Sweat Club is absolutely the BEST workout! The team inspires you every single day to give your best effort. It’s the perfect spot to jumpstart your morning or release some stress after a long day. The coaches feel like family — always welcoming you with a smile and giving that extra push to help you power through each workout. I can’t recommend Sweat Club enough for anyone looking for an amazing place to train!

Stopped by this morning to try the gym out because I have a friend who goes here. The owner happened to be there leading a class, she was very friendly and introduced herself to me! Even for a smaller space, there’s a variety of equipment and still a decent amount of room to spread out. I really liked the vibe of the place, it seemed chill. The classes look interesting, I think I’ll be trying that next!

This review is way overdue but I have to rave about Sweat Club! This gym has kickstarted my fitness journey and Dawn and the team have been so helpful and encouraging along the way. I have tried multiple gym membership trials in Chattanooga over the years but Sweat Club is the only one I stuck to. They offer challenging boot camps, personal training, and open gym. The gym is the cleanest gym I’ve used and offers multiple options from free weights, to mobility equipment, to top of the line cardio equipment and so much more. Dawn has cultivated a community of folks that aren’t just working out together but doing races together, supporting each others businesses, cheering each other on from far away and so much more. I don’t even live in Chattanooga anymore, but I still feel welcomed anytime I am in town and join for a bootcamp class. One of the hardest parts of moving away from Chattanooga is not having a place like Sweat Club to go to everyday. Go check it out for yourself if you’re looking for a supportive community and talented trainers! 10/10 gym!

I'm SO thankful that I found Sweat Club! The coaches are top-notch - they take time to listen to your unique goals and care enough to push and encourage you to meet those goals. I know I'm in the right spot to build my fitness and challenge myself. However, what keeps me coming back is the community I've found there.

Great gym for people living in Red Bank and Chattanooga. Has a variety of workout classes, clean gym equipment, and knowledgeable coaches. Great community too and super easy to book online. Highly recommend!

I never liked working out. It always felt forced and unnatural. When I joined Sweat Club 2 years ago, I started to feel more comfortable because of the daily classes that are fun and challenging. The staff believes in you and your journey. They are there to help and cheer you on! My gym fam has become my support team and makes me excited to hit the gym every week! I can happily say that, because of Dawn and Kris at Sweat Club, I am officially a gym goer! I love my Sweat Club!

This is a phenomenal gym! We started going here when we were new in town, and sweat club not only helped us find fitness and routine, but a community as well! I came in expect a decent gym. Firstly, dawn is a treasure. She gave me a student discount, free pre-workout and nutritional program. For what i paid the experience was worth twice as much. Love the family.

My favorite place to go for a workout in Chattanooga! After trying a few different gyms, Sweat Club is my go-to for the ever changing workouts and great coaching/staff. I have been going to Sweat Club for a little over 6 months, 5-6 days a week most weeks. Workouts are never boring, or repetitive! Coach Dawn always demonstrates proper form and quick to correct you or give alternative movements if needed. Highly recommended!

I had the pleasure of helping to renovate the space for the owners of Sweat Club. I haven’t seen the classes, or experienced a work out but I can speak to the high quality of people running this gym.
