Ian Titus is the trainer you’re looking for, I promise.
I’m a lifetime athlete with a list of injuries to go along with it: tendonitis, separated AC, hernia, the list goes on. About 3 years ago, I started having trouble with intra abdominal pressure and pain that accompanied it. This, coupled with other discomfort, ultimately pushed me out of the gym. Ian has worked around every cranky joint, and truly restored hope that was lost by removing chronic pain. There is no muscle on your body this man can’t activate, he’s absolutely brilliant. I’ve never worked with someone who is more dedicated to you and fitness (his lifestyle proves it). If you care about moving pain free, looking good, and doing it for the foreseeable future, call this man. He’s worth every penny.
