I have been going for the Barre and yoga classes both, and they are fantastic! Maia is such a wonderful instructor. I put off going to exercise classes for so long due to my anxiety, but she makes me feel so comfortable and empowered to work out and take control of my health!! I absolutely recommend giving it a try. They also sell super cute clothes that I've bought. They're so comfy!

I can’t say enough good things about The Wellness Barre! I look forward to my weekly early Saturday morning classes! The classes are small, so we all
actually get to know one another and laugh together in class when Maia is kicking our butts! Speaking of Maia, I have taken A LOT of workout classes from CrossFit, to Yoga, to Spin, to Zumba and she is hands down the best instructor I have ever had. She jokes with us, is always available to talk before and after class about any concerns or questions we might have. She pushes us further than we think we are capable of, but she does it in a fun way. I have told everyone I know about the Barre classes here because they are just that good! PS if you’re a runner like me, Barre is a great cross training workout!

I stopped in to shop one day after trying out other places, and Maia mentioned that my first class was free with a code. I thought, ‘Why not?’ and decided to give it a try since the class schedule worked better for me than some other places I had been to. I quickly fell in love with Barre, the intimate class sizes, and the overall vibe. I’ve been going consistently twice a week ever since! Maia is amazing, and so is everyone I’ve met in class. I loved it so much that I bought a package right after my first visit—and then another one just a few days later. Highly recommend!

I am so glad to have a barre class in Lebanon. Maia makes workouts fun. The classes are small, so she gets to coach and cheer on everyone individually. Plus, you get to make friends with your classmates. If you want to try a fitness class but you're afraid you won't fit in, Maia's space is for you. You don't have to know what you're doing to get something out of class, and you'll have fun no matter your experience or ability. Barre is for everybody, especially here :).

I am a huge fan of this store! There are so many cute clothing items (made in America!) and local goods like soaps, lotions, and candles. My favorite, though, are the barre classes that I take with Maia. It is a fun environment and a challenging workout. I highly recommend trying a class!

Started taking Barre classes and can not rave about them enough! This class works everything from head to toe! Exactly what I needed for myself. I feel more like myself after just 2 classes, can’t wait to see how I feel after a few months!

Maia and her team are absolutely fabulous (kind and lovely in every way) and make the shopping experience so personable and special. She sells incredible products that are local and/or have incredible missions, and every product lives up to fulfilling wellness in one facet or another. My favorite products are the lotions/bath items and the clothing items from beyond yoga and beyond! Hands down top favorite store in the square!

Mom of 2. Work from home. So... I LOVE soft clothes to wear. I thought this place was a barre studio. Nope. It isn't.

The staff is so welcoming and friendly.
The clothes are so soft.
There is a wide array of pricing for items. So you'll find something in your budget if you visit. I wish I hadn't had my kids with me because I wanted to try on so. Much. Stuff.

My wife and I visited this local store when one of our airbnb guests mentioned they found some great women's workout wear there - on clearance. We were so warmly greeted, and my wife found a couple yoga tops that she felt were a needed upgrade from her current wardrobe. There are a number of cool home/gift items that kept me engaged while she shopped. (No mens clothing as far as I can remember). The owner was amazingly helpful at suggesting specific items that might work well for my wife (beyond like "have you seen this, or this, or this?" Much more specifically to the conversation they were having and my wife's body type, style preferences and and workout needs. We love our Lebanon Square and we will be back to The Wellness Barre.

I absolutely LOVE this shop on the square in Lebanon, TN! Their Beyond Yoga wear is THE most comfortable and softest workout clothing I’ve ever worn!
