If you want to fall in love with getting stronger (and getting healthier), this is the place for you! I will teach you all the secrets! Private gym. No one to judge or watch you or occupy equipment. Hours by appointment. I will teach you to recruit correct muscles when performing exercises so that you can be confident in any gym, or a group class, or continue safely with a sport, and stay injury free in all in-and-out of the gym activities. I teach Olympic Weightlifting to any ages.
In health coaching we utilize FDN concept D.R.E.S.S.: Diet Rest Exercise Stress Reduction and Supplementation. We help clients establish healing mindset. These methods outperform specific treatments for chronic conditions.

I came to Anastasia about a year ago with little hope of getting my health back on track. I had given up and was resigned to growing old and giving up sports completely from many painful injuries and poor health. I was pleasantly surprised as she helped me improve my health greatly! She analyzed my situation and recommended various supplements and I quickly lost 14 lbs! My asthma and sleep apnea soon disappeared. I also suffered with body pain that Anastasia quickly attributed to a gluten problem, so that was resolved also! I also quit caffeine and I have a better sleep pattern now. Also, my blood pressure dropped to normal. As another benefit, I was able to return to Olympic weightlifting where Anastasia has a wealth of knowledge and a keen eye with outstanding recommendations for continual improvement that is allowing me to make great gains and be competitive once again! I would recommend Anastasia to anyone who is having health problems or wants to improve their life and avoid pain and limitations. Anastasia has been instrumental into assessing my health condition and assisting me in finding the unconventional solution to treat my anemia. Anastasia is extremely smart, incredibly committed and above all, cares deeply about her clients and helping them achieve their goals. I began working with her at the end of 2017 when I was broken, physically and emotionally. I have been an endurance athlete for more than two decades, first as a competitive swimmer and now running marathons (16 total and training for a sub-3 and eventually 2:45 OTQ time). While I found early success in both sports, my 23-year battle with anorexia has contributed to multiple injuries and significantly impacted my training. Nastia introduced me to a tailored strength program that allowed me to not only heal faster, but build stronger muscles, tendons and led to a massive increase in speed when I returned to running in late January of 2018. She also supported me as I worked to improve my nutrition, specifically fat and protein intake that I need for competitive marathon training. She performed an in-depth review of my blood work and then guided me through several phone calls where we talked about the specific nutritional supplements my body needed for optimal performance. Nastia worked in tandem with my running coach to devise a safe, yet challenging training plan that incorporated the appropriate weight training to compliment my mileage. I healed faster from that injury than anyone predicted and returned to running fitter than ever before. More importantly, I noticed significant changes in my cognitive functioning. Last April I ran my 5th Boston Marathon, and were it not for the worst weather in the race's 122 year history, I would have nearly PR'd, with less than 12 weeks of training. Beyond just being a strength training coach, she supported me through some very dark moments when I was incredibly scared, discouraged and fearful. She took the time to research the complexities of the mental health challenges I face, as well as the specific strength and conditioning components of marathon running. She encouraged me to explore new ways of countering my anxiety through meditation, EFT and positive affirmations. She's still there when I need encouragement or fall into the comparison trap against myself and others, and she not only believes in my ability to achieve my goals in running, but in leading a happy, fulfilling life. She is a lifelong coach, mentor and above all, friend.

She prioritizes proper form and works with you to correct tight muscles and joints to ensure the exercises are done properly and safely.
