Our fitness boutique environment is designed with classes starting every 7 minutes, so your workout is on your schedule. We’ve partnered with leaders in Exercise Science and Kinesiology to ensure you’re not just moving; your 49 minutes are purposeful. As you progress through the 7 stations, you’ll be inspired to do more and achieve the results you crave.

I can’t possibly say enough good things about this place and specifically this workout!
My wife & I both started doing CrossFit in Chicago. We both found the experience not optimal for 60 year olds. We’e both ex athletes who need to supplement our yoga practice with weight/strength training.
This place is absolutely perfect!
You’re pretty much on your own if you’d like to be, with videos complementing every exercise. If you need input Ashley and her staff are happily there for you.
My wife and I owned a yoga studio in Chicago. You can’t fake cleanliness or making sure equipment is maintained properly. Ashley is so on top of both of the above. The quality of your experience is apparent every visit.
Lastly the workouts are outstanding and you can start every 7 minutes. You can do ANYTHING for 7 minutes! Just do it 7 times and show up when your schedule dictates.
Did I mention the puppies?
I think this place is a gem and you will too - there’s nothing better!

Great vibes at this gym. Lots of convenient times outside of the typical noon/post work day slots you find at other gyms. The owner is incredibly helpful and has great energy. Plus, if you're a dog person like me, there are often trainers' dogs at the gym and puppies that are being fostered and available to pet and cuddle.

Ashley is amazing! She is warm and welcoming. She provides an additional perk with the lovely puppies who are so precious upon entry. Further, she is engaging and checks in with members to ensure no questions and that the workout is tailored to meet their current fitness level. The facility is clean and well organized. There is sanitation stations available at each station. The workout was both challenging and varied. Today was my first class and I had to share this great experience !

I have been going to Seven Minutes going on 6 months now, and I absolutely love it!! And NO- it’s not a 7 minute workout…(surely I *can’t* be the only one that drove past it many a time thinking that, right?? I digress😄)
For starters, the flexible scheduling aspect is one of my absolute favorite things I’ve ever seen in a fitness studio. Classes start every seven minutes, and while you do need to choose a ‘time’ to book into on the app, you really just arrive when you arrive, and start when you start. I have an extremely busy schedule as a business owner myself and this works SO well for me. Such a weight off; no fear of being late to a class.
Next off- I love that this place gives me the accountability of other people doing the same workout around me and feeling that collective drive and motivation, but I also have my sense of independence and ‘me’ time. It’s a perfect blend and honestly great for introverts or ambiverts like me. You can listen to the music they play or feel free to tune out and tap into your own headphones.
The classes work in a 7 x 7 format. Seven stations, seven minutes each; 49 minute total workout. There’s 7 lanes of stations; 5 of them follow the class format and videos on-screen, and the other 2 are free-gym. The exercises each day are always changing and it never gets boring. As an ADHD girly, I need that variety and excitement in my workouts or I will just not want to continue them😅 Seven nails it. You get a great blend of HIIT, conditioning, and strength and resistance training.
My body has totally transformed since starting to come here, not to mention my overall stamina, strength and fit-ness. I do massage therapy for a living and these workouts have really helped make my job so much easier physically!! Ashley the owner is wonderful, as is everyone else who works there, and…the puppies are the cherry on top!
I highly recommend this place. It’s a fantastic concept for a gym and while I feel like it’s something that could easily and successfully go worldwide as a chain, I feel special and blessed to have it as a flagship local gym here in Nashville. Total gem. They also offer a free one week trial; can’t beat that!!

I booked a class with my husband on classpass April 3rd but because the tornadoes and flash flood warnings I thought it would be best to cancel so I called the gym in the morning and asked them if it would be ok to cancel my class that night. Which she told me she would just mark me in and it would be ok to that I told her ok I'm going to cancel now on the phone which she said ok no problem. Later on I see a late cancelation memo on my classpass account therfore leading to a $14 charge i called to ask them what had happened but the girl who answered was very rude and blew me off basically saying "well I don't know what the other girl told you and I can't control that I'm just trying to close the gym" she even laughed when I was trying to explain what happened. Really a shame I liked this gym and me and my husband wanted to start coming here but I won't go back simply because the bad attitudes and bad communication. If I would have known I was going to get charged I would of just went to the class I wish they would of communicated better.

I have been going to 7 minutes since 2021. For the last two years I’ve been three times a week and I have never been in better shape in my life. It is like having a new custom designed workout EVERY DAY! The results are incredible!
It makes working out as a habit really easy; never the same boring workout and always challenging!
Also, the staff are wonderful, it is clean and the environment is so welcoming! Highly recommended.

Kayla gave clear directions ensuring a positive first experience! The HIIT exercises were back to back, yet it's a go at your own pace style exercise. Automated workout instructions with a coach on the floor to guarantee you're not injuring yourself. Will be back!

Seven Minutes Fitness in Nashville is hands down one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to. The concept is brilliant—workouts start every seven minutes, making it incredibly easy to fit a session into a busy day. The BEST gym in Nashville. My husband was a member and I went with him occasionally and consistently got great workouts, the staff is so friendly, and the best part- dogs! We have since moved but have found ourselves missing Seven Minutes so much and have not been able to find a place similar. The concept is great, you don’t need to worry about class times, just show up at your convenience and there is no pressure that workout classes sometimes have as well. We will visit every time we’re back in Nashville and would highly recommend to everyone!

We just started working out here in January and we absolutely love it! We have had friends workout here over the years that raved about it and said to try. I’m so glad we did. Fun and friendly with awesome workouts to boot. Everything can be done to your specific abilities and it doesn’t have the pressure of a CrossFit gym to meet the bar of the highest level person. I am a seasonal gymer, as my main focus is triathlon. The workouts are procured perfectly to add in my off season. Also…there are gym dogs. I mean come on. That’s worth it alone!

This gym will always be the best in Nashville. It’s extremely convenient, welcoming, and challenging for all levels. The coaches are eager to assist if needed, and they will always push you to your best. You can never get tired of this gym - it’s too unique. There are also dogs there more often than not and you can play with them - enough said. I always leave feeling so satisfied and ready for my day. The owner is also an awesome person who does A LOT for dogs in shelters in Nashville. 10/10 recommend giving 7 minutes a try!

The flexibility to basically show up at any time and start a workout is so convenient. But the equipment on site takes the cake. They have it all, and I always leave with a huge calorie torch and a great strength workout. It’s great for people who like to push themselves, who need a flexible schedule and who want a pre-set workout without having to think about it.

I love Seven Minutes Fitness- the flexibility in scheduling this gym offers is incredible and the workouts themselves are fantastic. The gym is always clean and the equipment is well-maintained. Everything is always set up for each station which makes it even easier to pop in, get a killer workout, and then get back to the rest of the day. I also love that it’s a great mix of movements/equipment- barbell work, free weights, cycling, ski erg/rowing, etc.
Highly recommend!
(P.S. there are gym dogs for added motivation - they get a bonus star ⭐️)

I was never a “class” workout person, but Seven Minutes is SO different than anything I’ve ever done! It’s challenging, but also brings about a level of independence in your workouts thanks to the instructions on screen at each station. The workers/owner are AWESOME and there are always puppies ❤️

I’ve been going to Seven Minutes since 2020 and still find the workouts to be challenging, different, enjoyable, and overall the best workout in Nashville! I’ve tried Barry’s and OTF and still find Seven Minutes to beat both of them. You don’t have to sign up for a class, there’s no cancellation fee, FREE parking, and the environment doesn’t feel overwhelming. The staff is friendly, the owner, Ashley, is always so kind and accommodating. Not to mention, there’s usually a dog or puppies around to keep you motivated. I can’t recommend seven minutes enough — it truly has become MY gym!

Love this gym! I've tried several gyms similar to Seven Minutes, and Seven Minutes is by far my favorite. Everything is set up and ready to go, the programming is easy to follow and changes all the time so you never get tired running through the same exercises, and you make the workout as challenging as you want. In addition, the environment is friendly, comfortable, and non-intimidating. Great place for those on Day 1 or Day 1,000 of their gym journey.

If you live in Nashville and don't go to this gym you are missing out! I first started going to 7 minutes in 2021. After my first class I was...dead...but also hooked.
This is the best gym concept I've seen and I've tried SO many "group fitness" studios. A new workout starts every 7 minutes so you can literally show up when your schedule allows and jump in. There are 7 stations in each row. You pick a row, work out at that station for 7 minutes, and then move on to the next row. At each station there is a screen with instructions and demos. All of the equipment you need is right there for you. There are also a lot of ways to modify the workout for your fitness level including going up in weight or doing bodyweight moves. If you hate a station, which sometimes I do, no worries it is over in 7 minutes and you move on to the next one!
Both men and women go to this gym. It seems like a pretty even split. There is also a good variety of beginners and experienced people who attend the classes.
There is also someone who walks around and can help you with the equipment or a move if you aren't sure what to do. They are always so friendly and willing to help out.
This is the least important point, but I know it may intrigue some of you out there...When I first started going to Seven Minutes I lost about 35# over about 6 months. This is weight I COULD NOT get off of me even though I was going to another fitness studio regularly....I had to move away for 2 years to a pretty rural area without many fitness options. I lost a lot of muscle mass. Been back at Seven minutes for about 1.5 months and my strength is coming back, I have so much more energy, and my clothes are fitting a lot better.
You know a gym is good when someone fangirls over it on Google...now go check them out!

Get yourself into this gym! Day 1 I felt mentally great, that hiit high is legit.
Day 7 my pants were fitting better! (Bc when you get that hiit high, the 3pm snack urges disappear…) so it’s a double win.
Day 14: I had some new people I knew at the gym and was motivated to keep going :)
Day 30: I have a new favorite spot, and a place to set down the worries of the world and sweat.
You will never be bored, you can absolutely do it, and it’s legit an incredible workout. Plus you can start at anytime of the day: it’s so convenient, all those “I can’t make that exact class time” excuses vanish into thin air.
The coaches are so helpful but not in a way that is annoying, and I’m super happy to have this routine in life, but especially during the holidays.
5 stars, but if I could give them 7 I would!

This place is awesome! Love to work out? Hate to work out? Doesn't matter, you will enjoy this! It's a combination of weights + cardio that is perfectly orchestrated so that you won't get bored and you won't get discouraged. What you will get is one heck of a workout that will leave you feeling drained but accomplished. My wife dragged me up here because she said I would enjoy it and I couldn't help but tell her she was right (very difficult for me). On top of that, a great group of folks running the place!

Super convenient because classes start every 7 minutes and you can sign up online. You get a good 50 minute workout that covers all the muscle groups and focuses either on power or strength. Workouts on the screen are easy to understand plus they have knowledgeable trainers to help you out. Facility is clean and socially distanced to deal with the current circumstances. Five stars!

Came across this place recently and really enjoy the layout.
6 columns with 7 stations that are each timed at 7 minutes. Each station is it’s own work out with a TV screen to walk you through the lift. You are MOVING for 49 minutes straight. The music is good and keeps you motivated. The coaches are all awesome and are walking around with a good balance of leaving you alone and motivating/guiding you with a new work out.
Lastly, the price is WAY MORE COMPETITIVE then other gyms around Nashville with a similar vibe. If you’re looking for a place with predone workouts, coaches and music - this is my #1 recommendation in Nashville.

Stopped in to try out their program while in Nashville for Thanksgiving. The staff is welcoming and the coaches are very knowledgeable and encouraging. The workout was challenging and I felt like I accomplished so much in the 49 min time frame. It’s 7 stations for 7 minutes each. We were there on a strength day, and I can’t wait to go back and try a different workout the next time I’m in town! Their program is different than any other circuit based gym I’ve been to.
You are by yourself in each station and each station gets cleaned between rounds, so it feels very safe during this pandemic time. There is plenty of street parking right outside the gym. They have lockers which you can put your own code on to keep your belongings in during the workout.
Overall, this was a great experience and if I lived in town, I would for sure have a membership!
