Soluna Sage offers fantastic classes with experienced instructors. They have various levels/intensities and class times throughout the day, from Yin and chair yoga to flows with pilates and the edge. It is the yoga home base and community that I was looking for in Johnson City.

I absolutely love doing yoga here! I came from out of town and was living in Hampton for several weeks. I was drawn to this studio and found the early morning classes to be very suitable to my schedule. I homeschool my two kids and it’s been awhile since I’ve been able to find a yoga studio that works with my schedule. I tried their new student two week deal and it really helped motivate me to get back on track. The instructor’s are top notch. I loved Ally’s Yin and Vinyasa classes ( her voice is so uplifting and she’s a natural instructor) and Scott’s Vinyasa has a good mix of proper posture alignment along with gently pushing you to take a more challenging pose. They are also both extremely sweet, friendly, and gave recommendations of local area attractions to explore. They are the face of Johnson City for me as an outsider, they have wonderful energy, and it’s a beautiful space to practice with dedicated instructors.

I love doing yoga at Soluna Sage! The atmosphere is clean, welcoming, and tranquil. Everyone, teachers and students alike, seem grateful and happy to be there and share space with one another. The owners deeply care for their community and celebrate all the area has to offer through different events and community building activities. I recommend vinyasa with Ally and the Edge with Riley!!!

Their studio is a wonderful place to enjoy yoga! It offers such a relaxed atmosphere. The instructors are genuinely welcoming and supportive. They offer a variety of yoga classes. I enjoy taking both their in-studio and virtual classes. The wet towel at the end of class is such nice touch. The virtual sunrise options are very much appreciated, providing a great way to start your day!

Just attended my 3rd class with Clarissa and I am looking forward to many more! She made me feel welcome and she is a natural teacher. The space is just gorgeous and really adds to the calm of the whole experience.

Scott’s class had such an effortless sense of flow! I appreciated the opportunities for advanced modifications while still being a very beginner friendly class. It highlighted his style of vinyasa— which has twists and standing balance incorporated into movement with breath. His class both challenged me and made me smile! As a yogi of 14 years, I’m grateful to see newer teachers like Scott. The space is wonderful too because it feels like being outside, without the small discomforts that come with yoga outside. I will definitely be back!

I’ve went to this studio quite a few times and have enjoyed all of the classes I have taken but I absolutely love Mark Viglione’s Sereni-tea/Qigong class on Sundays! It is such a great reset for the week and I have learned a lot from him as a teacher. Breathwork and moving meditation has added a whole new facet to my mindfulness practice:)

I am so glad I found this yoga studio. I reached out to the owner because I was concerned about parking because it's downtown. The parking is great! Never have an issue finding a spot. Its not hot yoga which is another concern for me. It seems all the studios are hot yoga. The owner answered all my questions and asked if I had anymore. She was very sweet. Mind you I could go to studios closer to my home but I felt this would be a fit and boy was I right. Her studio is very inviting so I don't mind the drive. I highly recommend this place.

I took a 10 for 10 deal, and the whole experience was amazing. Ally was so welcoming, she remembered everyone's name (!!), the classes were so good, and the space was so calming. Tons of class types and options, and tons of options for the class times. I will be back and recommend this place to anyone!

I have been going to various yoga studios for years now. I recently started at Soluna Sage and I love it! Ally and Haley have very different styles as instructors which allows for variety. The studio is always very welcoming and inclusive. I love that there are various props, mats if needed, and supplies to clean up afterwards. The price is reasonable with lots of opportunity for sales and discounts. Ally and her husband are very involved in the community and have an obvious appreciation for this city and the people here! The location is great because you can do yoga then walk to your favorite restaurant afterwards!

Soluna Sage is just the best! Ally is warm and welcoming and the studio is beautiful. The classes hit that balance of challenging and accessible that is sometimes hard to find in yoga. So, whether you've been doing yoga for 40 years or it's your first class, you'll feel like you're getting what you need. The virtual options are so good, too. If you've been looking for a new yoga spot, this is the one!

We used soluna sage to host my birthday party on a Saturday night, and it was the perfect venue!! Super affordable, open floor plan, cute loft, and the outside area is great too! Ally and her husband are super helpful setting up and breaking down. We will be using soluna sage for all our future events!

Absolutely love this yoga studio! The teachers are outstanding—knowledgeable, supportive, and genuine. They create a welcoming environment for everyone, whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi.

I also appreciate the variety of classes and class times-especially consistent early morning classes! This studio is a true gem, and I highly recommend it!

Best yoga studio in the Johnson city area.
I love taking the Vinyasa classes whenever I’m able too. I feel very relaxed afterwards which is my end goal after practice because I hold a lot of tension everywhere beforehand. I’ve taken classes with the owner Ally and one of the other yoga teachers Anna and they are both great!

“Warm” and “welcoming” are two words that describe the environment and instructors at Soluna Sage. Since I am fairly inexperienced at yoga, I was a little anxious about starting classes. However, Ally’s clear directions and positive attitude helped quell my anxiety and made me feel welcome in the space. Although I only just started taking classes here at the beginning of the year, I hope to continue practicing here for years to come!

Highly recommend coming here for yoga. Ally is an excellent leader and there are a good variety of classes across experience levels. For yoga, I'm looking to take care of my body in a different way than pure exercise and for something on the more spiritual side and the classes I've been to (Yin and Vinyasa) have been what I'm looking for in that regard.

Also, the location is wood and brick and adds nicely to the ambiance of it all.

I could not recommend this yoga studio enough. I’ve taken several classes with Ally & Anna who are both so amazing at what they do. The studio is so inviting & I instantly feel at peace when I walk through the doors. I always leave so refreshed & stretched while also feeling like I got a good workout in. I look forward to coming to more classes and strengthening my practice

You need to have your next event here! Ally and Andrew were incredibly helpful getting the space decorated just right for our spooky Halloween Party! Like above and beyond... up on a ladder!

The space itself is just the perfect size for a gathering of 40-75 people. It feels nice and full but not cramped. And oh yeah, it’s absolutely stunning!!

Wonderful place to get in some self care! Ally creates a very welcoming space for yoga practice and gives just the right amount of guidance so you never feel lost in class. I love the variety of classes and also the weekly consistency. While I’d like to go more often, the 10 pack was the right choice for me to be flexible with my schedule. Highly recommend for beginners and all levels of experience.

I've been enjoying quality time at Soluna Sage for over a month; it's always a great vibe, and the beautiful, bricked space is inviting and calming the moment I step into it.
In just the time I've been attending, I feel stronger, more confident and relaxed!
I waited to post until I had tried every type of class, and I have (except the 0630, which I can't make due to work).
Yin on Mondays after work is the PERFECT thing; I feel so good after holding the long needed stretches.
I love both Ally's and Clarissa's Slow Vinyasa; they each have different styles, and both are so patient, encouraging and helpful.
Andrew's Hatha class was a nice, relaxed pace, as is his style, but it had some great, different poses and challenges.
I did get to experience Leah's Vinyasa; her fun energy and verbal affirmation during class was key to my doing harder things for me.
And who knew I would LOVE Qi Gong? The focus and movement make it an amazing experience, and it's different each time. Mark is a gifted leader yet also has the welcoming vibe of fellow learner.
Sorry for the lengthy post; I'm so very glad I've upped my healthy self-care at Soluna Sage!! My brain, breathing & body are better as a result.

I’m so happy to have a place like Soluna Sage to practice yoga. I have been skeptical and nervous about doing yoga and never felt that I had gotten much out of it. Coming to this studio to practice is so comfortable. The instructors are so good about meeting you where you are and encouraging you when it’s time to take it a step forward. I highly recommend this studio. You will love it! Shout out to Leah and Ally for being wonderful teachers!

I’m a longtime member at another gym, But I tried yoga with Leah at Soluna Sage and let me just say that I felt so comfortable in her classes. I felt no pressure with her. She was so calm and patient with everyone in her class. I’m older and not as limber as most of the younger people, but she showed me how to use the blocks and other accessories to make my experience so much easier than other yoga classes I have taken. Leah along with the atmosphere at Soluna Sage was so comfortable and relaxing was the absolute best yoga experience ever. I will be back❤️

I have done several classes with Ally and they are genuinely the best yoga classes I have taken. My body always feels very refreshed, stretched, and worked out after each class. Ally does a great job walking you through every position and also at creating a relaxing and calm atmosphere. I’ve always been a bit shy when it comes to working out in front of others, but this is truly a shame free environment and I love the options of virtual classes.

Mark's Qigong class is a gentle way to get your body and breath moving while simultaneously relaxing. I could feel the tension drifting away as we moved with the energy. As someone who had never tried Qigong before, I wasn't sure what to expect. Mark is a gifted teacher who walked us through everything in a way we could easily follow. He also made it fun. Highly recommend!
