I have been training for 35 months with Coach Storm and his team of trainers. For 1095 days, I received top training that has improved my mobility, increased my flexibility and strengthened my limbs. I can now drive and move without the assistance of the wheelchair. It's fun and exciting each day. I have lost 240.6 pounds so far. Join me.

Great place. The coaches are all very nice, great personalities. They are knowledgeable they make the classes a lot of fun. Whether your doing ninja warrior , parkour or there to lose weight or gain muscle. They do everything from nutrition to supplements plus exercise and depending how many comes he does boxing and self defense also. You can't go wrong all ages they work with. I'm a disabled vet he modified all the workouts to have me still be able to work out those muscles and body parts that everyone else was doing to my comfort level and still give that body part a good workout. I have seen ladies go in using a motorized wheelchair and watched them get out of it and stand and walk & do modified exercises with us. That alone is a testament to the level of care and dedication SOAR has to aiding anyone into a healthier lifestyle and lose weight. You just gotta go try them out u won't b disappointed. The classes are fun and change daily but the whole body gets a workout. I was there a year + I will come back when my family medical stuff let's up to make the classes. Try it out. U won't b disappointed.

Great workouts. Coach Storm, Coach James, and Coach Jasmine - they all packed in great workouts to pump you up and get your heart rate elevated. Facility has everything needed for a great workout with different levels for all age groups, to include tabata style to parkour and everything in between.

Could not recommend Coach Storm and this gym enough! He truly cares about every single person who walks through his doors. He is centered around building a community with all members and as a single mom of 4, it means so much to have him in my corner when I felt so alone at the time I first met him. He does a lot of great activities/classes with the kids and is very kid friendly if you don’t have a sitter. My kids also attend the ninja warrior classes and have learned so much as well as gained new skills. Beyond grateful for him on my wellness journey!

Our family of three generations loves this place. I actually talk about Coach Storm often because I have never seen a more respectful and encouraging coach. He is everything you would want in a coach. He is knowledgeable, experienced, professional, has a huge emphasis on safety and correct form. I'm so impressed with the love he puts in his coaching from encouraging and believing in my mother to his patience in answering all my son's questions and handling his high energy. I would want no one else for me and my family.

Soar Over Obstacles is an exceptional parkour and ninja gym that promotes personal growth and athleticism. Coach Storm fosters a strong sense of team building, encouraging participants to support one another as they take on challenges. He also emphasizes the importance of hard work and dedication, teaching both kids and adults how to overcome obstacles through perseverance. The gym’s positive learning environment helps build confidence and resilience in everyone who trains there. With a focus on fun and fitness, Coach Storm has created a community that thrives on mutual encouragement and self-improvement. I highly recommend giving this a try, you won’t regret it.

My son LOVES going here. Coach Storm really connects well with the kids and truly cares to help them thrive. My son has some limitations in one arm due to a brachial plexus birth injury, and he does such a great job working with him to overcome that. We tried some other places closer to where we live in Sango, but we were very disappointed. It has definitely been worth the extra drive to come here instead!

Let's talk about this place.
First of all, Coach Storm is pretty amazing. The focus he coaxed out of the kids was great. He was so patient and attentive to everyone. He even showed me the best place to stand to get a good video. You can tell her really cares about the kids and the sport.
I initially sent a message on messenger, and it was a quick reply, polite, clear, and concise.
The prices are pretty fantastic, thankfully, since my kid wants to move in now.
Anyone who says anything negative is full of it, because we had an amazing experience, everyone was laughing and having a great time.
My ONLY complaint is how grumpy my kid was that we had to leave 😂

Our family loves working with coach Storm. He is level with each of my kids ranging from pre teen to kindergarten, he helps them learn how to do everything safely and makes it fun. The adult side is great too- he helps to correct stance and posture all while pushing you forward. We really enjoy the time we spend at SOAR!

I took my 5 year old and 7 year old to the 3 day Ninja Camp and it was great! The kids had a good time and learned a lot in the short 3 days. Coach Storm was great about keeping the kids safe on the obstacles and provided a lot of encouragement. Also, with the current situation regarding COVID there were precautions in place to distance the kids, he made sure the kids were washing their hands, and the gym was very clean. I am so glad I was able to get them into the camp. 100% recommend!

I joined Total Obstacle Fitness Center because I needed to gain strength, endurance, and coordination. Coach Storm provides so much more than that - proper diet tips, gear recommendations, and even how to make "obstacles" for home use. When quarantine started he immediately started live workouts through Facebook and then posted to YouTube. Small groups have started back at the gym now and for that we are grateful. Thank you, Coach Storm!

This used to be an excellent place, our entire family worked out here. I have a daughter with autism and the Taekwondo was the first thing she ever did in a group setting. Coach Joe and coach Hernandez were awesome and my family felt very welcome and enjoyed being there, so much so that that we were there 6 days a week and putting close to 600 a month into the gym. Than a new coach named Storm took over, suddenly all the kids were being scolded on a constant basis and treated as if they were not welcome. I have watched family after family dissappear and not return, it's an absolute shame that one person can ruin something so positive for so many especially the kids. Today is our last day coming to this gym after a year and a half. If you are looking for something that has a family friendly environment where your kids and family feel welcome and respected I strongly recommend somewhere else.

I scheduled a Birthday party for my Kiddo here today and I have to say, I was really satisfied. The inside of the building was very clean and well organized. They have a room upstairs they use for there parties and it is a nice size. Plenty of room for parents and kiddos. It has a full size refrigerator with freezer so you are able to store your party goodies like ice cream, drinks, ice, cake, etc. They have two very long tables, and plenty of chairs. I had 15 kids and 10 parents (25) in total show up. There was plenty of room for all the parents and kiddos to move around, sit, etc. We fit all 15 kiddos at one table with plenty of space for each kid to eat and socialize. We really didnt use the other table except to sit the food on. I probably could have fit another 10 or so kids up there. The employees carried things upstairs and cleaned up after the party was over. That's was nice. The kiddos got to spend the first hour working with the trainers running Obstacles, climbing walls, etc. They really had the kids moving.. They did a nice job watching over and assisting as well as instructing the kids on how and what to do. I think the parents liked being able to watch from the balcony. They also have the kids participate in jujitsu. They must have recently added that because it was not there the last time we went. The instructor was good. He had the kiddos bunching, kicking, and just having a good time. I love how they used the entire facility and kept the kids rotating. There are 3 bathrooms if I remember correctly so no problems there and they were nice and clean. They also have showers in the restroom for people who come regularly and need to freshen up afterward. All of the employees were very nice to my guest, their kids, and very knowledgeable. I was informed that they are continually adding new obstacles and changing things up, so thats great to. I was also impressed with their prices for Birthday parties. They are actually very competitive with other businesses and reasonably price. I picked this place because I wanted to do something different for my kid this year and being 11 years old, wanted to keep the kids active and moving. This place was perfect. Well there was one thing I recommended, a bigger trash can for upstairs. Lol They also work with/ train adults as well and they are certified trainers. My kids are mainly interested in Parcore, running the obstacle course, climbing walls, it's like a ninja warrior course. I definitely will be returning to this place.
