I could never get my little brother out of the house, he always wanted to stay home and play on his tablet. and now, Wednesday Ninja became the highlight of his week. All he talks about at the dinner table is Coach Sam! He’s amazing with the kids.

My son attended a summer camp here. Great atmosphere. My vehicle battery died in the parking lot, one of the coaches took time out of his day, pulled out the jumper cables and had my vehicle up and running. Thank you!

Terrible Experience - Would Not Recommend

We signed up my daughter for gymnastics at this place, and after just three sessions, we had to stop because of the terrible experience. The instructor was absolutely awful and completely unfit to work with kids. From the start, there was a lack of patience and understanding, and my daughter felt uncomfortable and intimidated. She ended up crying at every single session.

The teacher seemed disinterested, offering no positive reinforcement or constructive feedback. Instead of encouraging the kids, she came across as cold and dismissive. It's clear this individual has no experience or passion for teaching young children.

We were hoping for a supportive and fun environment for our daughter, but unfortunately, we did not get that at all. We are extremely disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your time and money and look elsewhere.

I was excited to get my 6 year old daughter in classes here. She was also very excited. It took forever to finally get someone on the phone, but I was willing to overlook that for how excited my daughter was. That lasted for half of one class on Saturday morning. The teacher looks like she wants to be anywhere else in the world. She offered no encouragement to the kids, only directions about how they didn't do it right. I watched the smile just melt off of my daughters face. By lesson three she refused to go out on the floor. And then guess what? It took forever to get someone on the phone to cancel too. And now we're forced to pay for 30 days of lessons we absolutely won't use. Don't waste your money. It should be Novice School of Gymnastics.

We love coming to the Gallatin location, but what is up with the air conditioning? It is extremely hot in here and all the kids are super hot. It has been nicer outside than inside last few weeks now. Just concerned for the kiddos.

I've spent a week emailing and calling this place trying to get some information and sign my son up for Ninja class. 2 emails and 5 phone calls have gone unacknowledged and unreturned. We are all disappointed as he was looking forward to this class. We will be looking for a new activity to sign him up for.

My girls have loved going to Master’s Gymnastics In Hendersonville! My younger daughter has been in the Lion Cub class with Ms. Judy (best teacher ever) for over a year and a half and the progress is incredible (she just turned 3). She recently showcased her skills at the annual Spring Spectacular and she was so proud of herself! The event was excellent with a special leotard, medal, certificate, and photo opportunity at the end. We are a proud Master’s Hendersonville family and I will keep bringing my daughters as long as I can!

We’ve had an excellent experience with Masters over the years! From our very first gymnastics class at 2 years old to now 7 year old tumble class! My son has also been in the little ninja class. Both locations are clean and great for birthdays too! Highly recommend.

I have used Masters after school care for about a year now. I will say for me personally, it is the best afterschool program I’ve ever used for my daughter. The teachers interact and play with the kids. They treat them with love, compassion, and respect. Every time you show up, people have a smile on their face, and are happy to be there. My daughter loves going there. I recommend this place without any hesitation

I cannot believe this place is still In business. The instructors here are so rude and disrespectful. I’ve seen them yell at kids, roll their eyes and even laugh at kids. They don’t speak to any of the kids with enthusiasm or compassion. Nothing is even being taught. It’s glorified day care. I wish I could give zero stars. I am really sad I put my daughter through the horrendous chaos this place is. I hope this place gets shut down for the hood of the small children.
I will add I did confront several of the instructors about the horrible treatment not just of my kid but of the entire class. They literally ignored me. Terrible business terrible people.

I am a child but this place is an amazing place. All the people there are nice to me and other people atho some of the coaches do get mad or angerd easly but they are just saying to listen because they want u to pay atenchion so u can be a strong and a good gymnast.

This gymnastics company is disorganized and unprofessional. There is no structure to these classes and the "teachers" are easily aggravated. We asked if we needed to do anything to help him for the class and they said no so we let them take him but both times one of the teachers would get annoyed with him walking off and grab him roughly or pick him up and drop him next to the class and still not help him learn.They asked for us to keep an eye on our son when he gets distracted but when we helped, they completely ignored him. I had to ask for every step for him because they weren't interested in teaching. He's young and need time to adjust to these lessons and they were just unwilling to help.

I would not even give this place one star. They are disorganized and the teachers are either extremely young and inexperienced or just bored. But what finally made me cancel my membership was the owner. He YELLED at my 11 year old son with autism along with a group of other kids because he was angry he had gone onto the obstacle course after class was over. He would not calm down and talk reasonably he was incredibly rude and mean to little kids and then to me when I said enough was enough. He threatened to “kick them out of the building”. Do not give this place your money. Clearly he has enough of it if this is how he treats customers.

We celebrated a child’s Birthday Party at Master’s. It was wonderful. Everything was taken care of and kids of all ages had fun! We just brought water, cake and ice cream! We highly recommend.

This has been hands down the best decision we made choosing Master’s for our girls. They absolutely love going to gymnastics each week. I was really impressed with their prices and how great and patient the teachers are with the kids. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

I took gymnastics here a long time ago, as well as worked here. The staff are very well-educated in correct technique when it comes to gymnastics, cheer-leading, and tumbling. Take it from a current gym owner - I would definitely recommend the Master's to anyone in the middle Tennessee area!

My daughter has been a gymnast at Master’s since 2014. She atarted with the rec class and in a very short time learned so much. She joined the competition team as a level 2 and is currently a level 8. She has learned so much and is in love with the sport. The coaches and Masters family are the best.

DO NOT use masters for any reason at all. I have found it is very disorganized, and they are very low staffed to the point it is dangerous for your kids, and the front desk is very rude. If you have your child watched by them anyone can go in and take your child without anyone even knowing unless she/he started screaming. They also didn't charge my card nor my daughter's mother for a long while and then they put the entire fee on me even though they were supposed to be my daughter's mother's fees for her days. We had discussed this arrangement SEVERAL times and still they refused do anything to help the situation after they incorrectly charged me. It's all about money to them for your kids safety. Do not go to this place. Check their bbb page you'll see the same exact thing by someone else before the closed down their account.

Only giving 1 star here because zero is not allowed. Don't take your children here and waste their time or your money. This place is over priced, understaffed, and they are far less than ethical. We spent one horrible season with them and my children learned NOTHING. Their coach was not cut out for the age group we were in and did everything to hold the team back from advancing where they could have grown. Every week it was this fee is due and this fee is due. Nothing was organized, and it turned out to be a financial disaster! Got to the end of the season and was hit with an $800 charge they wouldn't explain until a claim with the BBB was filed. Then they finally gave their version of an explanation that none of our competition fees or uniform costs were paid, even though they wouldn't let us attend competitions and wouldn't give us uniforms until they were paid for. Just don't waste your time. It's not worth your child's happiness and growth.

The Master's School of Gymnastics is a wonderful facility, and has the best programs in Sumner County. All of the staff are friendly and well trained instructors. My kids love their after-school program because of all the fun activities, and their classes have the best instruction around.
