Mixed feelings on this. This gym is good and have been here for a year but, i signed up for a gym with a sauna and its broken the vast majority of the time. Staff is great and gym is solid. Just tired of it being ignored, sauna was one of the main reason’s why i signed up. If you’re a guy (the women’s always works) and want one go somewhere else otherwise its a decent gym.

This gym is amazing and the management is amazing. I had a flat tire and they were helping me for about 24 hours while i was trying to figure out how to get it fixed. They problem solved with me and helped call places. They really are amazing people. The general manager Chantye was really helpful and sweet through the whole process. They all deserve a raise lol.

Great experience joining this gym. Staff was forward and friendly. Chazz's process from the tour, asking specific questions, and helping me join was incredibly personable and caring. Whoever makes the shake machines at Arby's, must have also designed the sauna at TruFit. Because it's consistently not sauna-ing. And some of the machines are a bit janky. These gripes are unfortunate, because the classes look intense and well populated, and the staff is mostly very friendly.

Worst! Worst! Worst! Customer experience at a gym ever. CLUB said they can’t cancel membership ON SITE that you have to send an email. Sent email back May 5th. Received email back saying they’re still items in my account “”””which were a couple personal training visits I got free when I signed up””””” and I had to visit the club and have them take it off. Which I did shortly after NO PROBLEM they were nice and took care of it. Sent email back MAY 5th saying my account is zeroed out and to cancel. No response. Got charged June, July, August. Called the 888 number a few days ago that “THEY” provided. Sir said we can’t cancel membership only the club can. Went to the club today, guy behind the counter gave me the run around said my account was still active. Called the number back, they said I had to go online and cancel. Finally a lady behind the counter saw how upset I was, she typed a little on the computer and said “we cancelled” your account. As of today. Didn’t offer any refund , any explanation. Furious !!!
