About the Club

Synergy is a mind/body studio—a creative space, where since 2007 we have been helping individuals chart their personal paths to wellness. It’s an environment free from judgments, expectations & competition, with trained professionals providing instruction on an individual or group basis. Our mission is to provide high-quality mind/body programming in the Upper Cumberland region of TN. We serve clients of all levels, from beginners to accomplished practitioners. We offer a diverse weekly class schedule, featuring yoga, Pilates, meditation, therapeutic movement, and even a mind/body approach to strength training. We offer workshops, enrollment courses, and special events with guest teachers. Private, duet, and semi-private sessions by appt.☮️

I started pilates a month ago and its made a huge improvement on my posture and shoulder pain helping me get back to doing cardio like jump roping and jogging again. I've done barre and kickboxing in the past, but pilates improved my overall fitness and muscle tone so quickly that it has all other fitness classes beat by a mile. I only wish I started taking pilates sooner!!!

Synergy is a beautiful space with knowledgeable staff. They have a good variety of times and even have a yoga wall now!! If you need help recovering from injury, decompressing the spine, feeling stronger, or even relaxing the body through movement or meditation, this is the place to go. They also offer donation community classes once a month if you’re looking to give back to the community or just check out the space for the first time.
