Stephanie Congo, BS, CYT, RYT, EEM-CLP, specializes in highly effective fields to guide the body to balance and wholeness. She loves helping clients manage their stress, chronic pain and illness through natural and ancient healing tools. These modalities include: Eden Energy Medicine, Postural Alignment, Yoga Therapy and Shamanism. She has been an avid yogi for over 20 years and is an expert in mind-body awareness & meditation. She specializes in long covid, traumatic brain injuries, hormone balancing, youth and sports teams. Her substantial 12 year background in engineering provides a new age and scientific approach to healing and movement, which is truly cutting edge, equal parts science & art.

I contacted Stephanie for energy healing and can't say enough good things about her. I had Covid symptoms 4 months after getting sick and had tried everything to heal but nothing was working. I found Stephanie through the Donna Eden healing website & made an appointment and that is when things started to change for the better. She has helped me regain my energy and stamina and given me back my life. After each session I leave with a feeling of gratitude. She has healing hands and is very generous with her time, answering any questions I might have. I highly recommend her!

What can I say but how AMAZING Ms.Stephanie is as a yoga teacher. My daughter took her class last year through her school. Lu looked forward to her yoga class every Thursday all year. So in March when the pandemic hit, everything fell out from under us. School, soccer, dance class etc...but NOT Ms.Stephanie! A week into the quarentine, she was reaching out to set up her virtual ZOOM yoga class. What a relief!!! This was exactly what my daughter needed during these uncertain times. I can not recommend Ms.Stephanie enough for her knowledge of yoga, fun approach and calm spirit.♡

My wife and I recently planned a dream vacation to Hawaii. We were incredibly excited, but years of working in office had taken its toll on my health and fitness. I didn’t want to miss out because of fatigue or lack of confidence in my physical abilities. I need to find some help to h get me ready for this great adventure.

Having practiced yoga off and on for more than ten years around the world, I was thrilled to find Stephanie leading a wonderful yoga class in downtown Memphis. In our very first session, it was clear that Stephanie was a gifted instructor. She was able to look at the students in front of her and gather from their body types, subtle movements, and mood what type of session would fulfill their needs and then execute it as if it had been planned for weeks.

I spoke with Stephanie about my goals and began training with Stephanie a few times a week. I lost more than 30 lbs, deepened flexibility, improved balance, and feel more settled at home and at work. Her classes and a rethinking of my diet have helped me to feel stronger in my body and shown me a path to greater self-confidence.

My wife and I had an amazing trip that included climbing mountains, miles of hiking, and even cliff diving! It was a fantastic trip!

I highly recommend any session you get into with Stephanie. She is truly a gifted yoga/pilates instructor.

I am not as consistent in my practice as I would like to be. I check the schedule to see when Stephanie is at the “Y”. Each time she leads the group through enlightened and powerful moves. Her practice is so congruent that her body seems to levitate through the air and somehow reconnect to the floor. She is awesome and I am encouraged to continue my yoga journey!!!

Stephanie, like any good yoga instructor, cares deeply about her yoga and about her students.
While Stephanie certainly has an outstanding practice, her ability to share the joy of yoga with skill and passion is what I think, in part, makes her so popular with her students.
Stephanie’s commitment to continually develop and explore her own yoga practice helps to keep her teaching fresh and authentic.
And her deep knowledge of yoga anatomy, alignment, and her ability to turn the room into a sacred space where students can come into their body and be free of judgment, allows all to leave in a better place from which they came.
