In lifting over 10 years, I’ve never had a gym who lets you cancel just by saying hey I’m moving to another state, no hoops like every other gym. I would absolutely recommend. Wish they had a location in Atlanta.

You won’t find a better gym in Cleveland, TN. The place is super clean and the atmosphere is great. Has an old school gym feel with modern equipment. Superior Fitness (at the time of writing this review), is an amazing and lowkey gym that excels at providing what both casual and more serious weightlifters alike desire. Although this location has a smaller footprint, Zeke the owner has done a tremendous job at fitting a sufficient number of machines, cables, power racks, standalone benches, dumbbells, cardio equipment, weight plates, and utilities in it. As someone with a background in free weights and dumbbells, the equipment Zeke provides here has allowed me to expand my exercises to other forms, most notably the cable machines, which has had a profound impact on my sessions and the gains that I have attained since coming here in December 2024. On top of all this, the staff and regular attendees here are top notch, friendly, and willing to help spot you if you like to lift heavy. On top of all this, everything is regularly cleaned while still maintaining the gritty sense of the working man/woman's gym. You can also purchase supplements before and after your workouts. If you want a superior gym experience, get in here while it's still lowkey!

I am so glad I made the switch to Superior Fitness! This gym is 10x better in every way from my old gym, —from the equipment to the atmosphere, and most importantly, the people. The owners, Zeik and Casey, are incredible guys who truly care about their members and the gym itself. You can tell they’re constantly working to improve it, and with everything they have planned for the future, it’s only going to get even better!

One of my favorite things is when the weather is nice, they open the big garage doors, and the little breeze that comes through is incredible. It makes the workouts even better!

If you’re in Cleveland, TN, and looking for the best gym around, Superior Fitness is the place to be. I’d recommend it to anyone and everyone. Easily a 10/10!
