The staff is friendly and encouraging. I'm so excited about the improvement of my deep sleep, which is crucial for physical restoration, immune system support, brain/memory consolidation and overall well-being. It has more than doubled within the first month (8 sessions). A huge benefit I wasn't even expecting! Not only do I feel stronger, I feel better overall. Give it a try. You will be glad you did.

I was skeptical but you do get a good work out with their program. It takes 20 and when you start to think this is hard and I hate working out…IT’S done!! I have noticed toning of my muscles and my strength is getting better. Once I add my eating better frame of mind I know I will lose weight easily. I feel like I can do this for the long run!! 2 days a week and 20 mins a work out. Come on you can do it!! The trainers are friendly and very encouraging! They make sure you are getting the best out of your work out. Ask questions if you have them but they are very informative and show you how to do everything and what muscle group you should be working. They are in your monthly fee! Work out with trainer?? Yes thank you!! Do the free trial. And think about are you doing something to help your health in a short time? Yes!! It’s worth it.
Update. It’s about to be March and I’m still going and still like it. I say just try it.

This is a wonderful place to get a great work out. The staff are awesome an very knowledgeable. They are not pushy at all but Stern (in a good way) an ALWAYS encouraging me to do my best. My balance has improved so much. As an older lady I encourage you seniors to give tbem a try you won't be sorry.

I literally tell everyone about this place. I've been a member for over a year and I feel much healthier and happier. I've lost inches in that time, going from a 2xl to an xl. It feels crazy to be able to shop in the "regular sized" clothes now. I haven't been able to do that in years. I'm very grateful to have found The Exercise Coach. The trainers are wonderful. I could not be happier with my results.

The Exercise Coach was recommended to me by my healthcare provider because I needed an exercise program catered to my specific needs. I joined The Exercise Coach about 3 months ago. About a month after I joined, I did the 30 day metabolic reset that was suggested. I continued my 2 workouts per week at The Exercise Coach. During this time, and now as I am still working out, I feel stronger, more confident and encouraged. The coaches are fantastic at helping you to stay focused and are continuously encouraging me. I have lost over 25 pounds since starting to work with the great staff. I am much more conscientious of what I’m eating as well as how much. It truly makes a difference and I’ve learned that at The Exercise Coach! The workouts are only 20 minutes per session, but when you give it your all, it definitely feels like a workout comparable to a full 40 minute workout at a traditional gym. I go in the mornings and feel ready to start my day strong and ready for anything! I would definitely recommend The Exercise Coach to anyone I know, particularly anyone with joint issues or struggling to get started on their own. You won’t regret it!

The Exercise Coach lives up to all their claims! I am in and out in 20 minutes! The workout is so concise and definitely effective. It's quiet. Roshan and Emily are great! They really know their stuff! I've lost 20+ lbs so far (in 6 months) and I'm eating better than I've ever eaten (probably still not as good as I should, but I'm getting there). I feel and look great! I absolutely love this program!

Just started a few weeks ago and already have more energy and feel stronger. I’ve never enjoyed exercising and would never go to a traditional gym. I love the welcoming environment, the one on one encouragement, and the convenience of just 2 - 20 minute weekly workouts. It’s a great concept and I have no doubt it’s working.

The owner/coach is thorough, knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging. Very clean studio, Covid-19 protocols always followed. I'm seeing results after only a few weeks. Betty Davis was right -- aging isn't for sissies, so I intend to stay as healthy as possible for as long as possible. The Exercise Coach is helping me do that.

The staff is amazing! Everyone is very friendly and they really take the time to understand your goals and make a plan with you on how to achieve them through personal training. The cleanliness and precautions they are taking make me feel safe to go into a exercise studio and they have sanitizer, wipes, etc. readily available for clients. My experience with them has been great, and I will definitely be going back and am excited to see my results overtime!
