I’m halfway thru a two-month hike and feel very well prepared thanks to Keith. I asked him to help me prepare with leg, core and balance work. Keith’s plan accomplished all that perfectly! I haven’t had any pain. My legs feel strong on the uphills and I feel in control and well balanced on the downhills. The pack is never a problem for my back, hips or shoulders.
Keith listened to what I was asking, set a plan and got me across the finish line well prepared.

First and foremost this has been the best decision I have made for a gym/ personal trainer. Keith has pushed me towards my end goal and motivated me to keep going strong. We workout 4 days a week and he has been such a positive influence on my physically healthy and has helped me gain confidence in myself. Anyone that is having second thoughts about joining I strongly urge you to commit. I had a neck surgery just over a year and a half ago and thought that I was done in the gym and boy was I wrong. Keith has helped me work on form and strength and been such a positive person to work with. I hope you read this and reach out to this man for some intense but positive training.

Some Stats: 59 years old. 18 months with SPIT. 1 major surgery for hernia in the middle of that time. 1 knee injury (not due to working out). 54 lbs lost. Size XXL to size M.
I have worked with several personal trainers trying desperately to get in shape in the past. I have joined and quit workout facilities -- tried boot camps and other exercise programs. NOTHING worked. Then, we found Keith.
The last 18 months have been literally life-changing. I am in the best shape of my life (short of being a teenager). My body confidence has increased dramatically and this has all been done in an atmosphere where I trust that I won't get hurt.
Keith can be blunt for sure. But he is also gentle and really genuine and caring about his clients and his community. I have seen his compassion in action.

The experience with Keith is through his work with my husband following shoulder replacement surgery. His extensive training background gives him the ability to ask probing questions as to specific personal goals before assessing the most effective strategies and program for improvement. With my husband he had to also consider the medical limits at each session. Keith took the time to model and coach each exercise multiple times to give my husband the confidence needed to complete each level. Keith is an asset to Chattanooga and all of his clients!
