I very much appreciate Coach Mike to help my girls. I have two daughters, one plays lacrosse in middle school and the other high school. I wanted to put them in a class where they would be conditioned and pushed so they would be ready for the upcoming season of lacrosse. I honestly did not anticipate or have the expectation that they would have wisdom poured into them. Coach Mike has worked with them and pushed them to be greater athletes. I love how convenient it is right off Watt Road. Coach Mike gives both of my daughters feedback and will call me and update me on how they are doing and what he is seeing from his end. I appreciate so much that Coach Mike is straight to the point. He does not sugarcoat things and I believe that is extremely necessary in sports. He displays truth with love and also motivation. The first time that I told my daughters they were going to him neither one of them were excited. Surprisingly after the session, both of them said that they really enjoyed it. I am a highly disciplined and very competitive person. I know my daughters need an advantage because they’re discipline is not that to practice on their own. The Forge provided this for my daughters and I am so grateful for this!

Met with Mr. Michael Wilson. He was very knowledgeable and had several ideas for my situation. I have a herniated T7 injury that I have been told by my surgeon they can't preform any surgeries on due to the risk. I have been asking several different people, PTs, trainers, doctors, etc what I can do to strengthen that area while also allowing me to lose weight. Most just say to walk, but I knew that wouldn't be enough for me. However, Michael took on the challenge and I definitely think the workout that he has set up will have results. I chose to bring my kids and myself to The Forge because I wanted an experience where I could work out with my kids. I was drawn to the SuperMom concept, along with the short drive from the Northshore/Choto area. We were impressed with Coach Mike’s ability to teach simple concepts and weave them into a variety of training modes. I could see that Coach Mike was flexible with the different personalities of the kids in his classes. His workouts were flexible according to the groups he had during the session. We are always looking forward to our next session at The Forge!

We started working out at The Forge because we wanted to get our boys in shape for their upcoming playing seasons. We also wanted to get in better shape as a family. As a family, we have been taught how to move correctly, and as a result become stronger and faster. Coach Mike has the experience and patience to get the most out of your athlete and your family.
