Starting your CrossFit journey with great trainers and a welcoming community is one of the best ways to build lasting motivation and confidence. With expert guidance and a supportive environment, every workout becomes an opportunity—not just to get stronger physically, but to grow mentally and emotionally, too. You're not just joining a gym; you're becoming part of a team that celebrates progress, effort, and every small victory along the way.

Randy and the Train Foundry team are bringing functional fitness back to Tipton County, and it’s exactly what our community needed! The coaches are knowledgeable, thoughtful, and always ready to adapt workouts to any fitness level. The atmosphere is welcoming and supportive, and every class feels like you’re training with friends who want to see you succeed.
In just a few weeks, I’ve already noticed real improvements in my form and strength. The workouts are challenging but achievable, and the results are motivating. I’m so grateful for a space where we can push ourselves, grow stronger, and be surrounded by such an encouraging community.

This is something Tipton County has been missing! The dynamic group classes and knowledgeable trainers make this gym great for both beginners and seasoned athletes. The facility is clean, the equipment is new, and coaches/members are so motivating. If you are on the fence, the owner allows for you try a class for free. Give them a try!

The location is pretty easy to get to and right off HWY51. The gym itself has a ton of equipment, all brand new, all brand name! I spoke with the owner and he’s a great guy. Easy to tell he is really passionate about what he is building at Train Foundry. I’m looking forward to seeing this gym grow and keep growing. Open gym and group class training are being offered now. Train Foundry has a lot of benefits for the local area and I hope the local area gives him a try. And the prices are amazing when compared to other group class training.

I can’t speak highly enough of Randy Meacham and the Train Foundry experience. Randy has developed and is fostering an environment of inclusion and family with an overall mission of encouraging members to become better versions of themselves. Joining the Train Foundry family is one of the best decisions I’ve made. Highly, highly recommend!
