So I'm actually a previous customer of Daryl's. It's been a year or two since I worked with him. And I think what's really cool and what he instilled in me is why his work is so valuable, because to this day, a couple years after having sort of graduated out of working with Daryl as a personal trainer, I'm still going to the gym consistently and doing the workouts that he taught me. I'm keeping my strength up. And really importantly, too, he taught me a lot about understanding what I'm putting in my body, tracking calories, tracking protein and nutrients. And I've continued to consistently do that as well to have control over my own health and the way I feel. So I really can't recommend what Daryl does more. He does a really good job. And I can say as someone who worked with him for about a year and it's been a couple years since then that it's well worth your money to work with him because he teaches you lifelong fitness skills.

I started at Still Life about 7 months ago. I love working out but struggle with finding the motivation to push myself on my own. Daryl does an absolutely amazing job at making workouts fun and exciting (especially when those work outs are at 5am). I have so much fun, have noticed incredible improvements in my body, and have really started getting back confidence I lost a long time ago. He encourages healthy habits that fuel your progress. I love working out at this gym! There is a great sense of community. There are weight lifting classes, cardio classes, and you can tailor them all to your fitness level. Darryl has such good energy and really commits to his clients to help them reach their goals. He also offers food prep classes that I’ve taken part in and I’ve had great results!

Darryl has been my trainer since July 2022, and I cannot recommend him enough. I worked out alone following workout plans for years, but I will never go back to that. Having him there takes all the thinking out for me. He has the plan and I do the lifting. I also complain the whole time, because it is not easy. But, it gets done.

Darryl Eubanks has created a great community through fitness at Still Life Fitness. The workouts give you the opportunity to challenge yourself, but are also tailored to your level of fitness. I was first introduced to the family through my wife whom had never worked out in the capacity of a gym with strength and cardio program. Still Life was welcoming and easy for her to begin and progress in her fitness journey. I later joined with her and loved the calories burned as well as ability to push myself strength wise. The gym is also very involved in community outreach through fitness fundraisers and you can be as involved as you want.
