Awesome gym with high-level instruction and a laid-back atmosphere. There are classes at all times of day to fit anyone’s schedule. The coaches and other students are amazing and train with no ego. It’s definitely a unique place compared to other gyms in Chattanooga. You have to see it for yourself.

Amazing gym! Only place in the area with a coach competing in the pro scene. Doesn't matter if you want to compete or just get some rolls in, everyone is super welcoming. Left my old gym for this place and never looked back. Highly recommend!
