Don Jole knows his profession. His workouts will challenges you to build your strength and stamina. Don motivates and encourages the whole way. He also has knowledge to help work out soreness or minor issues that might arise. I highly recommend him. He cares for his clients and is quick to celebrate their successes.

I’ve worked with Don for 10 years. He has always been very accommodating with my crazy travel schedule. I appreciate his desire to maintain constant connection with my goals and how he has modified my workouts as I’ve aged and through a few injuries and recovery from surgery. I’ve worked with Don for about a year now and I can not begin to express the wonderful changes I’ve seen in myself. Don is so knowledgeable about the human body and does a wonderful job explaining each workout, what it is targeting, and how to best execute it. If I am positioned wrong or just feel uncomfortable in an exercise Don will sit and talk though it with me until we find a safe alternative. I have never felt quite so confident in a trainer as I do Don! And as a woman he will even take into account my bodies natural cycle and how affects my abilities through the month. I never feel guilty for stopping early if needed and I never feel more proud of myself when we get that extra push done. Don creates an amazing environment! I highly highly recommend Don as a personal trainer. Can’t wait to continue working with him!

Don is a great trainer! He has a great ability to read your body and will adjust the exercises accordingly so you do not become complacent. He motivates without being a drill sgt. He really is a joy to work out with and is a great guy! If you commit to eating as he advises, not only will you learn alot about your body, but you WILL see the results you want! I ve trained with him for several years now and not only have I seen amazing results (going from size 16 pants to 4) but every single one of his clients have results! I HIGHLY recommend him!
