Staff at front is hateful. No exceptions to admission fees. Almost had to miss my last daughter’s game- staff was very rude and hateful during the exchange. I will never pay to have my children participate here again. On top of that $85 was a steep price for what was offered!

-Tight space and not great seating
-Score keepers that didn’t pay attention to the game, was constantly on their phones or talking to the refs that were also not paying attention to the game, missing several points
-Very poor reffing (several refs that didn’t move the entire game, refs talked to people on sideline vs paying attention to the game, laughed when kids got hurt after refusing to call the game fair, favored one coach and one team over another and made it super obvious to everyone)
-Allowing teams to play down in age groups for wins (7/8th graders playing in 5/6th age group and 9/10th graders playing down in 7/8th age group) - if this was unknown to the facility, they need some verification process to prevent this

I never leave reviews for anything, but after our experience, I just had to.
We paid too much to play and watch at this facility for the low quality they gave in return, very disappointing.

This place has no parking for as many games as they have every weekend and people end up parking in private parking where people live and it leaves them with no parking at all. The owners are rude and will not express that their customers cannot park in private parking where people live. They need to make more parking or move the complex all together to a place that can hold the amount of people and cars they have every weekend.

Excellent facility. I’m from out of town and Shanna made it so easy to connect and get information about it.

My daughter needed to get some floor time in as she has a basketball tournament the following weekend. It was nice to have a clean, regulation accurate facility to Coach and teach the game of basketball.

We will return here every time we in town.

I don't even know where to begin so I'll start with parking or lack of would be better description. No lighting in parking that is available so when you leave at almost 10pm and have to walk a couple blocks to your car you will do so in complete darkness. Which mainly matters because this is definitely not the safest place in town and has history of cars being broken into. Now on to the $15 per person you will pay to enter. Next you will discover the courts are so dirty that the boys can not stand up. I have never see floors this bad.
I forgot mention the sign on the front door that says NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK.....However, you will be lucky if the concessions arent out of everything except the tinyest bags of popcorn, candy, and few bags of chips.
The money this place is raking in every single weekend should be plenty to get floors cleaned and stock the concessions atleast 🤷‍♀️

Too noisy ,not enough sound barrier between courts and confuses the players as multiple whistles and buzzards going off at times. Door admission is $15.00 way too high but I guess they have to make their money somehow.
Limited seating and was not thought out well layout.
If you think parking was bad last year we'll your in for a surprise it's gotten worse. Apparently TNT is refusing to pay for some of the parking in front of TNT because the owner of that property has went up on the rental space.

I didn't actually go to a sporting event here. I was here for a children's consignment event.
It was a very large building. Plenty of room for shelves, items, and lots of people.
Very clean. And easy to find. (located in downtown Kingsport)
It did appear to have bathrooms as well but they weren't available to the shoppers at this particular event.

My Son(10), My Daughter(3) and I attended a Birthday Party there and it was an absolute blast. The selection of balls, sports and bouncey houses was amazing. The Party area was plenty spacious enough for everyone to gather and eat, socialize and watch the festivities(opening gifts) 10/10 recommend!

The officials really have know idea what the rules of basketball are. One ref was more worried about checking his Apple Watch than making the right calls. I watched one 2 games where they made the worst and most calls against the kids that were not white. It was very obvious.

Wonderful facility. Our dance school had a recital there and they were gracious and accommodating for so many people. Our only issue was parking. Its nothing they can control, but for a crowd of people, expect to park and walk as the parking lot across the street fills quickly. There are 4 indoor basketball courts and bleachers set up for regular events. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked for us. Overall, we appreciated the space and their services.

Horrible officials
Too many kids get hurt due to officials not making call as they tend to get game times behind schedule. More like a football game than a bball game. Know many young ladies who have been injured and having to sit out school seasons which hurts their collegiate opportunities, not to mention their lifetime implications from injuries.

Allot of magic happening at this 4 court complex. I'm sure a few future stars go here on a regular basis. Large curtains separate courts and my only complaint is how a separate games referee whistle can distract your players. Other than that always had good times popcorn candy and drinks at concession and respectful staff. My wife gets to coach there and her team (including my son) has grown so much better.
