Great first time experience! Environment was clean! Everyone helped us sign in, explained what to expect in the workout, helped and explained how to adjust the bikes for the cycle portion. For the strengthening portion, not only did the instructor show us and walk around to ensure we were being safe in our forms, but there were screens that showed the exercises- so I was able to use multiple sources of reference! I really enjoyed the sections of workout: bike, strength, and yoga- all of these helped me continue my stamina even though it was my first time! I went with a friend and we both had a great time for our first visit!

I thought I would love Spenga because it combines my favorites, spin, strength, and yoga. The problem is that packing all that into one hour allows no time for warm-up or cool-down. The music often is excessively loud. The yoga mats are way too close together, tending to make yoga a contact sport. If you forget to go to a class you signed up for, they charge you an additional $20 in addition to the fee you've already paid.

I had a blast at SPENGA! Iβm visiting Chattanooga for my birthday and wanted to give this place a try, and Iβm so glad I did. The workout was fun! I love that there were 3 different focuses throughout the workout (cardio, strength, and recovery), which made this such a complete, full body workout, which is what I was looking for. Sydney was SO nice and helpful (she even gave us recommendations on places to eat while here!). Kelsey was great! She was so nice, had great energy, and was very encouraging. If I lived here, I would definitely have a membership, and I 10/10 would recommend this place for all of your fitness needs!

I have been a member on and off for a few years now and just recently completed my 100th class! My favorite part about spenga is the diverse class structures. I am not somebody who loves spin, but lucky for me I can still exercise several times a week without the spin component!!! It is challenging for my body, but not impossible, always changing so it never gets boring, and I have made noticeable strides in my fitness journey by coming here. Spenga is the only gym I have ever been consistent with. This gym has been so uplifting and so positive they made me feel comfortable the first session I went to. This place has me wanting to go to not just get healthy, but just because it makes me happy. I have been going for 8 months and have seen so much change physically and mentally. I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in the door. I was so unsure of starting this program. I have a long way to go on this journey and nervous and embarrassed. Kelsey and Amy made me feel comfortable and were genuinely happy I was there. I have done 5 classes so far. I can see myself doing this for a long time! Great place! Having Yoga as a consistent part of this work out is my favorite part as it allows you to stretch and continue to build strength/flexibility. Instructors are all great and highly motivating, but special shot out to Kelsey and Amy as I see them the most. The app is easy to use and I have never had any issues with booking or rescheduling.

One of the best gyms in the area! All the instructors are super friendly and motivating. I look forward to each n every session I attend and enjoy every bit of it. Some of many things I love about this gym is the moment you enter the door, youβre always greeted with a smile. I love that everyone can workout together but at their own pace, at their own fitness level and the instructor is always there to guide you and correct your form if needed which is super important. I remember when I joined the gym, prior to going in for my first session, I was feeling a bit nervous and intimidated because I was new to the town, I had a long break in my workout routine and was totally out of shape BUT the moment I walked in, I felt so comfortable and the instructor was so welcoming. They personally walked over to introduced themselves before the class started and made sure my bike settings were correct, if I had any questions. I love the energy, the enthusiasm and passion each instructor carries. Iβve never noticed much difference attending classes with different instructors, theyβre all very consistent and truly some of the most wonderful people Iβve met here in Chattanooga.
