SETS enough- they’re the best kind of game changer!

10/10 recommend joining SETS. Every day you walk in the entire studio is set up differently, because there are so many machines and tools that are used within the workouts. You’ll definitely know what the target muscles are for the day. They are very intentional with the class planning and use of time. Classes are 50 minutes long and you will be challenged, whether you are new to the fitness scene or you have been doing it for a long time. I attend the 5 AM classes, and it is very encouraging when you see how dedicated the group is to showing up daily.

SETS has been great! I have tried lots of different types of workouts over the years and this has been my favorite, by far! They incorporate endurance training, resistance training and interval training all in one 50 minute session. The SETS team is very knowledgeable and provides modifications and alternative exercises if needed.
