Hi! I'm Stacy, a Certified Personal Trainer from NYC, currently living in Nashville, TN. I help clients reach their fitness goals through personal training, semi-private training and small group classes. (I also run a travel company called Ketanga Fitness Retreats!).
Through custom programming, space/equipment consideration and injury attention and prevention, I design personalized sessions that set you up for success from day one! I use a combo of fitness modalities—like strength & conditioning, HIIT and boxing—to keep workouts fresh and motivating.

When I started working with Stacy, I thought that trainers barked orders and told you what to do and that was it. My entire family is averse to coaches and they instilled that in me. But Stacy showed me how wrong I was. She's an amazing trainer, my boxing is so much better than it would have been had I worked on it alone or gone to a big class where I couldn't get the one-on-one attention.
Anyone looking to get in shape or learn how to box would be lucky to have her to guide the way.

Stacy is the best! She has helped me feel so much more confident about working out. I feel stronger, am lifting heavier, and doing exercises I never thought I'd be able to do (like a slow negative push up from my toes & v-ups!). Stacy & I work out in-person and virtually and she is always encouraging, makes me laugh, and is interested in me as a person, not just a client. I've told her that I've done video workouts before, thinking I was doing everything right, but then she taught me the correct form and it was a game changer. I'm feeling better in my clothes, happier after a workout, and so glad that I found her!! Highly recommend Stacy Schwartz Personal Training.

This is only my 2nd time working with a trainer. I have been seeing Stacey twice a week now for a few months. I am so glad I connected with her. She is a sweetheart to work with and has helped be so much with my balance, strength training and flexibility. I injured my knee in September and have been having a lot of issues with it and the longer I work out with Stacey the better my knee is getting! She plans my workouts for me specifically and each time is different, which keeps it interesting.
Working with Stacey is one of the best decisions I’ve made for me in a long time!

Stacy is definitely one of the best trainers I've trained with especially when it comes to virtual training! I'm someone who has struggled with weight for the majority of my life and I typically get anxiety at the thought of working out. But our workouts are fun with a variety of movements (including boxing). They progress in difficulty that's doable, so I'm constantly surprising myself at what I can accomplish in our sessions. Stacy knows how to push you to do better without being pushy (if that makes sense). I've had problems in the past with trainers pushing me to do movements that eventually caused me to injure myself so mobility was a big factor in choosing Stacy as my trainer. She always ensures we do mobility and warmup exercises to prevent injury and she's a stickler for correct form. Over the past few months I've seen improvements in my strength, endurance, toning, weight loss, and energy. Stacy knows her stuff! I highly recommend booking a session with her to see for yourself!

Stacy is awesome! I have been very impressed with the quality and intensity of her workouts. The workouts are also really fun which for me have incorporated boxing, agility ladder, and circuit training. She’s also really good at individualizing workouts based on my goals and current injury. Stacy makes a unique workout for me. I really appreciate it, but I'm not special, she does that for all of her clients. Yet even knowing this, she still does make me feel special
I have Parkinson's. I've always done something physical, but this battle required professional help. Stacy is a true professional. Every single part of my training has been well thought out, a challenge, catalogued and referenced for future progress analysis.
She has obviously spent the necessary time researching the condition in order to give me the most relevant workout.

I signed up with Stacy in February to kickstart my fitness routine again. I'd been depressed for a while and totally demotivated, so I started at the worst fitness point of my life.
Stacy helped me regain confidence and get myself back on track. She is incredibly communicative and flexible. When we started she asked if I had any injuries or concerns and she regularly checked in on how I was feeling. There were a few times when the fitness plan the day-of based on how I was feeling. I appreciated her non-judgemental and encouraging approach to fitness. During my time training with her, I surprised myself and pushed further than I thought I could, too.
I'm so appreciative of her and cannot recommend her highly enough!

Stacy is absolutely the best trainer to go to for all personal fitness goals/needs. As a beginner Boulderer looking to strengthen and train for harder climbing routes, Stacy always encouraged and created fun and new varieties of workouts including HIIT, weight training, and stretches. My wife and I have been seeing Stacy once a week for about three months now. I started the year at about 230# and today I have finally broke under 200#. I haven’t weighed less than 200 since I was in my 20’s! Stacy had been incredibly encouraging and helpful with cutting the lbs and building muscle. My wife (who was already tiny) has seen significant toning and muscle building this year as well.

I was looking for an affordable, somewhat personalized workout plan for when I work out at home, so I signed up for the Hybrid monthly program. While working out alone (or with my pup) isn’t my favorite, the workouts are varied enough to make them interesting. And, knowing that I’ll have a one-on-one (virtual) workout with Stacy holds me accountable and is a great motivator. I also love how available Stacy is if I have any questions on form or activity between virtual sessions.
