The Yoga Mix LC is a beautiful studio in the heart of a cool, little, vibrant downtown. The instructors are lovely. I drive from Farragut and it is such an easy drive. Their classes really are for every person in their yoga journey. There are community classes with varied costs that make yoga more accessible. They have such a great variety of classes as well. Highly recommend.

Yoga Mix in Lenoir City is an absolute gem! 💎 The community vibe here is just wonderful. I attended their open house over a year ago, and ever since, I've been hooked. The supportive community and incredible teachers make this place feel like home.

Amanda, the heart and soul of Yoga Mix, makes you feel so welcomed right from the start. Her guidance and support have taken my practice and teaching to the next level. Her passion for yoga and community is infectious, and it pulled me in so much that now I teach 3 classes a week here!

I would highly recommend “Yoga Mix” to everyone! They have amazing yoga instructors, Rhoda Brock is my fave. All the instructors know how to accommodate everyone in the class with all different levels of yoga. They have a great yoga Community. I’ve been to many other studios around town and surrounding areas and I can say… I have found my people. I cannot say enough about Amanda and Rhoda at Yoga mix. 20 Stars if there were any.

I started at The Yoga Mix Lenoir City just a few weeks after they opened and I have found my forever home for my yoga practice. The studio has such a positive and grounding vibe for me along with all of the instructors that it has caused me to want to take my practice further than I ever would of imaged taking it before. Most of my time is spent at the Lenoir City studio but I occasionally attend the Maryville studio and feel the same about that location as well. I've had such a wonderful experience at both studios and look forward to many, many more.

I have not been to a yoga class in over 8 years and I am 100% out of shape. The vibe was very welcoming and the class was just what I needed. The instructer Haley was amazing. I will definitely be going back. This is such a great addition to downtown Lenoir City.
