As with any new class, a little overwhelming as a newbie but instructor Cody was awesome! From the get go, he was super positive and welcoming. Throughout the class he made sure I knew what I was doing and gave me pointers along the way. The atmosphere from the others in the class wasn’t quite as welcoming but Cody made it a very positive experience for me. The workout itself was challenging but can cater to your own fitness level. This was a great workout overall! Thanks Cody!

loved it. the trainers were great, on par, and very motivating during the classes, the locker rooms were great to have after workouts and wager to buy because I forgot mine. everything you can think of about this place is amazing a d i would love to go back soon

Shed fitness is top notch. The ever changing workouts and variety of trainers make sure you never get bored or have redundancy like a lot of group fitness classes. The staff is incredibly helpful, full of energy and ready to whip you into shape. Do yourself a favor and at least come give it a try. Ive worked out beside beginners and elite athletes and both are able to maximize their skill level and get a good workout in without feeling pressured to do more than they can handle. The staff is very helpful and encouraging and all make an effort to know who you are and what your needs will be.

Tuesday is Lower Body
Wednesday is Arms & Abs
Thursday is Shredder (fast-paced to keep your heart-rate up)
Friday/Saturday is Full Body
Sunday is Circuit (30 1 minute circuits)
All days include some cardio as well
