I took my granddaughter to the Little Gym and she loved it. It was her first time and she was hyper but she did great. The place was clean but I have to give it 3. Stars because the people who worked in there wasnt inviting. They didn’t give me an update on her performance and wasn’t asked if I wanted to join. In fact one lady said while passing out a flyer “oh you don’t need one you just a drop in”. Yes we were a drop in with potential to join but I will take my business elsewhere. It’s a very nice place I might add but very unfortunate that we won’t be back.

Excellent place. My children went there when they were little and now my grandson goes there. You couldn’t ask for a better gym for kids.

So most days are “free play”now. They told us today that since there was only one child in the class they were not going to do anything. I think it’s better to stay home and flush your money down the toilet.

My daughter had my grandson‘s first birthday party up there today 04/01/23. It’s a nice facility for young kids, but the staff was horrible because they had scheduled a party directly after our scheduled party and they were literally rushing our party guest to eat and they even cut my grandson’s birthday cake without us wishing him a happy birthday!
The price they’re charging for an hour and a half just to use their facility is ridiculous! You have to bring your own food decorations. The only thing they’re supplying is the facility. We would never booked another party here and I wouldn’t suggest everyone to book a kids birthday party here!!

We held our 2 year olds B-Day party here this past Sunday 01/16/22. The kids age ranged from new born to 12 years old. The two team members working this day were fully engaged with all the kids and seemed to be having fun themselves. They really interacted with them and made sure everyone was having fun. They played great music fitting for a "2 Legit to Quit" themed B-day party. They did all the setup and breakdown for the party including serving the pizza, cake and cupcakes. Everyone committed on how much fun it was. One thing we learned is we did an hour of gym time, leaving only 30 min for food and cake. We thought that was enough time, but ended up rushing a few slow eaters along. This was our mistake and they offered us options to adjust gym time and food/gift time. I would recommend you having your party here. 1.5 hours was the perfect amount of time without having to worry about people staying all day at your house to converse while your child crashes off the sugar rush. You know who those people I'm talking about! :-)

I’ve been attempting to reach someone at this gym for a week now. The phone goes straight to a dial tone, and when I’ve driven to the location there was no signage stating they would be out. This is extremely unprofessional.

The play time was great and the employees were great during the playtime. We were rushed by the employees after to clean up after the party and the next party individual was able to come in while we were still there. The lil gym employees were rushing us to take down decorations and trying to throw everything away on the tables such as unopen juice boxes and unopen chips. I asked the employee at 4pm should we go ahead and eat since it ended at 430 and I knew next party started at 5pm, she said no let the kids play more. When my mother arrived early she was told she could not come in. The other individual for the next party was able to come in and asked if they needed helped getting things out of the car. I had to ask for my birthday shirt at the end because it was not given to us which is included in the package . You need to allow more time than 30 mins in between the clean and prepare for the party. We also had to put up some of the decorations too even thought they say the decorations would already be put up

May be for some, but NOT my cup of tea unfortunately. Couldn't find info online, then tried calling multiple times, when actually got through ladies at desk know little more than the website. No email list to notify of updates unless on FB. YEARLY subscription as well. We just needed classes we could attend 4-8 at a time. Managers seemed unavailable via email/direct phone. Have lost interest. Bummer b/c other Little Gyms are amazing.

Over the years I have witnessed The Little Gym fine tune their procedure for birthday parties. It has become a desired location for several families with young children I know. Organized and energetic! Classes are offered throughout the week too. A safe resource for young children learning how to follow instructions, work with others, have control of their bodies, and bulid on the skills they have learned.

Went for bday party for a 3 year old and he had a blast. Not really for kids over 6. They could also come up with with better games. I had two parties her 6 or 7 yrs ago and they did the same stuff they did back them for my now 10 year old. Bigger kids can participate but not really geared for bigger things. Entire party conducted by teenagers.

Absolutely love this place. The owners and instructors are awesome. Really great learning environment for your kids. We love the Mommy and Me type class. The parents and kids get to work out together and it is so much fun. They teach the basics on how to safely do a roll, climb a rock wall, walk on balance beam, and other moves. Very toddler safe and fun. Highly recommend little gym of Germantown.

While I appreciate the concept, this business has a sign (in the restroom) that makes light of a serious illness, OCD. Instead of treating this issue as something people suffer with, they instead tell people to breathe to make these feelings go away. When brought to their attention that it was offensive to those who suffer with OCD they simply responded that people think it’s funny so it stays. This ableist mindset of those who don’t suffer laughing at the plight of others is offensive, demeaning, and disgusting.

My son loves his classes here. He took the Super Beasts class over the summer and is now taking the Sporty Beasts class. Both instructors we have had, Ms. Tiffany and Ms. Melissa, have been excellent. They are so patient and work so well with the kids. I have enjoyed watching my son grow in his abilities and confidence.

THIS IS VERY LONG AND NEEDED. Our experience started off fairly well due to the owners being present, active, and involved in the operations of the business. They had several personal situations that caused them to be very absent leading to the gym being run by young ladies barely 18 and younger. My child began to get frustrated because she needed help performing tasks and was unable to feel successful because the tasks were considered non spotted stations. My child has cried every class (approximately a month) due to some frustration or pressure in the classes. Each time I peeked in to get my daughter to get her back into good spirits to continue the class. I was told that I was a distraction to the other children for getting my upset daughter for all of 3 minutes. I was told that they would determine if I was needed for my child. Note: children run in and out all the time and parents go in as well. My daughter complained about a specific child being mean, pushing and aggressive and the aggressor was talked to by the owner and given a high five and my daughter was not attended to at all. The last incident occurred this week as my husband went to see our daughter at practice and he looks to see her in the corner crying with two ladies standing over her. He opens the door and asks our daughter to come to him. He leaves out of the business, the owner follows him (meaning, there couldn't have been any threatening or fear because if you followed a person outside) out to explain and my husband states that it looked suspicious and it didn't look right and no other words were spoken. I speak to the owner and I am told that the comment stated was uncalled for and the way my husband made her feel was uncalled for. As I shared my concerns I was given reasons of justification about everything and no responsibility acknowledgment or apologies. I go get my daughter at the end of class and asked the other coach if she was afraid or scared and she said oh no I wasn't scared. One lady that was NOT present when my husband asked our daughter to come out of the gym said she was scared. I asked why and she couldn't give me an answer. I stated because he is a big black man and we live in the united stated and people are afraid of big black men. I also said that if a man the size of a 7/8 year old would have come in... you wouldn't have been scared. They snickered. I stated that he is a big teddy bear and our daughters super man and will always come to her rescue. I continued to say that we are only here for the best interest of our daughter and they would understand when they had children. And I thanked them for what they do and left. I was given a call the next day. All our actions were twisted as like we barged into their gym, yelled at the top of our lounges, upset employees and parents. They had several complaints which I never heard about until Wednesday. I was actually confronted by a staff member one time and never have I gone to them about my concerns until I was approached by the owner this Tuesday. My words were twisted, I was threatened with video footage as if I wasn't present. I asked to come in to have a meeting and review the footage and was denied. They played the victim role and we were painted as angry people. We have been respectful and thankful the entire time. After, I would not back down to the lies, and over the top descriptions of the occurrence our contract was ended. My daughter is unable to perform her routine after an entire season. We are suppose to receive a refund. I have never felt so discriminated against for being concerned about my child crying and why she get upset so often. There is a big difference in being friendly versus genuine. I saw the truth. I would never recommend them.
