Well, so far so good. I think this is my third week and although it is very pricey I feel like I have more follow-through because I have accountability. Somebody is always waiting on me to show up and that's actually a real plus when sometimes I don't want to show up honestly.
The machines are super cool. I'm still getting used to a lot of the exercises, it takes a while to concentrate on those muscles they're trying to isolate. However, I feel like I get a good workout every time no matter what and it is super quick!
When I'm further along in my exercise journey I will do an update.

The studio and staff are great. I love the efficiency and effectiveness of the 20-minute workouts. The machines are challenging; I feel stronger and like I've had a great workout. Unfortunately, I am unable to comment on results, I Never made it on the first machine. Walked in, filled 3-4 papers out, two to three of those papers being 'waivers' to initial releasing Exercise Coach of any responsibility regarding anything. Seth looked over my papers, said, 'you forgot to initialize here' then informed me I needed a doctor's note to workout๐คฃ and unfortunately he would not be able to work w me. If you don't want the HASSLE, DO NOT BE HONEST WHEN FILLING OUT THEIR Health QUESTIONNAIRE! Ridiculous! Why sign all their waivers basically to be told you need another adult (doc) to them you are ok to workout! SO Stupid!

I just finished my first session, and it was great! It wasn't intimidating and they were very considerate. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to get in a good workout in a short amount of time.
