Trainbetr is probably the best training gym I’ve been to. The trainers are super knowledgeable and great at what they do. I have neck pain that I have been working through for a couple years and just in the last 6-7 months I’ve noticed a big difference. Strength training was the solution to alleviate my neck pain and Trainbetr has been perfect for me. I’m thankful for Casey and his team for helping me get stronger at my own pace. They are worth the investment! They will build your schedule and intensity based on your own personal goals. It isn’t a one size fits all approach. They listen to what you want and focus on that.

Started training at Trainbetr late January 2025 and really can’t thank the trainers enough for how amazing this journey has been! I had very little experience with weight training and low confidence in my abilities when I started. Casey, Cle, and Bryn meet you where you are at, educate you, and make it a far more enjoyable experience than what I’ve had in the past. The workouts are challenging and the exercises provide lots of variety. These trainers really are coaches and are vested in your personal success. They cover everything from fitness training, nutrition, and biometric monitoring to help track your progress. The personal training sessions are well worth the money.

First, the hours need to be updated on this gym. It doesn't open at 5 AM. Second, the new owner did not treat the previous customers fairly because they did not honor customers who pre-paid for a year membership before the gym was sold. Very disappointing and frankly not good business. I award this place 0 stars but I can't post without awarding at least 1.

I trained with Nathan for about a month. During our initial call, Nathan asked me about my experience with working out, my approach, my goals, and other important factors that may affect my fitness such as work and sleep. The number one goal I shared with Nathan is that I wanted to lose 10 pounds. I was asked to be a groomsman in my buddy’s wedding, and I had put on a few extra pounds that I wanted to lose. I told Nathan on our initial call that I needed accountability. Throughout my month of training with Nathan, he continuously held me accountable. I trained 6 days out of the week for four weeks, and I didn’t always feel like going to the gym. Nathan gave effective encouragement to pay my dues and put in the work at the gym.

In terms of the format of training, Nathan tailored workouts/exercises that were conducive to my fitness goals. The workouts were targeted all major muscle groups, and there was also cardio involved. The workouts are tough but they worked! Nathan also monitored to my eating habits and helped me create an eating plan that was effective, realistic, and sustainable. By the end of my training I felt stronger, looked leaner, and in fact lost the 10 pounds I wanted just in time for the wedding. If you train with Nathan you won’t be disappointed!

CrossFit 615 is the best! They aren’t your “typical crossfit” gym where it’s just push, push, push and then get hurt. They take their time and make sure you’re doing what’s reasonable for you. We dropped into CrossFit 615-East Nashville while traveling. They could not have been more accommodating, more friendly, or more accessible. Communication was almost immediate when we inquired about dropping in, and they made the experience so easy and comfortable! I know for certain that if we lived in this area, we would call this gym our home. We'll make sure to go back when we're in the area again!!!

I attended as a drop in while traveking & the staff as well as members treated me as if I was one of them and was a regular. They were all kind, motivating, and supportive. I am new to CrossFit and wasn’t sure how it would feel in a gym I didn’t know with new people but they made it the best experience. I will be using CrossFit 615 on all my trips to Nashville!

I am a coach in Arkansas, my wife and I dropped in while on vacation. The owners were great. Very friendly and accommodating to drop ins. Love this place! I just celebrated my one month anniversary as a crossfitter and I've never felt more fit or confident. I talked about it so much at home that my husband even started coming too. Great coaches, very relaxed vibe - but don't think you won't work hard, be expected to show up on time and give it your all. Workouts are challenging, but scalable for every fitness level. Coaches are thoughtful, attentive and patient. Love it at CF615.

I’ve worked out my whole life but a year ago, I decided to try Crossfit 615. WOW! I have never enjoyed anything so much – ever. The coaches are the best – they watch carefully and scale the workout to the athlete. Everyone leaves feeling good about themselves, good about the gym (box), and good about all of their fellow athletes. Also, sometimes with stiff muscles but that’s a good thing.

If you are dropping in or even better looking for a new gym home this is the place. Crossfit 615 brings a new meaning to group fitness. They offer physical wellness, social activities (in and out of the gym), and inspiration to all of their athletes. I truly appreciate feeling like a person with the coaches not just a member. They always make a point to know your name and cheer you on.

The coaches really are fantastic. They spend plenty of time explaining and demonstrating movements. The WOD is constantly varied. There is a strong emphasis on warming up to prevent injury.

Drop in and check it out there will be no regrets.

Also the social nights are really cool if you are new to the area and want to make some great friends.

I was on business trip in Nashville in February. As fabulous as the Gaylord Opryland Resort is, it didn't offer much for a gym facility. Crossfit 615 offer a more than welcoming option for any skill level in East Nashville. The coaches and owners were so hospitable. Only drawback: Do make plans to shower somewhere else as they are a newer gym and don't currently have full locker rooms. I will return to CF615 next time I am in town because of the great people, accessibility, programming and location.

Coach Brandon and the rest of the athletes were very welcoming and supportive embodying the CrossFit Community you would expect. The gym was very nice, well equipped, and clean. I've been a member of CF615 for over a year now, and could not have asked for a more attentive, welcoming, and knowledgeable coaching staff! The community as a whole is wonderful; everyone is supportive, helpful, and always willing to cheer you on.

Before starting CrossFit, I wasn't active at ALL. Could barely lift up my 40lb dog, hated running (I mean, I still do, but its different when you're running with a group to keep you motivated), and really had a negative view of myself. Since starting last year, my physical strength is so much more than I ever thought it would be, and while I still hate running, I love the daily challenges and struggles that come with each and every WOD. You get to learn a little bit more about yourself each day, you get to walk out having done something you couldn't do last week, but you still have a whole list of things to work on and look forward to conquering in the weeks to come.

If you're intimidated by CrossFit, don't be. The staff and the community at CrossFit 615 will totally alleviate your fears or nerves about stepping out of your comfort zone if you just give it a chance. Its grueling, its exhausting, but its also a positive, life-changing experience and I am so glad I walked through those doors!
