Worst gym experience, gave me the hardest time to cancel membership, I went to front desk and they refused to cancel it only through email, done it and kept changing my account for several months, contact my bank to stop payments then they transferred my dues to collections even when I contacted corporate support with email sent to cancel

Garbage establishment. We gave written notice to cancel membership and personal training services, and they agreed to do so. Several months later, received a bill from a collections agency for $1,500 of illegal debt that Trufit had sold to them. Managers didn't care at all. Apparently this is common practice at this establishment. Beware. If looking for an honest local gym, Crunch is a far better option.

Update: Eh...I thought this was 24/7. I wish I'd put my old gym on hold so that I could've gone back without a new yearly fee. It feels like this one is always slightly crowded. I love late night workouts and early morning workouts especially on weekends. This gym's hours doesn't accommodate those needs. I considered getting a second membership elsewhere that is 24/hr but then I'd probably end up just canceling trufit altogether. Also considering downgrading my membershipat the very least if I pick up a second gym.

I thought this gym was 24hrs. It's only open 24 hours for 4 days a week which are Mon 5am-Tues, Tues-Wed, Wed-Thur, and Thur-Fri. I'm a weekend and late night gym goer so this doesn't work for me. I'll be canceling soon since I'm basically wasting my money. Also they don't open on Saturdays and Sundays until 7am...ridiculous. They just need to stop advertising as 24hrs. Currently looking for a new gym that's truly 24/7.

I tried TruFit Athletic Clubs a couple of times to see what it was like, but when I went back for the third time, they wouldn’t let me in. Someone from TruFit had actually called me before, encouraging me to come back and try it out again, but once I showed up, they told me I had to sign up for a membership. The regular membership is $20 a month, which is double what I pay at Planet Fitness for $10 a month.

When I asked about different options, they first told me they had something cheaper, then later said they didn’t, but still sent me texts and calls saying they did. It feels like they keep changing what they claim to offer, which is confusing and frustrating.

The gym itself is okay, but honestly not any better than Planet Fitness for the price. They also have boxing now, but you can’t use it unless you pay for a higher membership tier, which just feels like a rip-off. Overall, I wasn’t impressed and don’t think it’s worth the extra money. DONT SEND STUFF THAT YOU WILL NOT GOING TO DO
