Tri Fit is a fantastic gym. Chad is very thoughtful in my workout routine. I had a health crisis awhile back, and was in need of something (I didn’t know what, though). I reached out to Tri Fit for help.
There was Chad to guide me through my journey. My mobility and strength have significantly improved! He is respectful of my limits and yet pushes me more at each session. Especially on Mondays.

I’ve been attending TriFit training groups and boot camps for almost 9 years now and I continue to be challenged with interesting and demanding workouts appropriate for my phase of life and fitness goals. The facility has everything I need for most any kind of workout. Coach Adam, and the other trainers there, know the science of training and help modify workouts to accommodate injuries or specific preferences. I have always struggled with staying in shape and sticking to consistency in my health journey. In addition to him being an extremely qualified and knowledgeable trainer, Chad knows how to be the right amount of encouraging and motivating. He has set me up with a great Functional Nutritionist and ensured that I have support from all angles of my health. Since working with Chad, I feel stronger physically, but even more so mentally. I am empowered to take control of my health, push myself beyond what I thought possible, and after having a child I have finally found “me” again.

I started a three-day a week routine with Chad Walters a few months back and couldn't be happier. Excellent facility, great energy, friendly people and very professional attention to my workouts from Chad. I'm over 60, so getting this kind of smart 1-on-1 oversight with a challenging and dialed-in regimen is really important. There are clients from 15 to 81 at Tri-Fit. Men’s workout Tuesday and Thursday after work and Saturday Boot Camp with Adam is the highlight of the week. Had two major reconstruction surgeries of my right knee from a trail running race. Adam rehabbed me and I was back to normal running trail races. Their sport specific knowledge was the difference. They will cater your workouts to meet your fitness goals.

My weight had started to creep up to a number I wasn’t comfortable with. Figuratively and literally. I started working out with Adam in December of 2018. 45 mins per session, twice a week. I started eating better, too. Not a diet, but a lifestyle change. I lost 10 pounds by April 2019, and lost 10 more pounds by the end of 2019. I have worked out with Adam ever since, and am happy to say that I have kept the weight off, and gained confidence. I am really proud to say that I did not gain weight during the pandemic. Adam is committed to our sessions, and his clients. I am at a weight I am comfortable with, but I don’t see myself ending my training sessions. If you're looking for a trainer that will push you hard and challenge you every workout but then make you look forward to coming back--you will find them with TriFit. Since I began training with Barry, I have been really aware of how much better I feel, how much stronger I am and how much more self confidence I have. Getting out of bed in the morning with more strength is a great feeling--and knowing that you are not just going to be spending time in the gym but working with specific purpose and concentration really makes me confident that I am on the right track. I have lost weight, have added definition to my arms and legs, and I am a lot happier when looking in the mirror and much more motivated to eat better. Barry always has challenging workouts that really push me, but that I really enjoy. He is also very knowledgeable about good nutrition and suggests some really convenient, healthy meals. The results have been great. I have found myself being able to work longer while people around me (even younger people) have to sit down and take a break. I've also been really impressed with how friendly and down to earth Barry is. And the other TriFit trainers there--Adam, Jordan, are also really nice people who clearly know what they're doing--I definitely recommend TriFit.

Before my first rep, their team walked me through a complete health assessment and equipped me with the basic knowledge needed to succeed. In my first year of training with Tri-Fit, I lost 64 pounds (going from 267 to 203).

no debate Barry & Adam and their crew at Tri-Fit are the best personal trainers in this county. I have trained with Barry for years now & i'll try to be brief. These guys have a wealth of knowledge about the body and how to fine tune it because they have formal degrees in things like exercise science. The vast majority of non-tri-fit trainers have no formal education their "qualified" BC they look fit. The workouts R varied & fun. These guys tailor fit each session to each client based on to his/her goals & what the client enjoys. For example Barry introduced me to Muay Thai through cardio pad work & now I am hooked & its one of my favorite hobbies. This summer I very badly injured my right arm totally unrelated to Barry. I could not lift anything heaver than a coffee cup with my R arm for 4 months. No big deal for Barry he innovatively created new routines to work around the injury. As a result I stayed in shape, honestly healed faster & still made fitness gains while injured. for that I am very grateful. In short Tri-Fit you want them to be your trainer no others even come close. Use them exceed your goals.

When I started working out with Adam Valentine @ Tri-Fit I have never looked back.
