The best gym there is! A good variety of top of the line workout equipment, friendly and helpful staff, and the best part is it’s 24 hour access. The owner is a great guy who genuinely cares for the health and well being of others.

I’ve only been a member for a couple weeks however I’ve had a membership at multiple gyms in the past and this by far is my favorite ! They have friendly staff , a clean environment, and a good range of equipment and space !

I went in to see about a short membership while in town to visit family and I just didn’t feel welcomed. The guy at the front desk was very short while giving me answers about the membership. I have very thick skin but if I’m paying I deserve respect. There are many other options

Been going to total fitness for around 6 years now and have nothing but good things to say about it, Jason (the owner) is always looking out for the well being of his customers. They have a great selection of supplements, protein meals, or energy drinks. My favorite part is if you’re a body builder, power lifter or simply just want to workout for health and weight loss it’s the gym for you! Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Prepping for our walk along the Camino de Santiago, from Porto Portugal to Santiago Spain.
We're loaded up and walking in preparation. Want to think Jason at Total Fitness for all the encouraging words and supporting us on this incredible adventure. We're just beginning our 50 adventures over 50 and super excited about it.
Really nice workout facility, great equipment, staff is helpful and friendly, love the tanning beds, kids zone (for those that need it) only thing I would improve is the showers. Otherwise awesomeness.
